Abstract

本案公开了一种用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料,包括以下重量份的材料:氨基树脂100份;纳米氧化锆10‑15份;纳米氧化镍7‑9份;十二碳醇酯4‑5份;乙酸乙酯40份。本发明通过对现有微电机绝缘涂料配方的改进,使得绝缘涂料的渗透力和附着力得到有效提升,在固化后可在工件表面形成类陶瓷漆膜层,耐高温性强,且不易开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘材料,特别涉及一种用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料。
背景技术
绝缘涂料是一种具有优良电绝缘性的涂料,它有良好的电绝缘性能、热性能、机械性能和化学性能。浸渍型绝缘漆是绝缘涂料的一种,其主要用于浸渍电机、电器的线圈,以填充其间隙和微孔,且固化后能在被浸渍物的表面形成连续平整的漆膜,并使之粘结成一个坚硬的整体。一般地,浸渍绝缘漆由环氧树脂作为基料,并通过添加胺、酸酐或过氧化物作固化剂或引发剂,并结合助剂完成其制备。但是在制造微电机时往往采用常压滴加漆液来降低工艺难度,通过重力及表面张力自然渗透的方法来浸渍电机绕组等工件。但采用这种方式时涂料粘度较高,流动性相对较差,导致渗透力不强,微电机中的挂漆量偏少,漆膜附着力降低,微电机在长时间使用后发热,绝缘涂层开裂破损。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料。

优选的是,所述的用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料,其中,所述助剂的成分为:40wt%的异丙醇和60wt%的季戊四醇。
优选的是,所述的用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料,其中,还包括有2-4重量份的纳米硫酸钡。
优选的是,所述的用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料,其中,还包括有2-4重量份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
优选的是,所述的用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料,其中,还包括有2-4重量份的醇酸树脂。
优选的是,所述的用于手持式吸尘器的微电机绝缘涂料,其中,所述氨基树脂的数均分子量为8000-10000。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过对现有微电机绝缘涂料配方的改进,使得绝缘涂料的渗透力和附着力得到有效提升,在固化后可在工件表面形成类陶瓷漆膜层,耐高温性强,且不易开裂。

其中,氨基树脂的数均分子量优选为8000-10000。
绝缘涂料的工艺大致为:绕组,随后在120℃预热2-3min,滴涂绝缘涂料,经5-8min渗透后,在145℃下烘干。
