Abstract

本发明涉及一种涤棉混纺面料前处理一浴法加工工艺:按浴比1∶8,将涤棉混纺面料投入含工作液的机缸中,以2℃/min升温至60℃,再以1℃/min升温至100℃,保温染色45min;降温至50℃以下,排废液,热水洗、冷水洗;所述的工作液,组成及浓度为:螯合分散剂3g/L、精练剂4g/L、双氧水(30%)8g/L、双氧水稳定剂3g/L碳酸钠适量,调节工作液pH值10‑10.5,所述的螯合分散剂由丙烯基磺酸盐、衣康酸、丙烯酸经聚合反应制成。本发明涤棉混纺面料前处理一浴法加工工艺,以一浴法实现了退浆、精练、漂白三合一,节约了大量水、电、汽,简化了操作;工艺流程比传统工艺大大缩减,减少了用工,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及涤棉混纺面料前处理一浴法加工工艺,属于印染加工工艺领域。
背景技术
涤棉混纺面料吸湿透气,及良好的保形性及色牢度。涤棉混纺面料染色前需要经过前处理,以去除杂质。即经退浆、煮练、漂白工序才能达到后续染色的要求。将原来前处理三步工序所要除去的浆料、棉蜡、果胶等杂质,集中在一步或两步中去除的工艺-短流程,缩短了染整加工工艺流程、降低能耗、提高半制品质量和降低成本,节约了时间、能源资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涤棉混纺面料前处理一浴法加工工艺,节能、低消耗、低污水浓度,以克服现有前处理工艺的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种涤棉混纺面料前处理一浴法加工工艺:
按浴比1∶8,将涤棉混纺面料投入含工作液的机缸中,以2℃/min升温至60℃,再以1℃/min升温至100℃,保温染色45min;降温至50℃以下,排废液,热水洗、冷水洗;
所述的工作液,组成及浓度为:
碳酸钠 适量,调节工作液pH值10-10.5,
所述的螯合分散剂由丙烯基磺酸盐、衣康酸、丙烯酸经聚合反应制成。
螯合分散剂的制备方法如下(各原料以质量份计):
a、将21份丙烯基磺酸盐、0.2份过硫酸钠和310份去离子水投入反应器中,搅拌,溶解,升温至70℃;
b、于2小时内,将25份去离子水溶解的0.5份过硫酸钠、40份丙烯酸、20份衣康酸匀速滴入反应器中,滴加完后,在80℃保温反应1小时,过滤,即得螯合分散剂。
所述的精练剂为本领域常规使用助剂产品,如精练剂ZJ-CH60(广东庄杰化工)。
所述的双氧水稳定剂为本领域常规使用助剂产品,如双氧水稳定剂ZJ-CH01(广东庄杰化工)。
本发明涤棉混纺面料前处理一浴法加工工艺,以一浴法实现了退浆、精练、漂白三合一,节约了大量水、电、汽,简化了操作;工艺流程比传统工艺大大缩减,减少了用工,提高了生产效率。

实施例1:螯合分散剂的制备
方法如下(各原料以质量份计):
a、将21份丙烯基磺酸盐、0.2份过硫酸钠和310份去离子水投入反应器中,搅拌,溶解,升温至70℃;
b、于2小时内,将25份去离子水溶解的0.5份过硫酸钠、40份丙烯酸、20份衣康酸匀速滴入反应器中,滴加完后,在80℃保温反应1小时,过滤,即得螯合分散剂。
实施例2:
一种涤棉混纺面料前处理一浴法加工工艺:
按浴比1∶8,将涤棉混纺面料投入含工作液的机缸中,以2℃/min升温至60℃,再以1℃/min升温至100℃,保温染色45min;降温至50℃以下,排废液,热水洗、冷水洗;
其中,工作液组成及浓度为:
碳酸钠 适量,调节工作液pH值10-10.5。
