本发明涉及一种钎焊连接技术,尤其涉及一种新型的密封高压接触器中陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接工艺技术。一种密封高压接触器中陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接工艺方法,其特征是,包括下述两个步骤:第一步:在陶瓷与接线柱进行钎焊连接前,陶瓷、接线柱二零件分别进行以下处理:陶瓷零件:涂鉬锰+电镀镍;接线柱零件:电镀镍;第二步:由于钎焊方法改变,因而其钎焊连接过程的钎料和工艺参数进行如下调整:所述钎料为HLAgCu28‑1;所述钎焊方法为炉中钎焊;所述钎焊工艺参数为钎焊温度(800±5)℃,保温时间5~10min。本发明改善陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接的密封性,提高接线柱承受的扭距,从而提高密封高压接触器产品的使用性能,推动该类产品的高端发展。

Description

一种密封高压接触器中陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钎焊连接技术,尤其涉及一种新型的密封高压接触器中陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接工艺技术。
技术背景
目前,在密封高压接触器生产中,其陶瓷与接线柱通过钎焊连接,从而达到绝缘、密封、承载的作用。因此陶瓷与接线柱之间连接处的结合是非常重要的,直接影响到产品的使用性能。
在以往的密封高压接触器产品生产中,常常出现两问题:1)接线柱与陶瓷采用软钎焊连接,软钎焊的强度低,导致产品接线柱无法承受规定的扭矩,从而导致航空产品的使用性能降低;另一方面,陶瓷与接线柱的钎焊连接部位的密封性合格率低,无法满足密封高压接触器的技术要求。也正是上述原因而制约了密封高压接触器的高端发展。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:①接线柱与陶瓷采用软钎焊,其焊接强度低,接线柱无法承受规定的扭矩;②密封性合格低。采用新的钎焊工艺方法来改善陶瓷与接线柱的连接,从而满足密封高压接触器产品接线柱的扭矩和密封性,进而提高产品的使用性能,推动该类产品的高端发展。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种密封高压接触器中陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接工艺方法,包括下述两个步骤:
第一步:在陶瓷与接线柱进行钎焊连接前,陶瓷、接线柱二零件分别进行以下处理:
陶瓷零件:涂鉬锰+电镀镍。
接线柱零件:电镀镍。
第二步:由于钎焊方法改变,因而其钎焊连接过程的钎料和工艺参数进行如下调整。
所述钎料为HLAgCu28-1。
所述钎焊方法为炉中钎焊。
所述钎焊工艺参数为钎焊温度(800±5)℃,保温时间5~10min。
在上述步骤中:
所述接线柱材料为T2铜。
所述陶瓷材料为A-95。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明改善陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接的密封性,提高接线柱承受的扭距,从而提高密封高压接触器产品的使用性能,推动该类产品的高端发展。

现对一种密封高压接触器中陶瓷与接线柱钎焊连接工艺技术,作进一步详细说明:
第一步:在陶瓷与接线柱进行钎焊连接前,陶瓷、接线柱二零件分别进行以下处理:
陶瓷零件:涂幕鉬锰(20~40)μm+电镀镍(8~12)μm。
接线柱零件:电镀镍(8~12)μm。
第二步:由于钎焊方法改变,因而其钎焊连接过程的钎料和工艺参数必须进行调整。
所述钎料为HLAgCu28-1。
陶瓷与接线柱钎焊方法为炉中钎焊。
其工艺参数:钎焊温度(800±5)℃,保温时间5~10min。
在上述步骤中:
所述接线柱材料为T2(铜)。
所述陶瓷材料为A-95。

第二步:由于钎焊方法改变,因而其钎焊连接过程的钎料和工艺参数进行如下调整:
