本发明的目的在于提供蝶-闸式节流阀,包括阀体、空心转轴、蝶板、主节流板、闸板、转动支架、螺杆、连杆,主节流板固定在阀体里,主节流板的轮廓与阀体侧壁相贴合,主节流板上设置蝶板孔和第一主节流板节流孔,蝶板设置在蝶板孔里,空心转轴下部安装在阀体里,空心转轴上部穿出阀体的侧壁,空心转轴里设置有内螺纹,转动支架固定在阀体侧壁上,转动支架里设置内螺纹,螺杆同时安装在转动支架和空心转轴里并分别与转动支架和空心转轴的内螺纹相配合,螺杆的端部安装手轮,空心转轴上部安装手柄,空心转轴下部与蝶板相连,连杆和闸板设置在阀体里,连杆的下端部与闸板相连,连杆的上部安装在空心转轴里。本发明兼具蝶阀和闸阀使用优势。

蝶-闸式节流阀
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种阀,具体地说是机械式阀。
背景技术
蝶阀和闸阀是诸多阀门类型中的常见形式,通过改变节流截面或节流长度以实现对流体流量的调节。为了提升节流效果和满足特定条件下的流量改变要求,需要结合两者优势的组合式阀门,国内外众多公司和研究机构均致力于节流阀的优化设计工作。
美国VT富特阀门公司设计制造了无导流孔气动平板闸阀,闸板向阀座的压紧力是由作用与浮动闸板或浮动阀座的介质压力来控制;江苏大学与电力部门联合,进行了阀门相关装置的研发工作。专利号CN93118956.X的通断阀由阀体、阀瓣、阀瓣平移机构和阀瓣转动机构组成,阀瓣的开启和关闭运动由阀瓣沿阀座轴线的平移运动同阀瓣绕转动轴轴线的旋转运动合成。因此,这种通断阀的阀瓣在运动过程中,同阀座之间在其密封面上不存在相对运动和动摩擦,具有耐磨损,密封寿命长等的特征。专利号CN200420117252.4的一种蝶闸组合阀用于提供集截止、调节功能于一体、结构简单的组合阀门。其在闸阀出口通道体内增设蝶板,闸阀采用侧封形式时,阀体由进、出口通道体对接形成,阀盖矩形腔室内左、右衬板上的长圆形密封圈和密封阀座上的弹性密封可在闸板两侧形成两道密封,弹性密封不与介质接触,过流通道为一完整直通管,具有密封性好流阻小,不产生涡流及沉积物,耐磨性等特性。其兼具截止和流量调节两项功用,可节省管路系统中的阀件数量,降低运营成本,适宜在输送管路中安装使用。
目前使用的节流阀多为单一形式,往往具有制造工艺繁琐、控制复杂和应用场合有限等不足。以上提到的公开涉及蝶-闸相互组合的阀门也仅仅是在在闸阀前方(或后方)管路上加上了一个蝶阀,是两种阀门的简单组合,没有很好地体现兼具两者特征和优势的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供兼具蝶阀和闸阀使用优势的蝶-闸式节流阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明蝶-闸式节流阀,其特征是:包括阀体、空心转轴、蝶板、主节流板、闸板、转动支架、螺杆、连杆,主节流板固定在阀体里,主节流板的轮廓与阀体侧壁相贴合,主节流板上设置蝶板孔和第一主节流板节流孔,蝶板设置在蝶板孔里,空心转轴下部安装在阀体里,空心转轴上部穿出阀体的侧壁,空心转轴里设置有内螺纹,转动支架固定在阀体侧壁上,转动支架里设置内螺纹,螺杆同时安装在转动支架和空心转轴里并分别与转动支架和空心转轴的内螺纹相配合,螺杆的端部安装手轮,空心转轴上部安装手柄,空心转轴下部与蝶板相连,连杆和闸板设置在阀体里,连杆的下端部与闸板相连,连杆的上部安装在空心转轴里。
本发明还可以包括:
1、空心转轴的中部设置槽,槽里安装横杆,横杆与连杆的上端部相连,当空心转轴上下移动时,连杆和闸板在横杆的带动下上下移动,当空心转轴转动时,槽与横杆相对移动,连杆不随之转动。
2、闸板位于最下端时,闸板将第一主节流板节流孔挡住,随着闸板向上移动后,闸板移出第一主节流板节流孔所在位置。
3、主节流板上设置第二-第三主节流板节流孔,闸板上设置第一-第二闸板节流孔,闸板位于最下端时,闸板将第二-第三主节流板节流孔挡住,随着闸板向上移动、闸板移出第一主节流板节流孔所在位置后,第二主节流板节流孔与第一闸板节流孔相通,第三主节流板节流孔与第二闸板节流孔相通。
本发明的优势在于:本发明实现了蝶阀和闸阀的一体化组合,兼具两者的结构特征和使用优势,节省了使用空间,改进了节流阀服务于现场操作的效果。本发明可以服务于管道及其它应用场合,通过蝶板的旋转运动和闸板的直线运动实现蝶板以及节流孔的开闭,达到不同流量开度调节的效果,且在调节过程中蝶板和闸板不会发生相互干涉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1~12,本发明蝶-闸式节流阀由手轮1、螺杆2、手柄3、转动支架4、蝶板5、空心转轴6、阀体7、连杆8、主节流板9、闸板10、闸板节流孔11、法兰12、连接孔13和主节流板节流孔14组成;该节流阀阀体7通过两端法兰12上的连接孔13与节流管道相连;节流部件结合了蝶阀和闸阀的主要结构特征,由主节流板9、蝶板5和闸板10组成,通过蝶板5和闸板10与主节流板9的相对运动达到节流的效果;蝶板5绕其空心转轴6旋转调节开度,其关闭时与主节流板9环形内壁完全贴合;闸板10抬升和下降时闸板节流孔11与主节流板节流孔14相互配合,节流孔11和14的截面积相同,具有实现多种开度调节的功能;蝶板5和闸板10的设计外形和位置保证两者在不同调节状态时均不会发生相互干涉。
本发明还可以包括:
1、方形或其它形状的蝶板、闸板和阀体结构。
2、节流孔数量为三个以上及在节流板上不同的分布。
3、蝶板、闸板数量增加且与主节流板相对位置的变化。
4、闸板轴采用内螺纹与螺杆配合实现蝶板抬升等方式。
5、蝶板轴和闸板轴单独布置等形式。
6、与主流管道弹性连接等方式。
结合图1、图2、图3和图4,本发明的主要结构包括手轮1、螺杆2、手柄3、转动支架4、蝶板5、空心转轴6、阀体7、连杆8、主节流板9、闸板10、闸板节流孔11、法兰12、连接孔13和主节流板节流孔14。
该蝶-闸式节流阀通过法兰12与主流管道相连接,主节流板9与阀体7固结为一体,并与蝶板5和闸板10一起构成节流部件;空心转轴6与蝶板5和手柄3相连,连杆8一端与闸板10相连,另一端与螺杆相连并贯穿于空心转轴6内:螺杆2另一端和手轮固连,与转动支架4的内螺纹结构配合,带动闸板10的抬升和下降;主节流板9上设计位置处分布有三个主节流板节流孔14,闸板10上分布2个闸板节流孔11,与主节流板节流孔14配合实现节流。
结合以上结构描述,该发明在工作时,通过转动改变手柄3的位置,带动空心转轴6旋转以实现蝶板5不同开度的调节,直至其完全开启;需要进一步增大流量时,旋转手轮1,由螺杆2的直线运动调整闸板10的上升,闸板节流孔11的位置随之改变,主节流板节流孔14的下端孔完全开启时达到闸板10的单孔开启状态,继续调节至闸板节流孔11和主节流板节流孔14的上端两个孔完全重合,达到最大的流量开度。
图5、图7、图9和图11为蝶板、闸板全关闭,蝶板开启、闸板关闭,蝶板开启、闸板单孔开启和蝶板、闸板全开启的四种典型工作状态,与其它的阀板开关顺序组合构成了本发明流量调节的工作过程。

Claims (5)

1.蝶-闸式节流阀,其特征是:包括阀体、空心转轴、蝶板、主节流板、闸板、转动支架、螺杆、连杆,主节流板固定在阀体里,主节流板的轮廓与阀体侧壁相贴合,主节流板上设置蝶板孔和第一主节流板节流孔,蝶板设置在蝶板孔里,空心转轴下部安装在阀体里,空心转轴上部穿出阀体的侧壁,空心转轴里设置有内螺纹,转动支架固定在阀体侧壁上,转动支架里设置内螺纹,螺杆同时安装在转动支架和空心转轴里并分别与转动支架和空心转轴的内螺纹相配合,螺杆的端部安装手轮,空心转轴上部安装手柄,空心转轴下部与蝶板相连,连杆和闸板设置在阀体里,连杆的下端部与闸板相连,连杆的上部安装在空心转轴里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蝶-闸式节流阀,其特征是:空心转轴的中部设置槽,槽里安装横杆,横杆与连杆的上端部相连,当螺杆上下移动时,连杆和闸板在横杆的带动下上下移动,当空心转轴转动时,槽与横杆相对移动,连杆不随之转动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蝶-闸式节流阀,其特征是:闸板位于最下端时,闸板将第一主节流板节流孔挡住,随着闸板向上移动后,闸板移出第一主节流板节流孔所在位置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的蝶-闸式节流阀,其特征是:主节流板上设置第二-第三主节流板节流孔,闸板上设置第一-第二闸板节流孔,闸板位于最下端时,闸板将第二-第三主节流板节流孔挡住,随着闸板向上移动、闸板移出第一主节流板节流孔所在位置后,第二主节流板节流孔与第一闸板节流孔相通,第三主节流板节流孔与第二闸板节流孔相通。
5.根据权利要求3所述的蝶-闸式节流阀,其特征是:主节流板上设置第二-第三主节流板节流孔,闸板上设置第一-第二闸板节流孔,闸板位于最下端时,闸板将第二-第三主节流板节流孔挡住,随着闸板向上移动、闸板移出第一主节流板节流孔所在位置后,第二主节流板节流孔与第一闸板节流孔相通,第三主节流板节流孔与第二闸板节流孔相通。
