The AOI detecting automatic sorting machine according to claim 1, further comprising a controller and a first sensor, wherein the controller receives and sequentially records the detection result of the AOI detecting device on the glass products, the first sensor is arranged corresponding to the front end of the glass conveying line, the first sensor is used for sensing the passing of the glass products, when the controller receives the signal of the passing of the glass products, the controller calculates the position to be conveyed by the glass products within the preset time according to the rotating speed of the motor of the glass conveying line and sends the position to the glass taking and placing device, the glass taking and placing device grabs the glass products conveyed to the position and places the glass products into a tray for placing good glass or a tray for placing bad glass under the instruction of the controller.

The AOI detecting automatic sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein the glass conveying line comprises a mounting bracket and a plurality of driving rollers mounted on the mounting bracket, the plurality of driving rollers are sequentially arranged at intervals, at least two rollers are arranged on the driving rollers at intervals, and an annular ring is arranged on the rollers.
7. The AOI inspection automatic sorting machine of claim 6, wherein the glass delivery line further comprises two bars located on either side of the plurality of drive rollers, the spacing between the bars being adjustable.
8. The AOI inspection automatic sorting machine of claim 1, wherein the tray blanking mechanism comprises:
a receiving frame defining a receiving space for receiving a grill;
a first jacking mechanism configured to jack up a grill located directly below the receiving space into the receiving space; and
the supporting plates are respectively hinged on the containing frame;
in a normal state, the support plate is positioned in a horizontal position, the end of the support plate, which is far away from the support plate hinged to the receiving frame, faces the receiving space, and the support plate is configured to support a grill located in the receiving space;
when the first jacking mechanism jacks up the grill, the support plates are pushed upwards by the edge of the grill to rotate outwards, so that the grill is allowed to pass through the support plates, and after the grill passes through the support plates, the support plates fall back to the horizontal position under the action of gravity.

The AOI inspection automatic sorter of claim 8 wherein the storage frame includes a frame body and a plurality of hinged seats mounted on the frame body, the hinged seats including opposing side walls and a bottom wall forming a space between the side walls and the bottom wall, the support plate being hinged to the side walls, the bottom wall stopping the support plate in the horizontal position.

The AOI detection automatic sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein the tray feeding mechanism comprises a containing frame, a second jacking mechanism and a lateral driving mechanism, the second jacking mechanism comprises a second jacking cylinder and a third jacking cylinder installed at an output end of the second jacking cylinder, an output end of the third jacking cylinder is provided with a second jacking plate, and the second jacking plate is provided with a plurality of suction nozzles for sucking the tray.
