Abstract
本发明的目的在于,提供:进一步改善泡质和低温稳定性、清洗性也优异的泵起泡器用的清洗剂组合物。本发明提供一种清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,其为含有(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱和(b)由碳数5~25的脂肪酸形成的高级脂肪酸皂4~15质量%的从起泡器容器排出的清洗剂组合物,前述碳数5~25的脂肪酸包含:(b‑1)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为30~80质量%的月桂酸、(b‑2)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~30质量%的肉豆蔻酸、和(b‑3)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~35质量%的选自棕榈酸和硬脂酸中的至少一种,前述(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱的配混量与(b)高级脂肪酸皂的配混量的比率[(a)/(b)]为0.4~1.5的范围内。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂组合物,其容纳于泵起泡器等具有多孔膜的非气体型的泡排出容器中,使用时通过前述多孔膜以泡沫状排出。更详细而言,涉及泡的持续性和泡的弹力性优异、且低温稳定性良好且不产生堵塞的泵起泡器用清洗剂组合物。
背景技术
已知有容纳于泵起泡器(pump foamer)等非气体型的泡排出容器、且在使用时从该容器以泡沫状排出的液态清洗剂组合物。该类型的清洗剂组合物通过容器所具备的多孔膜时,与空气混合,以泡沫状排出。然而,作为清洗成分常用的高级脂肪酸皂虽然起泡性和清洗性优异,但是存在特别是碳数超过12的长链高级脂肪酸盐在低温下产生晶体析出而引起泵起泡器的多孔膜的堵塞的问题。
专利文献1中公开了如下泵起泡器用的液态清洗剂组合物:不含作为清洗成分的高级脂肪酸皂,配混(a)短链长的酰基牛磺酸盐、(b)两性表面活性剂和(c)阳离子化淀粉,从而没有容器的堵塞,低温下也能稳定地得到奶油状的泡质,也可以得到调整效果。
使用高级脂肪酸皂作为清洗成分的例子中,有:配混了将离子性表面活性剂(高级脂肪酸皂占其90质量%)的配混量抑制为2~5质量%、20~60质量%的多元醇(包含低于20质量%的丙二醇)的泵起泡器用的清洗剂组合物(专利文献2)。专利文献2的清洗剂组合物的特征在于,不仅泡质和低温稳定性优异,而且能以少量的水容易地冲洗。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明对上述现有技术进行了进一步改善,目的在于,提供:在不抑制高级脂肪酸皂的配混量的情况下发挥充分的清洗效果、且具有即使进行低温保存也不产生晶体析出所导致的堵塞的稳定性、特别是可以得到持续性和弹力性优异的泡质的泵起泡器用的清洗剂组合物。
用于解决问题的方案
为了解决上述课题,本发明人等进行了深入研究,结果发现:以规定比率组合链长不同的高级脂肪酸皂而配混,从而可以得到具有持续性和弹力性优异的泡质、即使在低温下也不产生堵塞的清洗剂组合物,至此完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供一种清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,
其为含有(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱和(b)由碳数5~25的脂肪酸形成的高级脂肪酸皂4~15质量%的从起泡器容器排出的清洗剂组合物,
前述碳数5~25的脂肪酸包含:
(b-1)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为30~80质量%的月桂酸、
(b-2)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~30质量%的肉豆蔻酸、和
(b-3)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~35质量%的选自棕榈酸和硬脂酸中的至少一种,
前述(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱的配混量与(b)高级脂肪酸皂的配混量的比率[(a)/(b)]为0.4~1.5的范围内。
发明的效果
对于本发明的清洗剂组合物,泡的持续性优异,具有富于泡的弹力性的良好的泡质,低温稳定性优异,即使在低温保存的情况下也不引起泵起泡器的堵塞。
本说明书中的“泡的持续性”是指,从起泡器容器排出的清洗剂的泡涂布于皮肤并使其适应时没有立即破碎而持续泡状的性质,“泡的弹力性”是指,从起泡器容器排出的清洗剂的泡呈现具有适度弹力的柔滑的感触。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明进行详细说明。
(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱
本发明中使用的月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱(也记作N-月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱)为具有下述式(1)所示的结构的化合物。

本发明的清洗剂组合物中的月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱的配混量以后述的高级脂肪酸皂的配混量为基准来确定,通常为2~20质量%、优选2.5~18质量%、更优选3~15质量%,但不限定于这些,也可以设为前述范围中所含的范围、例如2~9质量%、3~8质量%、或4~7质量%等范围。
(b)高级脂肪酸皂
本发明的清洗剂组合物含有高级脂肪酸皂作为清洗成分。本发明中的高级脂肪酸皂是由碳数5~25的脂肪酸阴离子与抗衡阳离子的盐形成的。碳数5~25的脂肪酸为具有羧基键合于直链状或支链状的饱和或不饱和的一价烃基、例如烷基、亚烷基等的结构的羧酸,前述烃基可以任意被羟基等所取代。
作为碳数5~25的脂肪酸的例子,可以举出己酸、庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、十一烷酸、月桂酸、癸烯酸、十一碳烯酸、月桂烯酸、2-乙基丁酸、异戊酸、2-乙基戊酸、2-乙基己酸、异壬酸、3,5,5-三甲基己酸、十三烷酸、四甲基壬酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、山萮酸、木蜡酸、蜡酸、肉豆蔻油酸、棕榈油酸、油酸、反油酸、巨头鲸鱼酸(gondoicacid)、芥酸、鲨鱼酸、亚油酸、反亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、2-己基癸酸、异硬脂酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、椰子油脂肪酸、氢化椰子油脂肪酸、棕榈油脂肪酸、氢化棕榈油脂肪酸、棕榈仁油脂肪酸、氢化棕榈仁油脂肪酸、牛油脂肪酸、氢化牛油脂肪酸等。
本发明中,碳数5~25的脂肪酸中,优选使用由碳数8~20、或碳数12~18的直链状饱和脂肪酸形成的高级脂肪酸。即,本发明中使用的脂肪酸皂包含:不含由支链状脂肪酸或不饱和脂肪酸形成的脂肪酸皂的方式。
本发明的清洗剂组合物含有:由包含(b-1)月桂酸和(b-2)肉豆蔻酸和(b-3)选自棕榈酸和硬脂酸中的至少1种的直链状饱和脂肪酸形成的高级脂肪酸皂。
(b-1)月桂酸
本发明中的高级脂肪酸皂含有相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为30~80质量%的由月桂酸形成的脂肪酸皂。
(b-2)肉豆蔻酸
本发明中的高级脂肪酸皂含有相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~30质量%的由月桂酸形成的脂肪酸皂。
(b-3)棕榈酸和硬脂酸
本发明中的高级脂肪酸皂含有相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~35质量%的由选自棕榈酸和硬脂酸中的至少一种形成的脂肪酸皂。棕榈酸和硬脂酸的总配混量超过35质量%时,有时无法得到充分的低温稳定性。在冬季的寒冷地区等特别是要求低温稳定性的环境下使用的情况下,优选将棕榈酸和/或硬脂酸的配混量设为5~30质量%、更优选5~25质量%、进一步优选5~20质量%。
选自棕榈酸和硬脂酸中的至少一种包括:仅包含棕榈酸或硬脂酸的一者的方式、和包含棕榈酸和硬脂酸这两者的方式。包含棕榈酸和硬脂酸这两者的方式中,优选将棕榈酸与硬脂酸的配混量比率[棕榈酸/硬脂酸]设为0.4~2.5的范围。该数值范围包括:包含于0.4~2.5的任意的范围(例如0.4~2.0或1.0~2.0等)和包含于该范围的全部数值。
本发明的清洗剂组合物在月桂酸(碳数12)和肉豆蔻酸(碳数14)的基础上,配混棕榈酸(碳数16)和/或硬脂酸(碳数18),从而可以得到持续性良好的泡质且低温稳定性也优异。
如果鉴于一般认为高级脂肪酸的链长(碳数)增加时容易引起晶体析出,则在以往常用的月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸的基础上,本领域技术人员无法预测通过配混碳数多的棕榈酸和/或硬脂酸而低温稳定性提高的效果。
作为用于中和高级脂肪酸阴离子的抗衡阳离子,优选设为碱金属阳离子、特别是钾阳离子。本发明中的(a)高级脂肪酸皂中不含脂肪酸的精氨酸盐和甲基牛磺酸盐。
本发明的清洗剂组合物中的(b)高级脂肪酸皂的配混量为4~15质量%、优选5~12质量%、更优选5~10质量%、进一步优选6~8质量%。此处,高级脂肪酸皂的配混量是指,高级脂肪酸与中和剂(例如氢氧化钾)的总配混量。
本发明的清洗剂组合物中,(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱的配混量与(b)高级脂肪酸皂的配混量的比率[(a)/(b)]为0.4~1.5,该配混量比率进一步优选设为0.5~1.2的范围内。该配混量比率低于0.4时,无法得到充分的低温稳定性。
(c)多元醇
本发明的清洗剂组合物在(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱和(b)高级脂肪酸皂之类的必须成分的基础上,优选配混多元醇。
能配混的多元醇可以从化妆品等中通常配混的多元醇中选择,例如可以举出甘油、丙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨糖醇等。
多元醇的配混量没有特别限定,通常为10~50质量%、优选20~50质量%、更优选25~40质量%。
多元醇中,配混IOB(无机性-有机性平衡值)=3~4的多元醇,从而可以提高从起泡器排出的泡的弹力性,故优选。作为IOB=3~4的多元醇,可以举出二甘油、丙二醇等。
IOB=3~4的多元醇的配混量相对于组合物总重量通常为0.1~10质量%、优选0.5~8质量%、更优选1~5质量%。
本发明的清洗剂组合物在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内可以含有液体清洗剂组合物中通常使用的其他任意成分,如果列举其他任意成分的具体例,则可以举出油分、硅酮类、低级或高级醇类、羊毛脂衍生物、蛋白衍生物、各种药剂、杀菌剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、抗氧化剂、金属离子封端剂、螯合剂、动植物提取物或其衍生物、色素、香料、颜料、有机或无机粉体、粘土矿物等。可以任意选择它们中的1种或2种以上并配混。
本发明的清洗剂组合物没有限定,例如,以使用B型旋转粘度计在30℃的温度下测定的粘度为40mPa·s以下、优选30mPa·s以下、更优选20mPa·s左右的低粘度液体的形式提供。
本发明的清洗剂组合物可以使用上述必须成分和任意成分、依据常规方法而制造。
制备好的本发明的清洗剂组合物容纳于具有多孔膜的非气体型的泡排出容器。本发明中使用的非气体型的泡排出容器只要将一定量的液体清洗剂组合物与一定量的空气混合、形成泡沫状态在使用时从容器排出就可以为公知的任意类型。具体而言,例如可以举出:用手指按压软质容器的主体部从而使用的挤压起泡器、用手指按压具备泵机构的盖的头从而使用的泵起泡器等。而且使用时将使容器内的液体清洗剂组合物与空气混合后的混合物通过多孔膜(1张至多张),从而将该液体清洗剂组合物从容器排出口以泡沫状排出。
作为泵起泡器容器的多孔膜,例如可以举出海绵、烧结体、网等,从使用性等方面出发,优选为薄壁的网。作为网眼的粗糙度,优选使用30~400目左右的网眼。本发明的清洗剂组合物中,优选使用具备2张多孔膜的容器,即使将一个多孔膜设为200目、另一个多孔膜设为305目这样细的网眼,也不产生堵塞,可以得到良好的泡质。
本发明的清洗剂组合物适合作为容纳于泵起泡器容器的毛发、皮肤的清洗剂以洗面材料、沐浴露、洗手液、洗发水等的形态提供。
实施例
以下,列举具体例对本发明进一步进行详细说明,但这些不对本发明的保护范围进行任何限定。
需要说明的是,以下的实施例等中的配混量只要没有特别记载,就为质量%。
以下述表的各例中记载的组成依据常规方法制备清洗剂。
对于各例中得到的清洗剂,针对以下的项目,依据下述基准进行评价。
(1)低温稳定性
将制备好的清洗剂组合物填充至硬质玻璃的小玻璃瓶,在保持为各温度(-10~5℃)的评价室中保存24小时和1周后,以目视观察清洗剂组合物的低温稳定性,以下述评价基准进行评价。
A:良好(无析出物·沉淀物,无外观的变化。无引起堵塞的可能性)
B:不良(有析出物·沉淀物,品质上有问题。有引起堵塞的可能性)
如果为通常的使用环境,则至少在-5℃~+5℃下结束保存24小时和在+5℃下结束保存1周的时刻的评价为“A”,则具备可以作为商品提供的充分的特性。
(2)使用性试验
由专业评价人员对于使容纳于泵起泡器容器(200×305目)的各例的清洗剂组合物以泡沫状排出而实际使用时的泡质(泡的持续性、泡的弹力性)进行评价。评价依据以下的基准实施。

B:优异
C:差
需要说明的是,评价结果为A或B时,具备作为商品提供所需充分的特性。
(3)粘度测定
对于各例中制备的清洗剂组合物,使用B型粘度计(转子No.1、60rpm),测定30℃的粘度。将测定结果示于各表。

由上述表1~4所示的结果,对于含有以本发明规定的比率包含月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸、和棕榈酸和/或硬脂酸的高级脂肪酸、且以规定比率含有N-月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱的实施例的清洗剂组合物,低温稳定性优异,不会引起起泡器容器的堵塞,而且生成的泡的持续性也优异。另一方面,对于不含棕榈酸也不含硬脂酸的比较例1,泡的持续性差。对于脂肪酸的配混比率不满足本发明的特征(棕榈酸和硬脂酸的总配混量超过35质量%)的比较例2~4、和N-月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱与高级脂肪酸皂的配混量比率超过本发明的范围(0.4~1.5)的比较例5,无法得到充分的低温稳定性。
(b)高级脂肪酸皂的配混量低于4质量%的比较例6也与比较例1同样地,泡的持续性差,对于组合物的粘度超过30mPa·s的比较例7,难以从泵起泡器排出。另外,对于将N-月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱置换为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(椰子油脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱)的比较例8,低温稳定性变差。另外,与总计包含30质量%以上的棕榈酸和硬脂酸作为形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸的实施例9相比,其配混量为20~30质量%的实施例4和6~8、进而20质量%以下的实施例2、3和5中,在更严苛的低温条件下也不产生析出等,确认了特别适于在冬季的寒冷地区等中的使用。
根据表5所示的结果,IOB=3~4的多元醇的二甘油(IOB=3.50)不是为了得到本发明的效果所必须的(实施例12),确认了IOB=3~4的多元醇的配混提高从起泡器排出的泡的弹力性(实施例13和14)。
Claims (6)
1.一种清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,其为含有(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱和(b)由碳数5~25的脂肪酸形成的高级脂肪酸皂4~15质量%的从起泡器容器排出的清洗剂组合物,
所述碳数5~25的脂肪酸包含:
(b-1)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为30~80质量%的月桂酸、
(b-2)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~30质量%的肉豆蔻酸、和
(b-3)相对于形成高级脂肪酸皂的脂肪酸总重量为5~35质量%的选自棕榈酸和硬脂酸中的至少一种,
所述(a)月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱的配混量与(b)高级脂肪酸皂的配混量的比率[(a)/(b)]为0.4~1.5的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂组合物,其中,所述(b-3)包含棕榈酸和硬脂酸这两者。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洗剂组合物,其中,棕榈酸与硬脂酸的配混量比率[棕榈酸/硬脂酸]为0.4~2.5的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的清洗剂组合物,其还包含(c)多元醇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的清洗剂组合物,其中,所述(c)多元醇包含IOB=3~4的多元醇。
6.根据权利要求5所述的清洗剂组合物,其中,所述IOB=3~4的多元醇为二甘油。
