Abstract
一种套管式直型阀门,其特征是:在两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的侧壁上各开有一个或多个通孔(2A)和(6A);至少将最内层套管(2)的一端封闭, 通过套管(2)和(6)之间的相对旋转或滑动,使最内层套管(2)的通孔(2A)分别或同时和与之密切配合的套管(6)侧壁上的通孔(6A)相互连通或封闭,从而达到控制管中流体的目的。

技术领域
阀门,一种用于管道流体控制的工业产品。
背景技术
目前,用于管道流体控制的阀门有球阀、旋塞阀、旋启伐、闸门阀、蝶形阀、截止阀、滑阀等,它们共同的基本原理和特点是,在管道的内腔中设置可启闭的堵截物,以截断或控制管道内流体的流动。它们不足之处在于每个阀门只能控制一条管道,如需控制多条管道,就需要多个阀门;如需要按时间程序来控制多条管道,还需要由单片机控制许多电磁阀来实现,不仅复杂而且难以达到绝对可靠。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种套管式直型阀门,其特征是:在两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的侧壁上各开有一个或多个通孔(2A)和(6A);至少将最内层套管(2)的一端封闭, 通过套管(2)和(6)之间的相对旋转或滑动,使最内层套管(2)的通孔(2A)分别或同时和与之密切配合的套管(6)侧壁上的通孔(6A)相互连通或封闭,从而达到控制管中流体的目的;在套管(6)的一端,其外侧密封连接有外接套管(4),外接套管(4)的内径大于套管(6)的外径,在外接套管(4)的内壁与套管(6)的外壁之间形成环形流体通道,当最内层套管(2)的通孔(2A)分别或同时和与之密切配合的套管(6)侧壁上的通孔(6A)相互连通时,流体便流经所述环形流体通道流出或流入;套管(2)的开口一端与外接套管(1)活动密封相接;在两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的配合面上设置有密封件(图中未画出),将套管(2)和(6)侧壁上的各个通孔周边密封。
上述两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的配合面上的密封件,为涂覆固着在所述配合面上的弹性密封材料(图中未画出)。
上述涂覆固着在所述配合面上的弹性密封材料为氟塑胶材料。
这种套管式直型阀门的有益之处在于:结构简单可靠,制造成本低,使用寿命长,维修方便。

图1、图2中,在两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的侧壁上各开有一个或多个通孔(2A)和(6A);至少将最内层套管(2)的一端封闭, 通过套管(2)和(6)之间的相对旋转或滑动,使最内层套管(2)的通孔(2A)分别或同时和与之密切配合的套管(6)侧壁上的通孔(6A)相互连通或封闭,从而达到控制管中流体的目的;在套管(6)的一端,其外侧密封连接有外接套管(4),外接套管(4)的内径大于套管(6)的外径,在外接套管(4)的内壁与套管(6)的外壁之间形成环形流体通道,当最内层套管(2)的通孔(2A)分别或同时和与之密切配合的套管(6)侧壁上的通孔(6A)相互连通时,流体便流经所述环形流体通道流出或流入;套管(2)的开口一端与外接套管(1)活动密封相接;在两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的配合面上设置有密封件(图中未画出),将套管(2)和(6)侧壁上的各个通孔周边密封。

1.一种套管式直型阀门,其特征是:在两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的侧壁上各开有一个或多个通孔(2A)和(6A);至少将最内层套管(2)的一端封闭, 通过套管(2)和(6)之间的相对旋转或滑动,使最内层套管(2)的通孔(2A)分别或同时和与之密切配合的套管(6)侧壁上的通孔(6A)相互连通或封闭,从而达到控制管中流体的目的;在套管(6)的一端,其外侧密封连接有外接套管(4),外接套管(4)的内径大于套管(6)的外径,在外接套管(4)的内壁与套管(6)的外壁之间形成环形流体通道,当最内层套管(2)的通孔(2A)分别或同时和与之密切配合的套管(6)侧壁上的通孔(6A)相互连通时,流体便流经所述环形流体通道流出或流入;套管(2)的开口一端与外接套管(1)活动密封相接;在两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的配合面上设置有密封件(图中未画出),将套管(2)和(6)侧壁上的各个通孔周边密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种套管式直型阀门,其特征是:上述两个密切配合的套管(2)和(6)的配合面上的密封件,为涂覆固着在所述配合面上的弹性密封材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种套管式直型阀门,其特征是:上述涂覆固着在所述配合面上的弹性密封材料为氟塑胶材料。
