本发明提供了一种富硒南美白对虾饲料,该富硒南美白对虾饲料包含组分:富硒酵母液、红鱼粉、鱿鱼粉、乌贼膏、鸡肉粉、磷虾粉、虾壳粉、蚕蛹粉、小麦面粉、发酵豆粕、花生粕、复合矿物质、复合维生素、磷酸二氢钙、鱼油、免疫多糖、磷脂油、干酒精糟、抗氧化剂。采用该富硒南美白对虾饲料养殖的南美白对虾成活率高、生长快,具有较高的营养品质和良好的口感;食用这种富硒的南美白对虾,能有效改善人体缺硒的状况,预防或避免缺硒引起的各种疾病,增强抵抗力。本发明还提供该富硒南美白对虾饲料的制备方法,该方法操作简单、成本低、对环境友好,制备过程中不会破坏饲料中的营养成分,又能使饲料具有较好的适口性和溶解性,适于大规模化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种富硒南美白对虾饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
科学研究表明,硒是人体必需的微量元素,而中国有大约七成地区的居民缺硒。人体缺硒会导致患癌症、糖尿病、心脑血管病等多种疾病,这在医学界已成共识,为此世界各国确定每4年召开一次有关硒的国际研讨会。针对人体缺硒的状况,目前各国专家建议继续大力开发研制富硒产品。我国72份的土壤中硒含量低于国际公布的正常临界值0.1mg/kg指标,即全国72份的地区缺硒,这为大力开发富硒农产品和食品加工业提供了机遇。
大量研究表明硒能提高动物的生长性能,改善繁殖性能,增强免疫功能,改善肉质。目前研究发现硒的生理功能与硒蛋白有关,硒蛋白大多数是具有重要作用的酶,这些酶的活性中心通常含有硒代半胱氨酸,具有抗氧化作用。正是由于“硒”的高抗氧化作用,适量补充能够防止器官老化与病变,增强免疫,抵御疾病,抵抗有毒害重金属,减轻放化疗副作用,防癌抗癌。有机硒是无机硒通过生物转化后再与氨基酸结合而成,一般以硒蛋氨酸的形式存在。有机硒能清除动物体内自由基,排除毒素、抗氧化、能有效的抑制过氧化脂质的产生,防止血凝块,清除胆固醇,增强动物免疫功能。
南美白对虾肉质细嫩鲜美,市场上对于南美白对虾的需求量不断加大,然后市场上几乎没有富硒南美白对虾;因此,研究开发一种富硒南白美对虾饲料来有效提高对虾体内的硒含量,满足食用者对于硒元素的摄取要求,对实现南美白对虾的经济化养殖具有现实意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服以上背景技术中提到的不足和缺陷,提供一种富硒南美白对虾饲料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种富硒南美白对虾饲料,所述富硒南美白对虾饲料包含以下重量份的组分:
富硒酵母液3-4份、红鱼粉20-28份、鱿鱼粉3-5份、乌贼膏2-3份、鸡肉粉4-6份、磷虾粉2-3份、虾壳粉1-2份、蚕蛹粉4-6份、小麦面粉10-15份、发酵豆粕10-15份、花生粕8-13份、复合矿物质1-4份、复合维生素1-3份、磷酸二氢钙1-2.5份、鱼油1-4份、免疫多糖0.1-0.4份、磷脂油1-2份、干酒精糟(DDGS)5-6份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.3份;所述复合矿物质主要包含以下成分:钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌、铜、钴、碘、硒和沸石粉。
上述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,优选的,按每公斤饲料计,所述复合维生素中包含以下质量的成分:维生素A 400-800万IU、维生素D3 300-700万IU、维生素E 50-90g、维生素K312-20g、维生素B1 8-12g、维生素B2 15-22g、维生素B6 10-15g、维生素B12 20-28mg、维生素H 80-100mg、烟酸40-60g、泛酸钙20-35g、叶酸1-4g、肌醇140-170g、Vc单磷酸脂280-380g以及余量的脱脂米糠。
上述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,优选的,按每公斤饲料计,所述复合矿物质中包含以下质量的成分:钙0.4-0.8g、磷0.7-1.0g、钾70-90g、镁10-18g、铁1.2-2.0g、锌13-20g、铜3.1-4.1g、钴130-190mg、碘45-60mg、硒3.0-4.2mg以及余量的沸石粉。
上述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,优选的,所述抗氧化剂为二丁基羟基甲苯和/或乙氧基喳琳。
上述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,优选的,所述免疫多糖为β-葡聚糖、甘露寡糖、果寡糖、酵母细胞壁免疫多糖和/或低聚异麦芽糖。
上述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,优选的,所述富硒酵母液中的硒含量为15-30ug/ml,富硒酵母的质量分数3-6%。
作为一个总的发明构思,本发明还提供一种上述的富硒南美白对虾饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将除鱼油外的其余组分混合,得到混合物料Ⅰ,将混合物料Ⅰ进行粉碎,得到粉碎物料A;
(2)将粉碎物料A送入超微粉碎机粉碎中粉碎,经过超微粉碎机粉碎后的物料,有利于对虾对于富硒饲料的消化吸收,得到粉碎物料B;
(3)将粉碎物料B、鱼油和水混合,得到混合物料Ⅱ,将混合物料Ⅱ送入持制粒仓,经过双层调质机,并加入蒸汽,用制粒机将物料Ⅱ制成饲料颗粒;
(4)将饲料颗粒在稳定熟化器中进行稳定熟化,然后用冷风脱水、冷却,使颗粒温度降至室温,将颗粒通过破碎机,再流入旋震筛分级,在标准筛32目和22目间的碎粒料即为富硒南美白对虾饲料。
上述的制备方法,优选的,按每吨饲料计,所述步骤(3)中水的加入量为30-50公斤。
上述的制备方法,优选的,所述步骤(4)中控制稳定熟化处理的温度为100-105℃,时间为45-60min。
上述的制备方法,优选的,所述步骤(2)中得到的粉碎物料B的粒径为8-10um。

本发明的富硒南美白对虾饲料的制备方法,操作简单、成本低、对环境友好,制备过程中不会破坏饲料中的营养成分,又能使饲料具有较好的适口性和溶解性,适于大规模化生产。

实施例1:
一种本发明的富硒南美白对虾饲料,该富硒南美白对虾饲料包含以下质量的组分:
富硒酵母液(富硒酵母液中硒含量为20ug/ml,富硒酵母的质量分数4%)4kg、红鱼粉25kg、鱿鱼粉5kg、乌贼膏3kg、鸡肉粉5kg、磷虾粉3kg、虾壳粉1kg、蚕蛹粉4kg、小麦面粉12kg、发酵豆粕11kg、花生粕10kg、复合矿物质2kg、复合维生素2kg、磷酸二氢钙2kg、鱼油3kg、酵母细胞壁免疫多糖0.3kg、磷脂油1kg、DDGS 6kg、二丁基羟基甲苯0.03kg。
每公斤的饲料中,复合维生素中含有以下质量的成分:维生素A 500万IU、维生素D3 400万IU、维生素E60g、维生素K3 15g、维生素B1 8g、维生素B2 18g、维生素B6 12g、维生素B12 24mg、维生素H 89mg、烟酸50g、泛酸钙29g、叶酸3g、肌醇160g、Vc单磷酸脂350g、以及余量的脱脂米糠。
每公斤的饲料中,复合矿物质中含有以下质量的成分:钙O.7g、磷O.9g、钾80g、镁15g、铁1.5g、锌18g、铜3.8g、钴170mg、碘50mg、硒3.9mg以及余量的沸石粉。
本实施例的富硒南美白对虾饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述配方中除鱼油外的其余组分混合,得到混合物料Ⅰ,将混合物料Ⅰ进行粉碎,得到粉碎物料A;
(2)将粉碎物料A送入超微粉碎机粉碎中粉碎,得到粒径为8-10um的粉碎物料B;
(3)将粉碎物料B、鱼油和水(占总质量5%)混合,得到混合物料Ⅱ,将混合物料Ⅱ送入持制粒仓,经过双层调质机,并加入蒸汽,用制粒机将物料Ⅱ制成饲料颗粒;
(4)将饲料颗粒在温度为100℃的稳定熟化器中保持45min,然后用冷风脱水、冷却,使颗粒温度降至室温,将颗粒通过破碎机,再流入旋震筛分级,在标准筛32目和22目间的碎粒料即为富硒南美白对虾饲料。
用本实施例制备得到的富硒南美白对虾饲料作为南美白对虾的投喂饵料,一天4次,直到养成;在养殖条件相同的情况,与使用普通粒饲料养殖相比,使用本实施例的富硒南美白对虾饲料养殖的南美白对虾平均规格增大10%,饲养效率提高11.7%,成活率提高30.1%,虾体内硒含量为0.41mg/Kg。可知,本发明中的富硒酵母液能与其余组分相互协同,促进营养成分的吸收及转运,有效将无机硒转化为有机硒,与普通饲料相比,能有效提高虾体的免疫力从而提高成活率,同时能使虾体富含硒,提高虾子的营养价值,对人体有益。

富硒酵母液3-4份、红鱼粉20-28份、鱿鱼粉3-5份、乌贼膏2-3份、鸡肉粉4-6份、磷虾粉2-3份、虾壳粉1-2份、蚕蛹粉4-6份、小麦面粉10-15份、发酵豆粕10-15份、花生粕8-13份、复合矿物质1-4份、复合维生素1-3份、磷酸二氢钙1-2.5份、鱼油1-4份、免疫多糖0.1-0.4份、磷脂油1-2份、干酒精糟5-6份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.3份;所述复合矿物质主要包含以下成分:钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌、铜、钴、碘、硒和沸石粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,按每公斤饲料计,所述复合维生素内包含以下质量的成分:维生素A 400-800万IU、维生素D3 300-700万IU、维生素E50-90g、维生素K3 12-20g、维生素B1 8-12g、维生素B2 15-22g、维生素B6 10-15g、维生素B12 20-28mg、维生素H 80-100mg、烟酸40-60g、泛酸钙20-35g、叶酸1-4g、肌醇140-170g、Vc单磷酸脂280-380g以及余量的脱脂米糠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,按每公斤饲料计,所述复合矿物质内包含以下质量的成分:钙0.4-0.8g、磷0.7-1.0g、钾70-90g、镁10-18g、铁1.2-2.0g、锌13-20g、铜3.1-4.1g、钴130-190mg、碘45-60mg、硒3.0-4.2mg以及余量的沸石粉。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为二丁基羟基甲苯和/或乙氧基喳琳。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,所述免疫多糖为β-葡聚糖、甘露寡糖、果寡糖、酵母细胞壁免疫多糖和/或低聚异麦芽糖。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的富硒南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,所述富硒酵母液中的硒含量为15-30ug/ml,富硒酵母的质量分数3-6%。
7.一种如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的富硒南美白对虾饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将除鱼油外的其余组分混合,得到混合物料Ⅰ,将混合物料Ⅰ进行粉碎,得到粉碎物料A;
(2)将粉碎物料A送入超微粉碎机粉碎中粉碎,得到粉碎物料B;
(3)将粉碎物料B、鱼油和水混合,得到混合物料Ⅱ,将混合物料Ⅱ送入持制粒仓,经过双层调质机,并加入蒸汽,用制粒机将物料Ⅱ制成饲料颗粒;
(4)将饲料颗粒在稳定熟化器中进行稳定熟化,然后用冷风脱水、冷却,使颗粒温度降至室温,将颗粒通过破碎机,再流入旋震筛分级,在标准筛32目和22目间的碎粒料即为富硒南美白对虾饲料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,按每吨饲料计,所述步骤(3)中水的加入量为30-50公斤。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中控制稳定熟化处理的温度为100-105℃,时间为45-60min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中得到的粉碎物料B的粒径为8-10um。
