技术领域
本发明涉及一种工作装置,更具体地说,涉及一种垂直举升的装载机工作装置。
背景技术
工作装置是工程机械装载机上重要部件之一,通过不同的工作装置机构可实现整机不同功能。目前装载机常用工作装置机构包括六连杆机构、八连杆机构。市场占比最大是六连杆机构,但该型工作装置机构存在问题是整机倾翻能力不足,增大倾翻会导致整机重量增大,作业不够灵便,整机油耗上升。随着装载机技术能力提升,垂直举升机构很好地解决了这个问题,垂直举升机构在举升过程中负载力臂短,能够以更小的整机重量实现更大的倾翻载荷,使整机作业过程更加平稳。同时由于负载力臂短,减少了工作装置提升过程中的无用功,使工作装置的提升能力更强。目前使用的垂直举升机构通过三套四连杆机构实现所有装载机作业功能,与其他连杆机构对比,垂直举升机构使用的零件更多,而且都是布置在工作装置中间位置,布置空间有限。目前的垂直举升采用的反转转斗机构,翻转油缸与摇臂上铰点及短连杆相连,安装位置高,影响作业前视野。同时转斗机构布置结构紧凑,目前是通过压缩翻转油缸行程、改变铲斗的外形结构来满足摇臂的布置需要,如减小铲斗张角,减小工作装置收斗角度来满足机构要求,在一定程度上影响到铲斗性能及工作装置的作业性能,会导致铲装满斗率差,铲斗需避让摇臂前铰点,使铲斗结构变得复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有装载机垂直举升机构使用的零件更多、而且都是布置在工作装置中间位置、布置空间有限问题,而提供一种垂直举升的装载机工作装置。
本发明为实现其目的的技术方案是这样的:提供一种装载机装置,包括工作属具、连接在属具与装载机前车架之间的属具举升机构和属具翻转机构,所述属具举升机构关于中心平面左右对称,在左右毎侧包括动臂、动臂油缸;动臂油缸的一端铰接于动臂上的A点,另一端铰接于前车架上的B点,两动臂之间固定连接有动臂横梁;其特征在于还包括前连杆和后连杆;所述前车架的前端具有支架;
所述前连杆的前端铰接于支架上的C点,前连杆的后端铰接于动臂上的D点;
所述后连杆的上端铰接于动臂的后端E点,下端铰接于前车架上的F点;
铰接点A点、E点、F点、D点在中心平面上投影点之间的连线构成凸四边形;所述铰接点C点、E点、D点在中心平面上投影点间的连线构成三角形且D点投影点位于C点与E点投影点之间连线的下方。在本发明中,属具举升机构由两个四连杆叠加来实现举升垂直,动臂、后连杆、前车架、动臂油缸组成的第一个四连杆机构来实现动臂的举升运动;动臂、前连杆、前车架、动臂油缸组成的第二四连杆来实现举升过程中的水平约束,使举升过程中属具到前轮的距离基本保持不变,实现垂直举升。在本发明中,属具可以是装载机铲斗,也可以是货叉或抱叉等。
进一步地,上述装载机工作装置中,所述动臂上设置有向下延伸的前连杆铰接臂,所述前连杆的后端与前连杆铰接臂的下端铰接,前连杆铰接臂21位于动臂油缸与前车架前端的支架之间。
进一步地,上述装载机工作装置中,所述属具翻转机构包括拉杆、摇臂、翻转油缸、三铰点支座、自找平连杆;左右两侧的后连杆由中部横梁连接成H形,所述摇臂中部铰接在所述动臂横梁上,摇臂的上端与拉杆的后端铰接,拉杆的前端与属具铰接,摇臂的下端与翻转油缸的前端铰接,翻转油缸的后端铰接于三铰点支座的G铰点,三铰点支座的H铰点铰接于中部横梁,三铰点支座的I铰点与自找平连杆的上端,自找平连杆的下端铰接于前车架上的L点,G铰点位于I铰点的上方,H铰点位于G铰点与I铰点连线的后侧。属具翻转机构前端由属具、拉杆、摇臂、动臂、翻转油缸、三铰点支座组成正转“Z”形六连杆来实现属具翻转动作,控制属具翻转角度及属具掘起力。翻转油缸安装在摇臂下端,拉杆安装在摇臂上端,降低了翻转油缸的安装高度,改善了前视野,同时属具翻转运动方向与摇臂运动方向一致,有利于加大属具翻转角度。属具翻转机构后端由三铰点支座、自找平连杆、后连杆、前车架组成四杆机构来实现属具翻转过程中的自动找平,目的解决举升机构与属具翻转机构角度翻转不同步问题,通过后端四连杆结构控制举升机构举升过程中属具角度翻转角度变化,使属具相对地面角度变化更小。三铰点支座巧妙地解决了翻转油缸、后连杆、自找平连杆的连接问题,降低了装配的难度。

本发明与现有技术相比,本发明将正转翻转机构用于垂直举升机构,摇臂与属具翻转运动方向一致,翻转油缸布置在摇臂下端,拉杆连接在摇臂的上端,使得翻转油缸下移,改善了工作装置前端作业视野,给用户提供更好操作性能。本发明正转属具翻转机构用于垂直举升机构不会造成属具与摇臂、前桥桥包干涉,动臂与属具的连接安装点可以后移,有利于提升工作装置低位的掘起力和倾翻载荷。该机构具有自找平连杆,保证在举升过程中属具角度变化不大。后连杆、翻转油缸、自找平连杆采用三铰点支座进行连接安装,大大降低了装配难度,提高装配效率。

下面结合附图说明具体实施方案。
如图1图2所示,本实施例中的装载机工作装置是装载机铲斗工作装置,其包括属具铲斗、连接在铲斗与装载机前车架之间的铲斗举升机构和铲斗翻转机构,铲斗举升机构关于竖直的中心平面左右对称,在左右毎侧都包括动臂2、动臂油缸4、前连杆6、后连杆5;两动臂2之间由动臂横梁9固定连接。前车架3的前端具有支架31。动臂油缸4的一端铰接于动臂2上的A点,另一端铰接于前车架3上的B点;前连杆6的前端铰接于支架31上的C点,动臂2上设置有向下延伸的前连杆铰接臂21,前连杆6的后端与前连杆铰接臂21的下端铰接,铰接点为D点。后连杆5的上端铰接于动臂的后端E点,下端铰接于前车架上的F点。铰接点A点、E点、F点、D点在竖直中心平面上投影点之间的连线构成凸四边形;铰接点C点、E点、D点在竖直中心平面上投影点间的连线构成三角形且D点投影点位于C点与E点投影点之间连线的下方,且铰接点D点位于动臂油缸4与前车架前端支架31之间。
如图3所示,铲斗翻转机构包括拉杆11、摇臂10、翻转油缸8、三铰点支座7、自找平连杆12;左右两侧的后连杆5由中部横梁连接成H形,摇臂10中部铰接在动臂横梁9上,摇臂10的上端与拉杆11的后端铰接,拉杆11的前端与铲斗1铰接,摇臂9的下端与翻转油缸8的前端铰接,翻转油缸8的后端铰接于三铰点支座7的G铰点,三铰点支座7的H铰点铰接于中部横梁,三铰点支座7的I铰点与自找平连杆12的上端,自找平连杆12的下端铰接于前车架3上的L点,G铰点位于I铰点的上方,H铰点位于G铰点与I铰点连线的后侧。三铰点支座的G铰点、H铰点、I铰点三点连线构成等边三角形。I铰点、H铰点、F铰点、L铰点在中心平面上的投影点间的连线构成平行四边形。自找平连杆呈L形,其上段向后折弯,从而避免自找平连杆与连接两后连杆的中部横梁发生干涉。翻转油缸位于所述动臂横梁的下方。
在本发明中,铲斗举升机构由两个四连杆叠加来实现举升垂直,动臂2、后连杆5、前车架3、动臂油缸4组成的第一个四连杆机构来实现动臂2的举升运动;动臂2、前连杆6、前车架3、动臂油缸4组成的第二四连杆来实现举升过程中的水平约束,控制负载力臂在小范围摆动,使举升过程中铲斗1到前轮的距离基本保持不变,实现垂直举升。
属具翻转机构前端由铲斗1、拉杆11、摇臂10、动臂2、翻转油缸8、三铰点支座7组成正转“Z”形六连杆来实现翻转动作,控制铲斗翻转角度及铲斗掘起力。翻转油缸8安装在摇臂10下端,拉杆11安装在摇臂10上端,降低了翻转油缸8的安装高度,改善了前视野,同时铲斗翻转运动方向与摇臂10运动方向一致,有利于加大铲斗收斗角度。铲斗翻转机构后端由三铰点支座7、自找平连杆12、后连杆5、前车架3组成四杆机构来实现翻转过程中的自动找平,解决铲斗举升机构与铲斗翻转机构角度翻转不同步问题,通过后端四连杆结构控制铲斗举升机构举升过程中铲斗角度翻转角度变化,使铲斗相对地面角度变化更小。三铰点支座7巧妙地解决了翻转油缸8、后连杆5、自找平连杆12的连接问题,降低了装配的难度。

1.一种装载机工作装置,包括属具、连接在属具与装载机前车架之间的属具举升机构和属具翻转机构,所述属具举升机构关于中心平面左右对称,在左右毎侧包括动臂、动臂油缸;动臂油缸的一端铰接于动臂上的A点,另一端铰接于前车架上的B点,两动臂之间固定连接有动臂横梁;其特征在于还包括前连杆和后连杆;所述前车架的前端具有支架;
所述前连杆的前端铰接于支架上的C点,前连杆的后端铰接于动臂上的D点;
所述后连杆的上端铰接于动臂的后端E点,下端铰接于前车架上的F点;
铰接点A点、E点、F点、D点在中心平面上投影点之间的连线构成凸四边形;所述铰接点C点、E点、D点在中心平面上投影点间的连线构成三角形且D点投影点位于C点与E点投影点之间连线的下方。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装载机工作装置,其特征在于所述属具翻转机构包括拉杆、摇臂、翻转油缸、三铰点支座、自找平连杆;左右两侧的后连杆由中部横梁连接成H形,所述摇臂中部铰接在所述动臂横梁上,摇臂的上端与拉杆的后端铰接,拉杆的前端与属具铰接,摇臂的下端与翻转油缸的前端铰接,翻转油缸的后端铰接于三铰点支座的G铰点,三铰点支座的H铰点铰接于中部横梁,三铰点支座的I铰点与自找平连杆的上端,自找平连杆的下端铰接于前车架上的L点,G铰点位于I铰点的上方,H铰点位于G铰点与I铰点连线的后侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装载机工作装置,其特征在于三铰点支座的G铰点、H铰点、I铰点三点连线构成等边三角形。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装载机工作装置,其特征在于I铰点、H铰点、F铰点、L铰点在中心平面上的投影点间的连线构成平行四边形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装载机工作装置,其特征在于所述自找平连杆呈L形,其上段向后折弯。
7.根据权利要求3所述的装载机工作装置,其特征在于所述翻转油缸位于所述动臂横梁的下方。
