本发明提供了一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:醇醚类溶剂35~50%,酸酯类溶剂30~50%,净洗剂5~20%,破乳剂0.1~3%,消泡剂0.1~3%,螯合剂0.005~0.01%;所述醇醚类溶剂为丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的一种;所述酸酯类溶剂为丁二酸二甲酯、乙酸丁酯、戊二酸二甲酯中的一种。本发明的玻璃导光板脱脂剂具有高效的去除油脂能力,仅加入3%的脱脂剂,即可去除附着于玻璃导光板表面95%的油脂。

本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂。
背景技术
导光板是背光模块中的关键零件之一,导光板的组成是利用光学级的亚克力/PC板材,然后用具有极高反射率且不吸光的高科技材料,在光学级的亚克力板材底面用激光雕刻、V型十字网格雕刻、UV网版印刷技术印上导光点。利用光学级亚克力板材吸取从灯发出来的光在光学级亚克力板材表面的停留,当光线射到各个导光点时,反射光会往各个角度扩散,然后破坏反射条件由导光板正面射出。通过各种疏密、大小不一的导光点,可使导光板均匀发光。
目前的玻璃导光板印刷油墨制作导光点技术中,由于玻璃导光板的表面残留较多的油脂,使得油墨在玻璃导光板表面固化后,普遍存在着导光点容易在玻璃导光板上脱落,也就是油墨与玻璃导光板的附着力不够,从而影响了玻璃导光板的质量。
现有的脱脂剂成分大多是表面活性剂体系的溶剂,如公开号为CN101314855A的专利文件《无磷脱脂剂》公开了一种无磷脱脂剂,其是由表面活性剂、自消泡乳化剂、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、碳酸钠、九水硅酸钠、水组成,该无磷脱脂剂原料要求不苛刻、使用温度低,但是其脱脂效果不明显,而且作为表面活性剂体系的配方,其粘度一般较大,一般使用时需要使用机器搅拌,使其充分混合在水中,给操作带来了极大的不便。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种极易与水混溶、除油脂率高的玻璃导光板脱脂剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来解决:
一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的原料:
醇醚类溶剂35~50%,酸酯类溶剂30~50%,净洗剂5~20%,破乳剂0.1~3%,消泡剂0.1~3%,螯合剂0.005~0.01%;
所述醇醚类溶剂为丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的一种;
所述酸酯类溶剂为丁二酸二甲酯、乙酸丁酯、戊二酸二甲酯中的一种。
具体的,所述净洗剂为平平加O-25、二甲苯、三甲苯、油酸中的一种或几种的混合物。

具体的,所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种。
具体的,所述螯合剂为EDTA、磷酸盐、氨基羧酸、羟基羧酸中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
第一,本发明的玻璃导光板脱脂剂为非表面活性剂体系的溶剂,相对于表面活性剂体系的脱脂剂,本脱脂剂极易与水混溶,在玻璃清洗工作时,将适量的本脱脂剂倒入清洗机的水槽中,不需要搅拌操作,即可快速与水混溶;
第二,本发明的玻璃导光板脱脂剂具有高效的去除油脂能力,仅加入3%的脱脂剂,即可去除附着于玻璃导光板表面95%的油脂;
第三,在印刷导光板油墨之前使用本发明的玻璃导光板脱脂剂清洗玻璃导光板,能够去除大部分的油脂,从而增强导光点与玻璃导光板的附着力;
第四,本发明的净洗剂为主要去油成分,在醇醚类溶剂和酸酯类溶剂中具有良好的兼容性,同时醇醚类溶剂和酸酯类溶剂也具有较好的清理油酯的能力,而且能够使净洗剂快速与水混溶,另外,配方中还加入了破乳剂、消泡剂、螯合剂成分,破乳剂能使粘附在玻璃导光板表面的油类破坏其乳化状态,使其形成乳浊液,消泡剂能够消除清洁过程中产生的小气泡,螯合剂能够软化硬水,使净洗剂与水分散均匀。

为了能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例一:
一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:
丙二醇甲醚44.79%,丁二酸二甲酯50%,平平加O-25 5%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚0.1%,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.1%,EDTA0.01%;
实施例二:
一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:
丙二醇甲醚39.79%,丁二酸二甲酯50%,平平加O-25 10%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚0.1%,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.1%,EDTA0.01%;
实施例三:
一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:
二丙二醇甲醚49.79%,乙酸丁酯40%,三甲苯10%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚0.1%,聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.1%,EDTA0.01%;
实施例四:
一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:
二丙二醇甲醚49.79%,乙酸丁酯30%,三甲苯20%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚0.1%,聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.1%,EDTA0.01%;
实施例五:
一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:
二丙二醇丁醚39.79%,戊二酸二甲酯50%,油酸10%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚0.1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1%,EDTA0.01%;
实施例六:
一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:
二丙二醇丁醚39.79%,戊二酸二甲酯45%,油酸15%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚0.1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1%,EDTA0.01%;
A1分别取上述六个实施例的玻璃导光板脱脂剂;
A2将清洗机水槽的温度提高到70℃,往清洗机的水槽中加入3%的脱脂剂;
A3取未清洗过的玻璃导光板,测试玻璃导光板背面的油脂含量,记录如下表1中;
A4将玻璃导光板置于清洗机的传送辊道上,传送辊道将玻璃导光板流经水槽;
A5玻璃导光板烘干后,测试玻璃导光板背面的油脂含量,记录如下表1中;
A6在玻璃导光板背面进行印刷导光点油墨,油墨经烘烤固化后形成多个导光点,按照GB/T 5210-85《涂层附着力的测定拉开法》的标准测试导光点的附着力,记录如下表1中。
表1测试结果
根据上述表1的测试结果对比分析,观察以上六个实施例的油脂含量测试数据,未经处理的玻璃导光板的油脂含量在0.21~0.26mg/cm2之间,经过本发明的脱脂剂处理的玻璃导光板的油脂含量在0.012~0.025mg/cm2之间,去除率平均为93%,最高可达95.3%,说明本发明的脱脂剂对玻璃导光板的油脂去除效果优异;对比实施例一与实施例二,实施例二相对实施例一增加了净洗剂平平加O-25的含量,清洗后玻璃导光板表面的油脂去除率明显提高了2.7%,作为去除油脂的主要成分,增加净洗剂的含量,可明显提高油脂的去除效果,同理,实施例三与实施例四、实施例五与实施例六均有一样的对比效果,以下就不作详细分析。
观察以上六个实施例的附着力测试数据,拉开及破坏油墨层结构所需的力均在40MPa以上,正常使用的情况下,油墨层稳固的粘黏在玻璃导光板上,说明导光点与玻璃导光板的附着力较好。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的六种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的原料:
醇醚类溶剂35~50%,酸酯类溶剂30~50%,净洗剂5~20%,破乳剂0.1~3%,消泡剂0.1~3%,螯合剂0.005~0.01%;
所述醇醚类溶剂为丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的一种;
所述酸酯类溶剂为丁二酸二甲酯、乙酸丁酯、戊二酸二甲酯中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,其特征在于,所述净洗剂为平平加O-25、二甲苯、三甲苯、油酸中的一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,其特征在于,所述破乳剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板脱脂剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA、磷酸盐、氨基羧酸、羟基羧酸中的一种。
