本发明提供的一种精肽营养素的制备方法,所述营养素的制配方法包括以下工艺步骤:A备料:按配方称量鱼胶原蛋白肽10份、大豆肽粉4份、清蛋白多肽粉2份、酪蛋白磷酸肽粉0.5份、大豆分离蛋白55份、乳清蛋白8份、脱脂乳粉10份、魔芋精粉1.5份、低聚异麦芽糖1份、樱桃粉1份、燕麦粉1份、糙米粉1份、山药粉0.5 份、酸枣仁提取物0.5份、红枣粉0.5份、碳酸钙0.5份、瓜尔胶1 份、刺槐豆胶2份、香精1份,备用;B造粒:将鱼胶原蛋白肽粉 10、大豆肽粉4份、清蛋白多肽粉2份、大豆分离蛋白55份、山药粉0.5份、脱脂乳粉10份、乳清蛋白8份、碳酸钙0.5份、樱桃粉1 份、燕麦粉1份、糙米粉1份置于沸腾床中推入并顶起沸腾床,打开沸腾造粒机电源,开启压力阀至0.5MPa,设置进口风温度为150℃,打开引风机开关,电磁阀,开自动清灰;待出口风温度30℃,将酸枣仁提取物0.5份溶入2000份水中,取酸枣仁提取物滤液喷入沸腾床中,调节蠕动泵转速,直至水完全喷入,等待升温5min,控制水分≤4%,当出口风温度达到60℃,再将香精1份加入1000份水中喷入沸腾床中,调节蠕动泵转速,直至完全喷入,关引风机,关电磁阀,关压力阀,落下沸腾床持续自动清灰至无大量物料落下即可,得到已造粒物料;C整粒1:将装有所述步骤B中经造粒完成的物料的沸腾床置于快速整理机中整粒,待整粒完成后放置在物料架冷却至 20-30℃备用;D整粒2:将酪蛋白磷酸肽粉0.5份、魔芋精粉1.5份、红枣粉0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖1份、刺槐豆胶2份、瓜尔胶1份置于快速整理机中进行整粒,备用;E混料:将所述步骤C与步骤D已整粒的物料置于三维立体混合机,闭物料口,打开三维立体混合机电源,进行混合工作,完成混合后得到总混物料;F、将总混物料用双层原料袋分装密封,置于中转间待用;G、分装。
附1大豆肽生产工艺流程:
大豆分离蛋白→溶解→酶解→灭酶→过滤→脱色脱味→过滤→浓缩→瞬时灭菌→喷雾干燥。
附2清蛋白肽粉生产工艺流程:
卵清蛋白→溶解→酶解→灭酶→过滤→脱色脱味→过滤→浓缩→瞬时灭菌→喷雾干燥。
附3鱼胶原蛋白肽粉生产工艺流程:
鱼皮→清洗→酶解→灭酶→过滤→浓缩→瞬时灭菌→喷雾干燥。

鱼胶原蛋白肽8份、大豆肽粉3份、清蛋白多肽粉1.5份、酪蛋白磷酸肽粉0.3份、大豆分离蛋白50份、乳清蛋白6份、脱脂乳粉8 份、魔芋精粉1.2份、低聚异麦芽糖0.8份、樱桃粉0.8份、燕麦粉 0.8份、糙米粉0.8份、山药粉0.3份、酸枣仁提取物0.4份、红枣粉 0.3份、碳酸钙0.4份、瓜尔胶0.5份、刺槐豆胶1.5份、香精0.5份。

鱼胶原蛋白肽8-12份、大豆肽粉3-5份、清蛋白多肽粉1.5-2.5份、酪蛋白磷酸肽粉0.3-0.8份、大豆分离蛋白50-60份、乳清蛋白6-10份、脱脂乳粉8-12份、魔芋精粉1.2-1.8份、低聚异麦芽糖0.8-1.2份、樱桃粉0.8-1.2份、燕麦粉0.8-1.2份、糙米粉0.8-1.2份、山药粉0.3-0.8份、酸枣仁提取物0.4-0.6份、红枣粉0.3-0.8份、碳酸钙0.4-0.6份、瓜尔胶0.5-1.5份、刺槐豆胶1.5-2.5份、香精0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精肽营养素,其特征在于:所述精肽营养素由下述组分及重量份组成:

A备料:按配方称量鱼胶原蛋白肽10份、大豆肽粉4份、清蛋白多肽粉2份、酪蛋白磷酸肽粉0.5份、大豆分离蛋白55份、乳清蛋白8份、脱脂乳粉10份、魔芋精粉1.5份、低聚异麦芽糖1份、樱桃粉1份、燕麦粉1份、糙米粉1份、山药粉0.5份、酸枣仁提取物0.5份、红枣粉0.5份、碳酸钙0.5份、瓜尔胶1份、刺槐豆胶2份、香精1份,备用;
