本发明涉及一种多功能蔬果处理装置，包括的加工上盖（200）和切丝切片刀盘（300），加工上盖设有中心进料筒（201）和偏心进料筒（202），该切丝切片刀盘（300）与电动机的输出端耦合，还包括切丁功能组件，该切丁功能组件包括用于切断食材以将食材切削成片状的切片刀盘（310），和用于将片状食材切分成方形的切丁刀座（320），切片刀盘（310）与电动机的输出端耦合，切丝切片刀盘（300）和切丁功能组件（310）进行替换，分别装配至多功能蔬果处理装置内用于食材的切丝切片和切丁。本发明拓展了整个机器的功能范围，尤其是在制作蔬果沙拉时，大大节省了操作时间和减轻了劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蔬果处理装置，更具体地，通过旋转切削将蔬果加工成丝、片、丁的多功能食物处理装置。
背景技术
随着素食及健康饮食的流行，人们对蔬果沙拉的喜好及需求日益增加，蔬果沙拉不仅可口、美味，还很健康、营养，是素食主义和养生饮食的必备食品。通常为制作蔬果沙拉需要将新鲜蔬果切削成细丝、薄片或小丁，不仅有利于沙拉入味，还方便食用。
现有市场常见的切丝切片器，不论是通过以中心定位装置旋转切削，将蔬果加工成丝或片的切丝切片器，还是通过偏心切削，将蔬果加工成条状的丝或片的切丝切片器，都可以解决将整个蔬果加工细丝或薄片，可用于制作蔬果沙拉。
但是，现有的切丝切片器只能将将蔬果加工成丝或片的形状，并不具有切丁（小的立方体或长方体）的功能，而蔬果丁在制作蔬果沙拉、披萨或面包等场合是非常实用及常用的。
通常，人们会通过手工或者专门的蔬果切丁器来切削出蔬果丁，手工切削不仅费时费力，且尺寸大小不均匀，而采用专门的蔬果切粒器来切削，不仅增加购置成本，还会因厨房用具的增多给产品收纳带来不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提出一种同时具有切丝、切片和切丁功能的多功能蔬果处理装置。
本发明解决所述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
提出一种多功能蔬果处理装置，包括的加工上盖和切丝切片刀盘，所述加工上盖设有中心进料筒和偏心进料筒，该切丝切片刀盘与电动机的输出端耦合，还包括切丁功能组件，该切丁功能组件包括用于切断食材以将食材切削成片状的切片刀盘，和用于将片状食材切分成方形的切丁刀座，所述切片刀盘与电动机的输出端耦合，所述切丝切片刀盘和切丁功能组件进行替换，分别装配至多功能蔬果处理装置内用于食材的切丝切片和切丁。
进一步地：
所述电动机的输出端为齿轮，所述切丝切片刀盘和切丁功能组件的切片刀盘分别借助其外缘设置的齿圈与电动机的输出齿轮啮合。
所述切片刀盘上的齿圈与电动机输出端齿轮之间设有一个或一个以上的传动齿轮，所述切片刀盘上的齿圈为外齿圈或内齿圈。
机壳用于安装所述切丝切片刀盘或切丁功能组件的下方设置有上下通透的圆形腔体。
所述加工上盖用于覆盖切丝切片刀盘和切丁功能组件的切片刀盘，并对该切丝切片刀盘和切片刀盘进行限位。
所述圆形腔体的下方设置有用于盛装加工后食材的容器。
本发明在现有的仅仅对食材具有切丝切片功能的切丝切片装置的基础上，通过增加设置一组切丁功能组件可实现对食材的切丁功能，拓展了整个机器的功能范围，尤其是在制作蔬果沙拉的功能上，大大地节省了用户的操作时间和劳动强度。

具体实施方式
现结合附图，对本发明的实施例作详细说明。
为了说明的需要，有时会对示意图中某些元件的宽度、长度和厚度等进行夸张表示。
如图1至6所示，一种多功能蔬果处理装置包括切丝切片刀盘和切丁功能组件，其中，切丝切片刀盘300设置有用于切削食材的切削刀具301，切丝切片刀盘300外缘设置有齿圈302，通过电动机及其变速机构的输出连接齿轮500与切丝切片刀盘300外缘设置的齿圈302的耦合来带动切丝切片300旋转从而对食材进行切丝或切片。切片刀盘310上的齿圈与马达输出端齿轮之间可增加一个或数个过渡传动齿轮，以满足产品结构或传动速度调节及其它要求。切片刀盘310上的齿圈可为外齿圈或内齿圈。
切丁功能组件包括用于切断食材以将食材切削成片状的设有切片刀310A的切片刀盘310，和用于将片状食材切分成方形的具有切丁刀320A的切丁刀座320。切粒刀座320以可拆卸的方式固定安装于机器内，切片刀盘310可旋转地安装于切粒刀座320上；切片刀盘310外缘设置有一圈齿圈312，同样，通过电动机及其变速机构的输出连接齿轮500与切片刀盘310外缘设置的齿圈312的耦合来带动切片刀盘310旋转，通过其旋转先以切片刀310A将食材切片，再通过切片刀310A对切成片的食材向下的压力推向切丁刀座320，切丁刀座320上的切丁刀320A将食材切削成丁状，完成食材的切丁加工。
通过切丝切片刀盘300与切丁功能组件的互换，分别装配到机器内，以分别实现食材的切丝切片与切丁的加工功能。
机壳400用于安装上述切丝切片刀盘300、切丁功能组件和电动机等部件，机壳400上用于安装切丝切片刀盘300处，于切削刀盘300下方设置有一上下通透的圆形腔体402，切丝切片刀盘300可旋转地安装于该腔体402的上端面401。装配切粒功能组件时，切丁刀座320以可拆卸的方式固定安装于该腔体的上端面401，切片刀盘310可旋转地安装于切丁刀座320上。
加工上盖200覆盖并限位切丝切片刀盘300和切丁功能组件，该加工上盖200设有中心进料筒201和偏心进料筒202，中心进料筒201和偏心进料筒202分别可容纳用于推送食材的中心推杆100和偏心推杆110。
实现切丝切片功能时：
1．食材从中心进料筒201内投入，从食材上方将中心推杆100插入到进料中心筒201内，食材下端与切丝切片刀盘300的切削工作部分接触，在中心推杆100推压力的作用下，食材紧贴切丝切片刀盘300的上表面，切丝切片刀盘300旋转，带动设置于其上的切削刀具301绕切丝切片刀盘300旋转，实现对食材的切削加工。这是中心螺旋切削，实现长条丝和长条片的切削效果。
2．食材从偏心进料筒202内投入，从食材上方将偏心推杆110插入到偏心进料筒202内，食材下端与切丝切片刀盘300的切削工作部分接触，在偏心推杆110的推压力的作用下，食材紧贴切丝切片刀盘300的上表面，通过切丝切片刀盘300旋转，带动设置于其上的切削刀具301绕切丝切片刀盘300旋转，实现对食材的切削加工。这是偏心依次切削，实现短条丝和圆片的切削效果。
经过切削的食材通过上述机壳400上的圆形腔体402，落入相应的容器，可供用户使用/食用。
实现切丁功能时：
将多功能蔬果处理装置内的切丝切片刀盘300替换为切丁功能组件，食材从偏心进料筒202内投入，从食材上方将偏心推杆110插入到偏心进料筒内，食材下端与切片刀盘310的切削工作部分接触，在偏心推杆110的推压力作用下，通过切片刀盘310旋转，其上设置的切片刀310A先将食材切片，再通过切片刀310A对切成片的食材的向下压力推向切丁刀座320，切丁刀座320上的切丁刀320A将食材切削成丁状，完成食材的切丁加工。
本发明的实施方案在现有的仅仅具有对蔬果具有切丝切片功能的基础上，通过增加设置一组切丁功能组件实现对食材的切丁功能，拓展了整个机器的功能范围，尤其是在制作蔬果沙拉的功能上，大大节省了用户的操作时间和劳动强度。
应当理解的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案，而非对其限制，其部分细节及运动机构可通过相应设计变更以其它的形式来实现。对本领域技术人员来说，可以对上述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改，或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换；而这些修改和替换，都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种多功能蔬果处理装置，包括的加工上盖（200）和切丝切片刀盘（300），所述加工上盖设有中心进料筒（201）和偏心进料筒（202），该切丝切片刀盘（300）与电动机的输出端耦合，其特征在于：还包括切丁功能组件，该切丁功能组件包括用于切断食材以将食材切削成片状的切片刀盘（310），和用于将片状食材切分成方形的切丁刀座（320），所述切片刀盘（310）与电动机的输出端耦合，所述切丝切片刀盘（300）和切丁功能组件（310）进行替换，分别装配至多功能蔬果处理装置内用于食材的切丝切片和切丁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能蔬果处理装置，其特征在于：所述电动机的输出端为齿轮，所述切丝切片刀盘（300）和切丁功能组件的切片刀盘（310）分别借助其外缘设置的齿圈与电动机的输出齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能蔬果处理装置，其特征在于：所述切片刀盘（310）上的齿圈与电动机输出端齿轮之间设有一个或一个以上的传动齿轮，所述切片刀盘（310）上的齿圈为外齿圈或内齿圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能蔬果处理装置，其特征在于：机壳（400）用于安装所述切丝切片刀盘（300）或切丁功能组件的下方设置有上下通透的圆形腔体（402）。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能蔬果处理装置，其特征在于：所述圆形腔体（402）的下方设置有用于盛装加工后食材的容器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能蔬果处理装置，其特征在于：所述加工上盖（200）用于覆盖切丝切片刀盘（300）和切丁功能组件的切片刀盘（310），并对该切丝切片刀盘（300）和切片刀盘（310）进行限位。
