Abstract

本发明提供了一种整体旋转进出口机构,包括转盘、载车板、升降平台、车辆对中装置、旋转装置和定位件,转盘的中部设置有第一凹槽,第一凹槽变窄延伸形成第二凹槽,载车板放置于第一凹槽内,升降平台呈升降的设置于第二凹槽,旋转装置设置于转盘的底部并可驱动转盘旋转,车辆对中装置设置于转盘上并位于载车板的相对两侧,定位件设置于转盘上并位于载车板的另一相对两侧。本发明的整体旋转进出口机构的升降平台可下降至第二凹槽的底部,使得升降平台与载车板之间具有可进出整体旋转进出口机构的活动空间;可通过旋转装置驱动转盘旋转180°,方便汽车离开;可通过车辆对中装置将汽车调整至载车板的中间位置,避免汽车的停放位置出现偏差。

技术领域
本发明涉及立体车库技术领域,尤其涉及一种整体旋转进出口机构。
背景技术
随着城市建设的高速发展,停车用地紧张显得尤为突出。停车难是一个亟待解决的问题。立体车库空间利用率高,大大节省了土地资源和土建开发成本,是停车场未来发展的主流趋势。而汽车进入立体车库的转盘后,需要将汽车统一调整到中间位置,避免因汽车的停放位置出现偏差,从而导致在车辆的搬运过程中存在着很大的安全隐患,一旦出现事故,将会对停车设备或车辆本身造成巨大的损害,后果严重;另外,由于汽车进出立体车库的方向不同,需要将汽车旋转180°以方便取车。
因此,亟需一种可整体旋转、升降及对中的整体旋转进出口机构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可整体旋转、升降及对中的整体旋转进出口机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种整体旋转进出口机构,包括转盘、载车板、升降平台、车辆对中装置、旋转装置和定位件,所述转盘的中部设置有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽变窄延伸形成第二凹槽,所述载车板放置于所述第一凹槽内,所述升降平台呈升降的设置于所述第二凹槽,所述旋转装置设置于所述转盘的底部并可驱动所述转盘旋转,所述车辆对中装置设置于所述转盘上并位于所述载车板的相对两侧,所述定位件设置于所述转盘上并位于所述载车板的另一相对两侧。
较佳地,还包括升降装置,所述升降装置设置于所述转盘上,所述升降平台藉由所述升降装置的升降而进出所述第二凹槽。
较佳地,所述车辆对中装置具有推杆,所述推杆呈可滑动的设置于所述转盘上的相对两侧。
较佳地,两所述推杆的滑动同步且滑动方向相对。
较佳地,所述载车板上呈对称的设置有滚筒组。
较佳地,所述升降平台上设置有供搬运器滑动的滑轨。
较佳地,所述定位件呈可升降的设置于所述转盘上。
较佳地,所述定位件上设置有感应开关。
较佳地,所述定位件呈圆筒状。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明的整体旋转进出口机构的升降平台呈升降的设置于第二凹槽,升降平台可下降至第二凹槽的底部,使得升降平台与载车板之间具有可进出整体旋转进出口机构的活动空间,搬运器可通过该活动空间进入升降平台;可通过旋转装置驱动转盘旋转180°,从而带动整体旋转进出口机构整体旋转180°,以使在整体旋转进出口机构上的汽车掉头,方便汽车离开;可通过车辆对中装置将汽车调整至载车板的中间位置,从而实现汽车的对中,避免因汽车的停放位置出现偏差而造成安全隐患。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征,以下结合实施方式并配合附图作进一步说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明的一种整体旋转进出口机构100包括转盘1、载车板2、升降平台3、车辆对中装置4、旋转装置5和定位件6,转盘1的中部设置有第一凹槽11,第一凹槽11变窄延伸形成第二凹槽12,载车板2放置于第一凹槽11内,为了便于汽车行驶至载车板2,载车板2的顶面与转盘1的顶面共面;升降平台3呈升降的设置于第二凹槽12,具体地,转盘1上设置有升降装置7,升降平台3藉由升降装置7的升降而进出第二凹槽12;初始时,升降平台3支撑载车板2;旋转装置5设置于转盘1的底部并可驱动转盘1旋转,旋转装置5可采用现有技术中的电机驱动主动齿轮转动以带动从动齿轮转动的方式,从而驱动转盘1旋转,但不以此为限,旋转装置5可采用现有技术中的其他方式;车辆对中装置4设置于转盘1上并位于载车板2的相对两侧,车辆对中装置4用于将汽车调整至载车板2的中间位置,从而实现汽车的对中,避免因汽车的停放位置出现偏差而造成安全隐患;定位件6设置于转盘1上并位于载车板2的另一相对两侧,定位件6可通过限制汽车前行而将汽车定位于载车板2上;为了便于汽车进出本发明的整体旋转进出口机构100,避免定位件6对汽车的进出造成阻碍,故定位件6呈可升降的设置于转盘1上,在汽车驶入本发明的整体旋转进出口机构100时,定位件6上升,将汽车定位于载车板2上,在搬运汽车离开或进入本发明的整体旋转进出口机构100时,定位件6下降,避免对搬运汽车的进出造成阻碍;在本实施例中,定位件6有两个,且定位件6呈圆筒状,但定位件6的数量和形状不以此为限;为了使本发明的整体旋转进出口机构100的各装置协同工作,提高工作效率和自动化水平,故在定位件6上设置有感应开关(图中未示),感应开关可将信号传递给控制器以控制定位件6的升降。更具体的,如下:
如图1所示,车辆对中装置4具有推杆41,推杆41呈可滑动的设置于转盘1上的相对两侧,在本实施例中,两推杆41的滑动同步且滑动方向相对(即,两推杆滑动时,其滑动方向相反),通过推杆41从载车板2的相对两侧往中间同步滑动,可推动停放位置不在中间位置的汽车往中间位置移动,当然,在其他实施例中,在感知汽车的偏向位置的前提下,可通过一侧的推杆41将汽车推动汽车至中间位置,不以此为限;为了降低推杆41推动汽车的阻力,减少对汽车轮胎的损伤,故在载车板2上呈对称的设置有滚筒组21,滚筒组21由多个滚筒并排设置而成,滚筒组21的位置大概设置在汽车停留在载车板2的位置,滚筒组21的数量可以为4个,也可为2个、6个等等,不以此为限。为了便于搬运器200进入升降平台3,故在升降平台3上设置有供搬运器200滑动的滑轨31。
结合图1,请参阅图3至图5,以下对本发明的整体旋转进出口机构100的工作过程作进一步地描述:
存车:初始时,升降平台3支撑载车板2,一侧的定位件6上升以将汽车定位,另一侧的定位件6下降以避免阻碍汽车驶入,汽车驶入整体旋转进出口机构100后被定位件6定位于载车板2上,司机离开,同时,汽车触发感应开关,定位件6下降;接着,对中装置通过两侧的推杆41同步滑动,使得推杆41推动汽车至载车板2的中间位置,从而完成对中;然后升降装置7带动升降平台3下降至第二凹槽12的底部,升降平台3与载车板2之间具有可进出本发明的整体旋转进出口机构100的活动空间121,搬运器200通过该活动空间121进入升降平台3,升降装置7再带动升降平台3和搬运器200上升至高位,搬运器200将载车板2顶起,最后搬运器200将载车板2连同汽车一起搬运离开整体旋转进出口机构100,运送至停车库内。
取车:两侧的定位件6下降以避免阻碍将汽车搬运至整体旋转进出口机构100,升降装置7带动升降平台3上升至高位,搬运器200将载车板2连同汽车一起搬运进入整体旋转进出口机构100,升降装置7再带动升降平台3和搬运器200下降至第二凹槽12的底部,在此过程中,载车板2降落至第一凹槽11内;然后旋转装置5旋转180°,等待汽车离开,使得司机驾驶汽车离开时不用倒车离开。
综上所述,由于本发明的整体旋转进出口机构100的升降平台3呈升降的设置于第二凹槽12,升降平台3可下降至第二凹槽12的底部,使得升降平台3与载车板2之间具有可进出整体旋转进出口机构100的活动空间121,搬运器200可通过该活动空间121进入升降平台3;可通过旋转装置5驱动转盘1旋转180°,从而带动整体旋转进出口机构100整体旋转180°,以使在整体旋转进出口机构100上的汽车掉头,方便汽车离开;可通过车辆对中装置4将汽车调整至载车板2的中间位置,从而实现汽车的对中,避免因汽车的停放位置出现偏差而造成安全隐患。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,均属于本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,包括转盘、载车板、升降平台、车辆对中装置、旋转装置和定位件,所述转盘的中部设置有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽变窄延伸形成第二凹槽,所述载车板放置于所述第一凹槽内,所述升降平台呈升降的设置于所述第二凹槽,所述旋转装置设置于所述转盘的底部并可驱动所述转盘旋转,所述车辆对中装置设置于所述转盘上并位于所述载车板的相对两侧,所述定位件设置于所述转盘上并位于所述载车板的另一相对两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,还包括升降装置,所述升降装置设置于所述转盘上,所述升降平台藉由所述升降装置的升降而进出所述第二凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,所述车辆对中装置具有推杆,所述推杆呈可滑动的设置于所述转盘上的相对两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,两所述推杆的滑动同步且滑动方向相对。
5.根据权利要求1所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,所述载车板上呈对称的设置有滚筒组。
6.根据权利要求1所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,所述升降平台上设置有供搬运器滑动的滑轨。
7.根据权利要求1所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,所述定位件呈可升降的设置于所述转盘上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,所述定位件上设置有感应开关。
9.根据权利要求1所述的整体旋转进出口机构,其特征在于,所述定位件呈圆筒状。
