阀门,一种用于管道流体控制的工业产品。
背景技术
目前,用于管道流体控制的阀门有球阀、旋塞阀、旋启伐、闸门阀、蝶形阀、截止阀、滑阀等,它们共同的基本原理和特点是,在管道的内腔中设置可启闭的堵截物,以截断或控制管道内流体的流动。它们不足之处在于每个阀门只能控制一条管道,如需控制多条管道,就需要多个阀门;如需要按时间程序来控制多条管道,还需要由单片机控制许多电磁阀来实现,不仅复杂而且难以达到绝对可靠。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种套管式阀门,其特征是:在两个或两个以上密切配合的套管侧壁上各开有一个或多个通孔,至少将最内层套管的一端封闭, 通过相对旋转或滑动套管,所有通孔都能分别或同时与连接在套管外侧的各个支管相连通或封闭,从而达到控制多条管路分别或同时启闭的目的。
可在各内层套筒的外壁或内壁上设置圆周和轴向密封件(图中未画出),将套管侧壁上的各个通孔周边密封。
可将这种管式阀门并联在一起,以达到完成更复杂管路或程序控制,以及多种流体输送的目的。
通过设计各层套管侧壁上的通孔位置可各层套管的旋转滑动位置及程序,便可设计出各支管的通断程序和流量压力。
与这种套管式阀门的有益之处在于:它不仅可单独控制一条管路,还可同时程序化控制多条管路,并且使用效率高,结构简单可靠,制造成本低,使用寿命长,维修方便。

具体实施方式
图1中,将各层套管套和在一起,便可组成套管式阀门。
图2中,将流体接入到内层套管(3)的内层套管空腔(3)中,通过相对旋转或滑动各层套管,所有通孔都能分别或同时与连接在套管外侧的各个外层支(1A)或各个中层支管(2A)相连通或封闭,从而达到控制多条管路分别或同时启闭的目的。
图3中,将这种管式阀门并联在一起,以达到完成更复杂管路或程序控制,以及多种流体输送的目的。

1.一种套管式阀门,其特征是:在两个或两个以上密切配合的套管侧壁上各开有一个或多个通孔,至少将最内层套管的一端封闭, 通过相对旋转或滑动套管,所有通孔都能分别或同时与连接在套管外侧的各个支管相连通或封闭,从而达到控制多条管路分别或同时启闭的目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种套管式阀门,其特征是:在各内层套筒的外壁或内壁上设置圆周和轴向密封件,将套管侧壁上的各个通孔周边密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种套管式阀门,其特征是:将这种管式阀门并联在一起,以达到完成更复杂管路或程序控制,以及多种流体输送的目的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种套管式阀门,其特征是:通过设计各层套管侧壁上的通孔位置可各层套管的旋转滑动位置及程序,以设计出各支管的通断程序和流量压力。
