Abstract

本发明公开了一种制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,先将电阻浸入至绝缘漆中,然后取出表干后固化,再将电阻浸入至有机硅树脂浸渍料中,然后取出表干后固化,涂层结束。本方法主要通过内涂绝缘漆,并且外涂有机硅树脂浸渍料而得到具有内涂层和外图层双层结构的涂层。通过本发明方法制备的绝缘涂层可以在0.4mm厚度下耐受2500VAC,1min而不击穿,同时具有优异的耐冷热冲击和耐高温直流老化等优异性能。

Description

一种制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,通过该方法所得的绝缘涂层可以在0.4mm厚度下耐受2500VAC,1min而不击穿,同时具有优异的耐冷热冲击和耐高温直流老化等优异性能。
背景技术
在电子封装领域,主要采用环氧树脂、酚醛树脂以及有机硅树脂做为主体树脂,配合固化剂、填料、助剂以达到绝缘、耐热、隔绝水蒸气的作用,对压敏电阻而言,其对涂层的要求也越来越高,除要求涂层具有较高的涂层耐压外,同时还要求涂层具有耐高温、耐冷热冲击和耐高温直流老化性能。
目前常用的环氧树脂和酚醛树脂的体系,可以做到在0.4mm厚度下可以达到2500VAC,1min不击穿,但是该树脂体系耐高温性较差,不能满足在高温下长期使用的要求,而且耐冷热冲击性和耐高温直流老化性能均较差。
为了达到2500VAC,1min不击穿,目前厂家的做法是将涂层厚度增加,例如将涂层厚度增加到1.0mm,这一方面会用到较多的涂料从而造成成本提高,另一方面也不满足电子元件日益小型化的要求,无法用于对厚度有严格限制的产品中。
目前,单一的树脂体系基本均无法同时满足这些要求,本发明人通过大量的研究,发现通过不同树脂的搭配,可以实现同时满足这些要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,通过本发明方法获得的绝缘涂层具有优异涂层耐压,同时,固化后的涂层还具有耐冷热冲击和耐高温直流老化等优异性能。
本发明所公开方法的技术方案如下:
一种制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,步骤如下:
⑴将电阻浸入至绝缘漆中;所述绝缘漆成分为液体醇酸树脂30重量份:填料硅粉50重量份:触变剂1-2重量份;均为重量份
⑵取出后,在室温下表干5-10min;
⑶重复步骤⑴和⑵至所得涂层厚度为0.15-0.25mm;
⑷室温下表干3-5h,然后在50℃下固化0.5h,升温并在100℃下固化0.5h,然后在150℃下再固化0.5h;
⑸取出后在室温下缓温1h;
⑹将缓温后的电阻浸入至有机硅树脂浸渍料中,浸渍料为有机硅树脂,有机硅树脂中加入填料硅粉和触变剂,并且所用溶剂为二甲苯;
所述有机硅树脂浸渍料成分为:有机硅树脂浸渍料8-9份,填料硅粉80-90 份,触变剂1-2份,采用溶剂二甲苯溶解,用量为有机硅树脂浸渍料100份,溶剂30份;均为重量份
⑺取出后,在室温下表干5-10min;
⑻重复步骤⑹和⑺至所得的总涂层厚度为0.4mm;
⑼室温下表干8-10h,然后在50℃下固化0.5h,升温并在100℃下固化0.5h,然后在150℃下再固化1.5h。
其中,步骤⑴绝缘漆的粘度范围为800-5000厘泊,粘度过小则需要浸渍的次数过多,造成工艺费时费力,生产效率低;粘度过大,则一次上料过多,会造成涂层不均匀,并且会有下垂现象。在800-5000厘泊范围内的绝缘漆,可以兼顾效率和涂层质量,并且一般涂覆两次即可达到0.15-0.25mm的厚度要求。
其中,步骤⑴中液体醇酸树脂可以为干性醇酸树脂、半干性醇酸树脂、不干性醇酸树脂,优选为不干性醇酸树脂,并且所述醇酸树脂通过丙烯酸树脂进行改性,并且所述醇酸树脂在常温下为液体状态,并且易溶于二甲苯等溶剂中。
醇酸树脂为涂层体系提供优异的涂层耐压,但是醇酸树脂较脆,耐冷热冲击性能较差,容易出现开裂情况,所以在外面涂覆有机硅浸渍料涂层体系,该体系具有优异的耐冷热冲击性和耐高温直流老化等性能,两个涂层相结合从而使体系具有两者的优点。
其中,步骤⑹中有机硅树脂可以为甲基硅树脂、苯基硅树脂、甲基苯基硅树脂,有机硅树脂为体系提供优异的耐高温性能和耐高温直流老化性能,并且甲基苯基硅树脂更适合该体系。
其中,步骤⑹中有机硅树脂浸渍料含有溶剂,通过溶剂可以调节工艺性,从而使体系具有合适的挥发速度,并且由于溶剂的存在,可以使绝缘漆内图层和有机硅树脂浸渍料外图层之间具有良好的相容性,从而避免不同树脂体系在涂层整体固化时出现开裂。
其中,有机硅树脂浸渍料中所含有的溶剂可以为二甲苯、甲苯、乙苯、苯、正丁醇、异丙醇、乙醇、丙醇、环己酮。溶剂体系应对具有较好的溶解性,从而能够形成均匀分散的液体组分,单一溶剂的效果不如混合溶剂的效果,例如可以二甲苯与异丙醇搭配,或者甲苯与乙醇搭配等,同时不同沸点的溶剂互相搭配还可以调节液体浸渍包封料的挥发速度,以满足工艺性的要求。
本发明的有益之处在于:
通过本发明方法制备的绝缘涂层可以在0.4mm厚度下耐受2500VAC,1min 而不击穿,同时具有优异的耐冷热冲击和耐高温直流老化等优异性能。
具体实施方式
下面并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能依次限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻的绝缘涂层的方法,其包括以下步骤:
⑴将电阻浸入至绝缘漆中,该绝缘漆主体组分为液体醇酸树脂,填料为硅粉和触变剂,绝缘漆的粘度4500厘泊,并且醇酸树脂通过丙烯酸进行了改性;
⑵取出后,在室温下表干8min;
⑶重复步骤⑴和⑵一次,表干后测得的涂层厚度为0.23mm;
⑷室温下表干5h,然后在50℃下固化0.5h,升温并在100℃下固化0.5h,然后在150℃下再固化0.5h;
⑸取出后在室温下缓温1h;
⑹将缓温后的电阻浸入至有机硅树脂浸渍料中,该浸渍料主体组分为甲基有机硅树脂,填料主要为硅粉和触变剂,并且所含溶剂为甲苯与乙醇质量比为4:1 的混合溶剂;
⑺取出后,在室温下表干7min;
⑻重复步骤⑹和⑺一次,表干后测得的总涂层厚度为0.38mm;
⑼室温下表干8-10h,然后在50℃下固化0.5h,升温并在100℃下固化0.5h,然后在150℃下再固化1.5h。
然后,测量所得涂层的涂层耐压和耐冷热冲击性和耐高温老化性能。
所述绝缘漆成分为液体醇酸树脂30重量份:填料硅粉50重量份:触变剂1 重量份;均为重量份;
所述有机硅树脂浸渍料成分为:有机硅树脂浸渍料8-9份,填料硅粉80-90 份,触变剂2份,采用溶剂二甲苯溶解,用量为有机硅树脂浸渍料100份,溶剂 30份;均为重量份;
实施例2
制备方法同实施例1,不同之处在于:
绝缘漆的粘度为1000厘泊,内涂绝缘漆次数为三次,表干后测得的内层绝缘漆涂层厚度为0.25mm;外涂有机硅树脂浸渍料两次,表干后测得的总涂层厚度为0.39mm。
所述绝缘漆成分为液体醇酸树脂30重量份:填料硅粉50重量份:触变剂2 重量份;均为重量份;
所述有机硅树脂浸渍料成分为:有机硅树脂浸渍料8-9份,填料硅粉80-90 份,触变剂1份,采用溶剂二甲苯溶解,用量为有机硅树脂浸渍料100份,溶剂 30份;均为重量份;
实施例3
制备方法同实施例1,不同之处在于:
绝缘漆的粘度为1000厘泊,内涂绝缘漆次数为两次,表干后测得的内层绝缘漆涂层厚度为0.17mm;外涂有机硅树脂浸渍料两次,表干后测得的总涂层厚度为0.34mm。
所述绝缘漆与有机硅树脂浸渍料通实施例3。
实施例4
制备方法同实施例1,不同之处在于:
绝缘漆的粘度为2500厘泊,内涂绝缘漆次数为两次,表干后测得的内层绝缘漆涂层厚度为0.19mm;外涂甲基苯基有机硅树脂浸渍料两次,表干后测得的总涂层厚度为0.35mm。
所述绝缘漆与有机硅树脂浸渍料通实施例3。

制备方法同实施例1,不同之处在于:
步骤⑷中只有表干,而没有经过固化步骤。

⑼室温下表干8-10h,然后在150℃下再固化1.5h。
注:1.涂层耐压测试为施加一定的交流电电压,然后1min涂层不击穿时涂层所能承受的最大电压值。
2.温循数是指-40℃/30min—125℃/30min的冷热交变温度下,涂层所能承受的循环数直至涂层开裂。

Claims (6)

1.一种制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
⑴将电阻浸入至绝缘漆中;所述绝缘漆成分为液体醇酸树脂30重量份:填料硅粉50重量份:触变剂1-2重量份;均为重量份
⑵取出后,在室温下表干5-10min;
⑶重复步骤⑴和⑵至所得涂层厚度为0.15-0.25mm;
⑷室温下表干3-5h,然后在50℃下固化0.5h,升温并在100℃下固化0.5h,然后在150℃下再固化0.5h;
⑸取出后在室温下缓温1h;
⑹将缓温后的电阻浸入至有机硅树脂浸渍料中,浸渍料为有机硅树脂,有机硅树脂中加入填料硅粉和触变剂,并且所用溶剂为二甲苯;
所述有机硅树脂浸渍料成分为:有机硅树脂浸渍料8-9份,填料硅粉80-90份,触变剂1-2份,采用溶剂二甲苯溶解,用量为有机硅树脂浸渍料100份,溶剂30份;均为重量份
⑺取出后,在室温下表干5-10min;
⑻重复步骤⑹和⑺至所得的总涂层厚度为0.4mm;
⑼室温下表干8-10h,然后在50℃下固化0.5h,升温并在100℃下固化0.5h,然后在150℃下再固化1.5h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,其特征在于:所述绝缘漆的粘度为800-5000厘泊。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,其特征在于:所述醇酸树脂可以为干性醇酸树脂、半干性醇酸树脂、不干性醇酸树脂,优选为不干性醇酸树脂,并且所述醇酸树脂通过丙烯酸树脂进行改性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,其特征在于:所述有机硅树脂为甲基树脂、苯基硅树脂、甲基苯基硅树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,其特征在于:所述有机硅树脂浸渍料中含有溶剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备压敏电阻和热敏电阻绝缘涂层的方法,其特征在于:所述有机硅树脂浸渍料中所含溶剂为二甲苯、甲苯、乙苯、苯、正丁醇、异丙醇、乙醇、丙醇、环己酮。
