本发明公开了一种通信塔塔靴柔性自动焊接系统,涉及装备制造技术领域;本发明的一种通信塔塔靴柔性自动焊接系统,它包括取板机器人、定位台、变位机、焊接机器人和电气控制系统;所述取板机器人包括地轨机构、竖梁、横梁机构、取料机构;所述变位机包括翻转轴、旋转轴、旋转平台和定位装置;所述电气控制系统包括工控机、PLC主站、PLC从站、伺服放大器、焊接机器人控制板。取板机器人按照塔靴拼装顺序,依次将放置在定位台上的塔靴板料送到固定在旋转平台上的塔靴底板上,变位机与焊接机器人联动进行点焊再满焊。本发明提供的系统可以实现多种型号、不同倾角塔靴的自动拼装、焊接,减少了工人的劳动量,提高了焊接质量和效率。
