技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产线,尤其是用于汽车锻件的涂装生产线。
背景技术
汽车锻件在锻造机加工生产完成后,需在表面喷涂防锈底漆。由于产品形状及分类不同,有的需要采用喷漆工艺,有的需要浸漆工艺。由于锻件在喷涂前都需要包含前处理工艺,所以如果喷漆和浸漆环节分开设置生产线的话,成本必然比只用一条生产线造价要高,因此设计一种整合浸漆和环节的生产线。同时,在喷漆环节,为了使工件全表面喷漆,一般方法是面对面设置两台喷涂机器人,相向喷漆。考虑到机器人喷涂速度较快,并且有较高的自由度,设计一种吊装旋转机构,在喷漆时让工件按一定速度旋转,这样一台喷涂机器人即可完成全表面的喷涂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于汽车锻件的涂装生产线,实用性较高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种用于汽车锻件的涂装生产线,包括:
输送链,上述输送链底面固定连接有等间距竖直设置的吊环,上述吊环底部吊装吊具;
喷涂机器人,上述喷涂机器人设置在喷涂区,用于喷涂吊具;
自动旋转机构,上述自动旋转机构可驱动位于喷涂区内输送链的吊具以吊环为轴心旋转;
浸漆槽,上述浸漆槽设置在上述输送链的下方。
进一步地,上述自动旋转机构包括顶板、底板、多个旋转圆柱,上述顶板和上述底板平行设置,多个上述旋转圆柱等间距设置在上述顶板、底板之间,上述旋转圆柱可绕自身中轴线旋转,上述吊环装配有圆形齿槽,上述圆形齿槽水平设置并且齿形与上述旋转圆柱的横截面匹配。
进一步地,上述自动转转机构装配设置有推送机构,上述推送机构将上述自动旋转机构推送至上述输送链旁以使旋转圆柱与圆形齿槽啮合,或将上述推送机构推离上述输送链。
本发明的有益效果:
通过浸漆槽可实现汽车锻件喷漆、浸漆的工艺路径选择,节省了生产线;吊具的独特设计,以及与自动旋转机构的配合,使得锻件在喷漆时可以自动旋转,从而喷漆均匀,也减少了喷涂机器人的数量。

下面根据附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。

输送链1,上述输送链底面固定连接有等间距竖直设置的吊环2,上述吊环2底部吊装吊具3;
喷涂机器人4,上述喷涂机器人4设置在喷涂区,用于喷涂吊具3;
自动旋转机构5,上述自动旋转机构5可驱动位于喷涂区内输送链1的吊具3以吊环为轴心旋转;
浸漆槽6,上述浸漆槽设置在上述输送链1的下方。
对于自动旋转机构5,上述自动旋转机构5包括顶板6、底板7、多个旋转圆柱8,上述顶板6和上述底板7平行设置,多个上述旋转圆柱8等间距设置在上述顶板6、底板7之间,上述旋转圆柱8可绕自身中轴线旋转,上述吊环2装配有圆形齿槽9,上述圆形齿槽9水平设置并且齿形与上述旋转圆柱8的横截面匹配。
进一步地,上述自动转转机构5装配设置有推送机构(图中未显示),上述推送机构将上述自动旋转机构5推送至上述输送链旁以使旋转圆柱与圆形齿槽啮合,或将上述推送机构5推离上述输送链。
操作过程:
可自由旋转的圆形齿槽,其下部悬挂吊装吊具。汽车锻件在经过清洗烘干等前处理工序后,进入喷涂区。对于要喷漆的工件,推送机构先将自动旋转机构推进,当吊具经过传感器后,喷涂机器人开始喷漆,同时,随着圆形齿槽插入自动旋转机构中,圆形齿槽带动吊具随之旋转。喷涂机器人在保持与输送链同样的速度前进时上下喷涂,调节上下往复速度即可控制喷涂速率保证工件全部表面均匀覆盖油漆。
对于无需喷漆只要浸漆的工件,进入喷涂区后,推送机构会带动自动旋转机构收回,喷涂机器人与传感器关闭,推动浸漆槽进入输送链下方(只有喷漆动作时,浸漆槽移开)。工件随输送链船型形状逐渐没入浸漆槽再逐渐提升出来。
本发明,用于汽车锻件的涂装生产线,通过浸漆槽可实现汽车锻件喷漆、浸漆的工艺路径选择,节省了生产线;吊具的独特设计,以及与自动旋转机构的配合,使得锻件在喷漆时可以自动旋转,从而喷漆均匀,也减少了喷涂机器人的数量。

1.一种用于汽车锻件的涂装生产线,其特征在于,包括:
输送链,所述输送链底面固定连接有等间距竖直设置的吊环,所述吊环底部吊装吊具;
喷涂机器人,所述喷涂机器人设置在喷涂区,用于喷涂吊具;
自动旋转机构,所述自动旋转机构可驱动位于喷涂区内输送链的吊具以吊环为轴心旋转;
浸漆槽,所述浸漆槽设置在所述输送链的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车锻件的涂装生产线,其特征在于,所述自动旋转机构包括顶板、底板、多个旋转圆柱,所述顶板和所述底板平行设置,多个所述旋转圆柱等间距设置在所述顶板、底板之间,所述旋转圆柱可绕自身中轴线旋转,所述吊环装配有圆形齿槽,所述圆形齿槽水平设置并且齿形与所述旋转圆柱的横截面匹配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于汽车锻件的涂装生产线,其特征在于,所述自动转转机构装配设置有推送机构,所述推送机构将所述自动旋转机构推送至所述输送链旁以使旋转圆柱与圆形齿槽啮合,或将所述推送机构推离所述输送链。
