The PCB finished product cleaning integrated production line of claim 1, wherein the second roller conveyor belt comprises a plurality of rollers and a plurality of rollers which are distributed on the rollers at intervals, the lifting rotary machine comprises a rotary shaft arranged below the second roller conveyor belt and a tray arranged on the rotary shaft, the tray is in a net shape with a plurality of meshes, and the rollers penetrate through the meshes and can still penetrate through the meshes after the tray rotates for 90 degrees.

The PCB finished product cleaning integrated production line of claim 2, wherein a plurality of the rollers are arranged at equal intervals of L1, a plurality of the rollers are arranged at equal intervals of L2, the meshes are arranged on the tray at equal intervals of L3, L1-L2-L3, and the number of the meshes in the transverse direction and the vertical direction is even, so that the center of the tray is positioned between two rollers and is staggered with the rollers and the rollers.

6. The PCB finished product cleaning integrated production line of claim 1, wherein an outlet of the finished product cleaning line is provided with a third sensor for controlling the lifting barrier strip.
7. A PCB finished product cleaning integrated production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second crawler belt is provided with a CCD camera for alignment, and the CCD camera is used for repositioning the PCB so that the second grabbing manipulator accurately grabs the PCB.
8. The PCB finished product cleaning integrated production line of claim 1, wherein the automatic board collecting machine is further provided with a deionizing fan.
9. A PCB finished product cleaning integrated operation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) simultaneously grabbing the PCB to be cleaned on at least two temporary storage machines by a first grabbing mechanical arm of the automatic plate placing machine, placing the PCB on a first roller conveyor belt side by side, and conveying the PCB to a finished product cleaning line by the first roller conveyor belt;
(2) the first sensor at the inlet of the finished product cleaning line senses that the PCB enters the finished product cleaning line, the finished product cleaning line is started to clean the entering PCB, after the cleaning is finished, the third sensor at the outlet of the finished product cleaning line senses the PCB and then starts and raises the lifting barrier strip, the lifting barrier strip is raised to the top and then automatically descends after 0.5-2S delay, and the PCB is conveyed to the lifting rotary machine by the second roller conveyor belt;
(3) the second sensor senses that the PCB is in place, the lifting rotating machine is started, the PCBs arranged side by side are converted into the PCBs arranged side by side through the actions of lifting the tray, rotating by 90 degrees and descending the tray in sequence, and the PCBs are conveyed to the first crawler belt conveyor by the second roller belt conveyor;
(4) the PCB is conveyed to the inspection and warping machine by the first crawler belt conveyor, the inspection and warping machine detects one PCB and feeds back the detection result to the automatic board receiving machine in a signal mode, and the PCB is conveyed to the automatic board receiving machine by the second crawler belt conveyor after the inspection and warping machine finishes detection;
(5) the CCD camera is used for repositioning the PCB, the positioning information is fed back to the automatic board collecting machine, the automatic board collecting machine is used for combining the positioning information and a detection result signal of the board inspection warping machine, accurately grabbing is carried out, qualified PCB is placed in a qualified board placing area, and unqualified PCB is placed in an unqualified board placing area.
10. The PCB finished product cleaning integrated operation method of claim 9, wherein the step (5) further comprises a deionizing fan for further cleaning the PCB.
