本发明的全通径截止阀,阀体入口设置阀座,阀杆底端设置有横向限位槽,横向限位槽内配合安装有导向销,导向销固定安装在阀瓣上,阀瓣边缘通过铰接轴安装在阀座上;通过阀杆上下移动带动阀瓣绕铰接轴旋转,阀瓣绕铰接轴向上旋转打开后流道完全流通,流阻小;阀瓣绕铰接轴向下旋转关闭后流道密封关闭,阀瓣的密封面和阀门的中线有个角度使得阀杆下降到最低时对阀瓣有一个很大的力形成密封力,提高了阀门的密封性能;横向限位槽在为导向销提供运行导向的同时,也限定了阀杆的运动方向,使得阀杆相对于填料只有上下运动没有旋转运动,提高了阀杆与填料的密封性能。

本发明涉及一种全通径截止阀。
背景技术
机械制造行业中常需应用截止阀,传统截止阀的流体通道一般采用S形流道结构,流体介质通过阀门时流阻较大,流体流过阀门后流量和流速发生改变,影响了系统整体运行效果,不能适用到对流阻有要求的管道系统,使得截止阀使用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种开启时流阻小的全通径截止阀。
本发明的全通径截止阀,包括阀体,其特征在于:阀体入口设置有阀座,阀体上部阀孔内安装有伸入阀体内部并能够上下移动的阀杆,阀杆底端设置有横向限位槽,横向限位槽内配合安装有导向销,导向销固定安装在阀瓣上,阀瓣边缘通过铰接轴安装在阀座上;
所述阀座与阀体竖直中心线具有夹角;
所述阀孔内壁设置有填料腔,填料腔内填充有填料,阀杆与填料为微过盈配合;
所述阀瓣与阀座的铰接点位于阀体流道上方的位置,阀体与铰接点对应处横向直径稍大使得阀体内壁形成弧形凹限空间,铰接点位于凹限空间内;
所述阀杆底端具有向阀座相反方向凸出的凸起,凸起内部设置长腰形孔构成横向限位槽;
所述阀杆中部设置有密封面。

如图所示,一种全通径截止阀,包括阀体1,阀体1入口设置有阀座2,阀体 1上部阀孔内安装有伸入阀体1内部并能够上下移动的阀杆8,阀杆8底端设置有横向限位槽,横向限位槽内配合安装有导向销4,导向销4固定安装在阀瓣3上,阀瓣3边缘通过铰接轴5安装在阀座2上;通过阀杆上下移动带动阀瓣绕铰接轴旋转,阀瓣绕铰接轴向上旋转打开后流道完全流通,流阻——阀瓣绕铰接轴向下旋转关闭后流道密封关闭。
阀座2与阀体1的竖直中心线具有夹角,使得阀瓣的密封面和阀体的中心线具有角度,方向不平行,阀杆下降到最低时对阀瓣有一个很大的力形成密封力,提高了阀门的密封性能。
阀孔内壁设置有填料腔,填料腔内填充有填料7,阀杆8与填料7为微过盈配合,阀杆8 中部设置有密封面6,符合截止阀密封要求。
阀瓣3与阀座2的铰接轴5铰接点位于阀体1流道上方的位置,阀体1与铰接点对应处横向直径稍大使得阀体1内壁形成弧形凹限空间,铰接轴位于凹限空间内,不影响阀瓣旋转运动,也不占用流道空间。
阀杆8底端具有向阀座相反方向凸出的凸起,凸起内部设置长腰形孔构成横向限位槽横向限位槽在为导向销提供运行导向的同时,也限定了阀杆的运动方向,使得阀杆相对于填料只有上下运动没有旋转运动,提高了阀杆与填料的密封性能。

1.一种全通径截止阀,包括阀体,其特征在于:阀体入口设置有阀座,阀体上部阀孔内安装有伸入阀体内部并能够上下移动的阀杆,阀杆底端设置有横向限位槽,横向限位槽内配合安装有导向销,导向销固定安装在阀瓣上,阀瓣边缘通过铰接轴安装在阀座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述全通径截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀座与阀体竖直中心线具有夹角。
3.根据权利要求1所述全通径截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀孔内壁设置有填料腔,填料腔内填充有填料,阀杆与填料为微过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述全通径截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣与阀座的铰接点位于阀体流道上方的位置,阀体与铰接点对应处横向直径稍大使得阀体内壁形成弧形凹限空间,铰接点位于凹限空间内。
5.根据权利要求1所述全通径截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆底端具有向阀座相反方向凸出的凸起,凸起内部设置长腰形孔构成横向限位槽。
