本发明公开了一种高压自密封旋启式止回阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、摇杆、销轴、阀盖、密封环、垫圈、压盖螺母、锁紧螺母、锁紧垫圈,其特征在于:所述阀座安装在阀体进口通道内,阀座正面具有与阀瓣正面相互配合的密封面,所述阀瓣由锁紧螺母安装在摇杆的一端,摇杆另一端由销轴连接在阀体上,阀体上端与阀盖连接,所述阀盖侧面具有与压盖螺母相互配合的密封面,压盖螺母与阀盖之间装有密封环和垫圈。本发明的优点是阀瓣正面和阀座正面都采取堆焊处理,增加其密封性能,结构简单、操作方便、便于安装维修、使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种止回阀,更具体的说,他涉及一种高压自密封旋启式止回阀,主要应用于阀门制造领域。
背景技术
止回阀是流体控制工程的基本元件,它通过制止流体逆流,起到确定流体流动方向、保护其它流体机械以及管线安全的作用,其广泛用于石油、冶金、化工、电力、建筑、热力、水处理等行业。现有旋启式止回阀主要缺点是:由于阀瓣与阀座的配合精度不高,在压力过高时容易产生泄露,使用寿命低;阀盖与阀体之间采用密封件密封,降低密封性能。
发明内容
为了解决以上的技术问题,本发明提供一种高压自密封旋启式止回阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种高压自密封旋启式止回阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、摇杆、销轴、阀盖、密封环、垫圈、压盖螺母、锁紧螺母、锁紧垫圈,其特征在于:所述阀座安装在阀体进口通道内,阀座正面具有与阀瓣正面相互配合的密封面,所述阀瓣由锁紧螺母安装在摇杆的一端,摇杆另一端由销轴连接在阀体上,阀体上端与阀盖连接,所述阀盖侧面具有与压盖螺母相互配合的密封面,压盖螺母与阀盖之间装有密封环和垫圈。
所述阀座正面采取堆焊处理,堆焊深度大于等于2mm。
所述阀瓣正面采取堆焊处理,堆焊深度大于等于2mm。
所述阀盖侧面与压盖螺母接触处采取堆焊处理,堆焊深度大于等于2mm。
所述压盖螺母与阀盖之间采用螺柱和螺母连接。
所述压盖螺母与阀体之间采用螺纹连接。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明优点是阀瓣正面和阀座正面都采取堆焊处理,增加其密封性能,结构简单、操作方便、便于安装维修、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种高压自密封旋启式止回阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、阀瓣3、摇杆4、销轴5、阀盖6、密封环7、垫圈8、压盖螺母9,阀座2安装在阀体1进口通道内,阀座2正面具有与阀瓣3正面相互配合的密封面,阀座2、阀瓣3正面采用堆焊处理,具有减少泄露、耐高压性能,使用寿命长;阀瓣3穿过锁紧垫圈12由锁紧螺母13安装在摇杆4的一端,摇杆4另一端由销轴5连接在阀体1上,阀门容易打开,流阻小;阀盖6侧面具有与压盖螺母9相互配合的密封面,且他们之间装有密封环7和垫圈8,构成自密封结构,介质压力推动阀盖6楔紧密封环7和垫圈8与压盖螺母9密封,压力越大密封性能越好;压盖螺母9与阀体1之间采用螺纹连接,阀盖6与压盖螺母9之间采用螺柱10、螺母11连接,方便与安装、调试、维修。

1.一种高压自密封旋启式止回阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、摇杆、销轴、阀盖、密封环、垫圈、压盖螺母、锁紧螺母、锁紧垫圈,其特征在于:所述阀座安装在阀体进口通道内,阀座正面具有与阀瓣正面相互配合的密封面,所述阀瓣由锁紧螺母安装在摇杆的一端,摇杆另一端由销轴连接在阀体上,阀体上端与阀盖连接,所述阀盖侧面具有与压盖螺母相互配合的密封面,压盖螺母与阀盖之间装有密封环和垫圈。
2.所述阀座正面采取堆焊处理,堆焊深度大于等于2mm。
3.所述阀瓣正面采取堆焊处理,堆焊深度大于等于2mm。
4.所述阀盖侧面与压盖螺母接触处采取堆焊处理,堆焊深度大于等于2mm。
5.所述压盖螺母与阀盖之间采用螺柱和螺母连接。
6.所述压盖螺母与阀体之间采用螺纹连接。
