Abstract
本发明涉及一种洗洁精及其制备方法。一种全效净多功能洗洁精,该洗洁精由以下方法制备:1)先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,十二烷基苯磺酸钠、醇醚羧酸盐AEC和脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES中的一种或多种混合,丙二醇和/或丙三醇剂,醇醚糖苷,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺,EDTA‑4Na,芦荟提取物加入配料罐,搅拌均匀;2)然后用柠檬酸调节pH值,加入凯松防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀后用氯化钠调节粘度到规定的范围,沉降20~30小时过滤。本发明配方中选用了醇醚糖苷(AEG300)等环保原料,不污染环境,具有良好的清洁能力,能有效清除餐具表面的各种污迹。去污力等理化指标超过国家标准GB9985的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
餐具的清洁直接关系到人们的身体健康,清洗餐具的洗洁精已经成为日常生活中必不可少的清洁剂。但是市场上的洗洁精产品的质量参差不齐,不合格的洗洁精不能彻底清洁餐具,还会在餐具上残留有害物质导致餐具二次污染,对健康造成危害。随着国家监管的加强和消费者健康意识的增加,假冒伪劣的洗洁精产品正在逐步被淘汰,符合国家强制标准要求的洗洁精产品正逐步成为餐具洗涤剂洗行业的主导产品。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种全效净多功能洗洁精,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的洗洁精的制备方法。配方具有良好的清洁能力,能有效清除餐具表面的各种污迹。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种制备上述任意一项技术方案所述的洗洁精的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,十二烷基苯磺酸钠、醇醚羧酸盐AEC和脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES中的一种或多种混合、丙二醇和/或丙三醇剂、醇醚糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺、EDTA-4Na、芦荟提取物加入配料罐,搅拌均匀;
2)然后用柠檬酸调节pH值,加入凯松防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀后用氯化钠调节粘度到规定的范围,沉降20~30小时过滤。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,配方中选用了醇醚糖苷(AEG300)等环保原料,不污染环境,具有良好的清洁能力,能有效清除餐具表面的各种污迹。去污力等理化指标超过国家标准GB9985的要求。
