本发明涉及一种环保型洗衣液及其制备方法。一种环保型洗衣液,该环保型洗衣液由以下组分构成:醇醚羧酸盐AEC、丙二醇、羟基乙叉二膦酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、复合碱性洗涤酶、椰子油脂肪酸钾、GenifolRPF2520(环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物)、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物Alcosperse415、柠檬酸、EDTA‑4Na、凯松、香精、氯化钠和水。该环保型洗衣液以水为填充剂,原料易生物降解,不含磷,对环境污染小。去污力强,用量少。弱碱性,不损伤衣物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,环保要求越来越严,消费者的健康意识也越来越强。目前普遍使用的洗衣粉含有大量的碱性物质以及填充剂,对环境污染大,残留多,对衣服有损伤,不符合环保和健康要求,需要一种新的环保洗涤剂来代替。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种环保型洗衣液,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的环保型洗衣液的制备方法。该环保型洗衣液以水为填充剂,原料易生物降解,不含磷,对环境污染小。去污力强,用量少。弱碱性,不损伤衣物。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

丙二醇 1.0-5.0%
羟基乙叉二膦酸 0.5-1.0%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5.0-10.0%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 3.0-5.0%
复合碱性洗涤酶 0.5-1.0%
椰子油脂肪酸钾 3.0-10.0%
环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520 1.0-5.0%
椰子油二乙醇酰胺 1.0-5.0%
丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物Alcosperse 415 1.0-5.0%
柠檬酸 0.5-3.0%
EDTA-4Na 0.5-2.0%
凯松 0.2-0.5%

本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,环保型洗衣液以水为填充剂,原料易生物降解,不含磷,对环境污染小。去污力强,用量少。弱碱性,不损伤衣物。本发明具有以下的特点:
1、配方具有良好的清洁能力,泡沫少,易过水,能快清除衣服表面各种污迹。清洁效果达到国家标准QB/T 1224的要求;
2、配方中选用的复合碱性洗涤酶含有多种酶制剂,能有效清洁汗渍里的皮脂等多种有机污垢;
3、配方不含荧光增白剂,弱碱性,安全环保。

上述的环保型洗衣液的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把醇醚羧酸盐AEC、丙二醇、羟基乙叉二膦酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸钾、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物Alcosperse 415、复合碱性洗涤酶、EDTA-4Na加入搅拌罐,搅拌均匀后用柠檬酸调节pH值,加入凯松和香精,用氯化钠调节粘度到规定的范围,沉降24小时过滤。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚可以用改型油脂乙氧基化物SOE-N-60或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE或脂肪醇嵌段聚合物SKYIN2445或异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚SIMULSOL OX 1309L这4个原料的任意一个替代。
