Abstract
本发明提供了一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将纺织品浸入液体阻燃剂后采用辐照,辐照的剂量为20—40Gy;2)将纺织品烘干。本发明的一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,制备工艺简单,生产效率高,降低了成本,产品阻燃效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,具体是一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法。
背景技术
火灾很多都是由于纺织品引起的,其中以床上用品、家居装饰用布起火为主要原因之一。因此如何提高纺织品阻燃性能,减轻火灾造成的损失,日渐成为纺织行业的重要课题。目前的阻燃纺织品的制备方法大都比较复杂,比如中国发明专利201510057835.5,需要进行多次超声、二浸二扎等复杂工艺,生产效率低下,增加了阻燃纺织品成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法。
一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将纺织品浸入液体阻燃剂后采用辐照,辐照的剂量为20—40Gy;
2)将纺织品烘干。
所述的一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于所述辐照采用电子线照射,能量为12MeV。
所述的一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于所述液体阻燃剂为PVC液体无卤阻燃剂。
本发明的一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,制备工艺简单,生产效率高,降低了成本,产品阻燃效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将纯棉纺织品浸入PVC液体无卤阻燃剂后采用电子线照射,能量为12MeV,辐照的剂量为20Gy;
2)将纺织品烘干。
实施例2
一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将纯棉纺织品浸入PVC液体无卤阻燃剂后采用电子线照射,能量为12MeV,辐照的剂量为30Gy;
2)将纺织品烘干。
实施例3
一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将纯棉纺织品浸入PVC液体无卤阻燃剂后采用电子线照射,能量为12MeV,辐照的剂量为40Gy;
2)将纺织品烘干。
经过实验,本发明实施例的产品阻燃性良好,均符合GB17591—2006的阻燃标准。

1.一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将纺织品浸入液体阻燃剂后采用辐照,辐照的剂量为20—40Gy;
2)将纺织品烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于所述辐照采用电子线照射,能量为12MeV。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于所述液体阻燃剂为PVC液体无卤阻燃剂。
