本发明公开了一种高精度自动注塑设备,包括:工作台、循环传动带、模具固定槽、模具送入装置、原料熔融设备、注塑头、保压舱、送料板、风冷机、风冷舱、开模舱;所述循环传动带固定在所述工作台上,所述模具固定槽开设在所述循环传动带表面,所述模具送入装置固定在循环传动带前端,所述原料熔融设备与所述保压舱相连接,所述保压舱设置在模具送入装置左侧,所述送料板设置在所述原料熔融设备上部,所述风冷机与所述风冷舱相连接,所述风冷舱设置在所述保压舱左侧,所述开模舱设置在所述风冷舱左侧。通过上述方式,本发明能够实现原料自动送入、模具自动合模、模具注塑保压后快速冷却、自动开模,减少人力劳动,同时改进了生产工艺、提高生产效率,并且提高产品精度,提高产品使用性能。

一种高精度自动注塑设备
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑设备领域,特别是涉及一种高精度自动注塑设备。
背景技术
注塑是一种工业产品生产造型的方法。产品通常使用橡胶注塑和塑料注塑。注塑还可分注塑成型模压法和压铸法。注塑设备是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,注射成型是通过注塑机和模具来实现的。对注塑产品而言,主要重点有三个方面,第一是外观质量,包括完整性、颜色、光泽等;第二是尺寸和相对位置间的准确性;第三是与用途相应的物理性能、化学性能、电性能等。这些质量要求又根据制品使用场合的不同,要求的尺度也不同。制品的缺陷主要在于模具的设计、制造精度和磨损程度等方面。设计一种能够提高制造精度、减少制品磨损程度的注塑设备,是行业突破创新所需重点针对的方向。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高精度自动注塑设备,能够实现原料自动送入、模具自动合模、模具注塑保压后快速冷却、自动开模,减少人力劳动,同时改进了生产工艺、提高生产效率,并且提高产品精度,提高产品使用性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高精度自动注塑设备,包括:工作台、循环传动带、模具固定槽、模具送入装置、原料熔融设备、注塑头、保压舱、送料板、风冷机、风冷舱、开模舱;所述循环传动带固定在所述工作台上,所述模具固定槽开设在所述循环传动带表面,所述模具送入装置固定在循环传动带前端,所述原料熔融设备与所述保压舱相连接,所述保压舱设置在模具送入装置左侧,所述送料板设置在所述原料熔融设备上部,所述风冷机与所述风冷舱相连接,所述风冷舱设置在所述保压舱左侧,所述开模舱设置在所述风冷舱左侧。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述循环传动带为钛合金传动板拼接带。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述原料熔融设备塑化压力在0.8MPa-1.8MPa之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述注塑头注塑时注塑压力在220MPa-260MPa之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述注塑头在保压时间内的保压压力在260MPa-280MPa之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述风冷机风速为20m/s-40m/s。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够实现原料自动送入、模具自动合模、模具注塑保压后快速冷却、自动开模,减少人力劳动,同时改进了生产工艺、提高生产效率,并且提高产品精度,提高产品使用性能。

一种高精度自动注塑设备,包括:包括:工作台1、循环传动带2、模具固定槽3、模具送入装置4、原料熔融设备5、注塑头6、保压舱7、送料板8、风冷机9、风冷舱10、开模舱11;所述循环传动带2固定在所述工作台1上,所述模具固定槽3开设在所述循环传动带2表面,所述模具送入装置4固定在循环传动带2前端,所述原料熔融设备5与所述保压舱7相连接,所述保压舱7设置在模具送入装置4左侧,所述送料板8设置在所述原料熔融设备5上部,所述风冷机9与所述风冷舱10相连接,所述风冷舱10设置在所述保压舱7左侧,所述开模舱11设置在所述风冷舱10左侧。
实施例1:针对原料材质较软的产品,首先将分散的公模和母模送入模具送入装置4,装置自动将公模和母模进行合模,组合成模具,随后将模具嵌入循环传动带2上的模具固定槽3内,循环传动带2运转,将固定在模具固定槽3上的模具送入保压舱7,同时原料通过送料板8倒入原料熔融设备5中,塑化压力保持在0.9MPa,进行熔融混合,通过注塑头6将熔融的原料注塑进模具内,注塑压力为230MPa,随后进入保压阶段,保压压力为260MPa,保压结束后,将模具通过循环传送带2从保压舱7传送进风冷舱10,风冷机9对模具风冷,风速为25m/s,风冷1min后,将模具送入开模舱,开模舱内的开模设备自动对模具开模,将注塑件取出,获得成品。
实施例2:针对原料材质较硬的产品,首先将分散的公模和母模送入模具送入装置4,装置自动将公模和母模进行合模,组合成模具,随后将模具嵌入循环传动带2上的模具固定槽3内,循环传动带2运转,将固定在模具固定槽3上的模具送入保压舱7,同时原料通过送料板8倒入原料熔融设备5中,塑化压力保持在1.6MPa,进行熔融混合,通过注塑头6将熔融的原料注塑进模具内,注塑压力为260MPa,随后进入保压阶段,保压压力为280MPa,保压结束后,将模具通过循环传送带2从保压舱7传送进风冷舱10,风冷机9对模具风冷,风速为35m/s,风冷1min后,将模具送入开模舱,开模舱内的开模设备自动对模具开模,将注塑件取出,获得成品。
实施例3:针对原料材质适中的产品,首先将分散的公模和母模送入模具送入装置4,装置自动将公模和母模进行合模,组合成模具,随后将模具嵌入循环传动带2上的模具固定槽3内,循环传动带2运转,将固定在模具固定槽3上的模具送入保压舱7,同时原料通过送料板8倒入原料熔融设备5中,塑化压力保持在1.2MPa,进行熔融混合,通过注塑头6将熔融的原料注塑进模具内,注塑压力为250MPa,随后进入保压阶段,保压压力为260MPa,保压结束后,将模具通过循环传送带2从保压舱7传送进风冷舱10,风冷机9对模具风冷,风速为28m/s,风冷1min后,将模具送入开模舱,开模舱内的开模设备自动对模具开模,将注塑件取出,获得成品。
本发明能够实现原料自动送入、模具自动合模、模具注塑保压后快速冷却、自动开模,减少人力劳动,同时改进了生产工艺、提高生产效率,并且提高产品精度,提高产品使用性能。

1.一种高精度自动注塑设备,其特征在于,包括:工作台、循环传动带、模具固定槽、模具送入装置、原料熔融设备、注塑头、保压舱、送料板、风冷机、风冷舱、开模舱;所述循环传动带固定在所述工作台上,所述模具固定槽开设在所述循环传动带表面,所述模具送入装置固定在循环传动带前端,所述原料熔融设备与所述保压舱相连接,所述保压舱设置在模具送入装置左侧,所述送料板设置在所述原料熔融设备上部,所述风冷机与所述风冷舱相连接,所述风冷舱设置在所述保压舱左侧,所述开模舱设置在所述风冷舱左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高精度自动注塑设备,其特征在于,所述循环传动带为钛合金传动板拼接带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高精度自动注塑设备,其特征在于,所述原料熔融设备塑化压力在0.8MPa-1.8MPa之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高精度自动注塑设备,其特征在于,所述注塑头注塑时注塑压力在220MPa-260MPa之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高精度自动注塑设备,其特征在于,所述注塑头在保压时间内的保压压力在260MPa-280MPa之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高精度自动注塑设备,其特征在于,所述风冷机风速为20m/s-40m/s。
