背景技术
醋蛋液是一种民间流传的保健饮品,综合了醋和鸡蛋的很多营养和食疗保健作用,醋可以将物质溶解呈游离的离子状态,而醋化的鸡蛋,其分子发生裂变,成为细小分子,其中的卵磷脂,胆碱和生物素等易被人体吸收而发挥生理作用,具有降胆固醇等功效。
心血管疾病是全世界死亡的首要原因,而高脂血症是导致心血管疾病最重要的危险因素之一。高脂血症是指血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇过高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇偏低。血脂的高低与膳食习惯和身体代谢能力关系密切,减少饱和、反式脂肪酸和膳食胆固醇的摄入,增加降血脂保健食品摄入都有助于降低血脂。
目前市场上的降脂类药物有很多,以他汀类为主的西药在市场上占据较多,且短时间内效果明显,但高脂血症是一种慢性疾病,需要长期治疗,且服用西药对人体伤害极大,易导致肝功能损伤,一些酶随之升高,带来一些副作用。而中药类药物有利于长期服用,副作用较小,更有效的阻止血脂反弹。

本发明的目的在于提供一种具有降血脂作用的中药醋蛋液及其制备方法,本发明在现有技术的基础上添加中药配方,以降低醋蛋液的酸度,减少对人体胃黏膜的刺激,改善醋蛋液的口感,且达到较好的降血脂效果,副作用较小,同时达到保健治疗的效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有降血脂作用的中药醋蛋液,含有中药材成分,所述中药材由山楂、三七、丹参、白芍、绞股蓝、甘草组成;
所述中药醋蛋液由以下重量份的原料组成:28-35份山楂、5-8份三七、8-12份丹参、8-12份白芍、8-13份绞股蓝、9-12份甘草、120-200份米醋、40-50份鸡蛋。
其中,所述米醋的醋酸含量为9g/100ml。
所述中药醋蛋液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)醋蛋液原液的制备:
将鸡蛋使用蒸馏水洗净后,用酒精消毒,加入米醋浸没鸡蛋,密封保存45-53h,然后启封,将融化了的鸡蛋蛋壳的蛋膜捅破,将蛋黄与醋液搅拌均匀后,再密封放置20-28h后启封,将蛋膜捞出,过滤后得醋蛋原液,备用;
(2)中药药液的制备:
按重量称取所述中药原料,将山楂,三七,丹参,白芍,绞股蓝,甘草混合放入煎药容器中,再向煎药容器中加入600-800ml的冷水浸泡1-1.5h,之后煎煮两次,每次40-48min,分离药液和药渣,合并药液,备用;
(3)中药醋蛋液的制备:
将上述制备好的醋蛋液和中药药液按照一定的比例混合,并采用顺时针方向搅拌均匀,完成中药醋蛋液的配制。
其中,所述步骤(3)中醋蛋液和中药药液的体积比为1:1。

本发明采用的中药材的特性均不相同,将不同类型的中药材与醋蛋液进行混合后,制备得到的中药醋蛋液降血脂的功效得到最大发挥,且制作简单,成本较低,能够有效降低甘油三酯,总胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白,提高高密度脂蛋白。在食疗的基础上利用中药对降血脂的治则,通过化浊降脂等,达到辅助降血脂的功能。
具体实施方式
结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种降血脂中药,所述降血脂中药由以下重量份的原料制成:山楂30克,三七6克,丹参10克,白芍10克,绞股蓝10克,甘草10克。
制备上述降血脂中药的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原料:山楂30克,三七6克,丹参10克,白芍10克,绞股蓝10克,甘草10克;
(2)将步骤(1)中的原料混合放入煎药容器中,加水600毫升,浸泡一小时,煎煮两次,每次45分钟,分离药液和药渣,合并药液。
实施例2
一种醋蛋液,原料组成以下:150ml米醋、42g鸡蛋。
所述醋蛋液的制备方法如下:
将鸡蛋使用蒸馏水洗净后,用酒精消毒,加入米醋浸没鸡蛋,密封保存48h,然后启封,将融化了的鸡蛋蛋壳的蛋膜捅破,将蛋黄与醋液搅拌均匀后,再密封放置24h后启封,将蛋膜捞出,过滤后得到醋蛋液。
实施例3
将实施例1得到的中药药液与实施例2得到的醋蛋液按照1:1的比例混合,并采用顺时针方向搅拌均匀,完成中药醋蛋液的配制。
降血脂药效实验
实验动物取昆明小鼠,小鼠体重为13-17g,全为雄性。将实例1、2、3得到的产物分别设为药物1、药物2、药物3。
高脂饲料的制备:取普通基础饲料粉末20千克,纯胆固醇0.456千克,熟猪油2.28千克,胆汁酸盐0.06502千克,混合均匀,制成圆球状。
主要仪器与试剂:酶标仪、离心机、总胆固醇试剂盒、甘油三酯试剂盒、高密度脂蛋白试剂盒、低密度脂蛋白试剂盒。
实验方法:依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2013版)中辅助降血脂功能检验方法,采用脂代谢紊乱模型法-治疗性给受试样品。
取小鼠40只,全为雄性,分为基础饲料组(8只,基础对照)和高脂饲料组(32只),自由饮水,每隔6天称一次体重,喂养6周后,称体重,断尾取血,测定血脂四项指标浓度;
之后将高脂饲料组(32只)分开喂养,分别为高脂模型对照组(高脂对照),药物1,药物2,药物3,每组8只,全部喂养高脂饲料,同时给予各组中小鼠灌胃,灌胃量为0.5ml/100g BW;基础对照组和模型对照组给予等体积的纯水,每天灌胃一次,连续给药28天后,眼内眦采血,分离,测定血清指标;取各肝脏组织,生理盐水冲洗后吸干水分,-80℃冷冻备用。
通过试剂盒在酶标仪上测定血清和肝脏总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白含量,试剂盒购自南京建成生物工程研究所。
实验结果:各组小鼠的血清TC(总胆固醇),TG(甘油三酯),HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白)和LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)含量变化见表1。

小鼠体内的血清总胆固醇含量从8.612mmol/L降至4.890mmol/L,小鼠体内的甘油三酯含量从2.852mmol/L降至1.012mmol/L,小鼠体内的高密度脂蛋白含量从3.612126mmol/L升至7.963067mmol/L,小鼠体内的低密度脂蛋白含量从0.368036mmol/L降至0.157643mmol/L,具有显著的降低小鼠体内的总胆固醇,甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白含量,同时显著的提高小鼠体内的高密度脂蛋白含量。
实验数据结果表明,高脂饲料组小鼠血清的TC,TG,LDL-C浓度均显著高于基础饲料组(P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-C浓度低于基础饲料组。结果表明,本发明的降血脂中药醋蛋液具有明显的降血脂作用。
各组小鼠的肝脏TC(总胆固醇),TG(甘油三酯),HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白)和LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)含量变化见表2。

小鼠体内的肝脏总胆固醇含量从1.07mmol/L降至0.82mmol/L,小鼠体内的肝脏甘油三酯含量从1.78mmol/L降至1.20mmol/L,小鼠体内的肝脏高密度脂蛋白含量从0.05mmol/L升至0.06mmol/L,小鼠体内的肝脏低密度脂蛋白含量从0.27mmol/L降至0.04mmol/L,具有显著的降低小鼠体内的总胆固醇,甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白含量,同时显著的提高小鼠体内的高密度脂蛋白含量,对比药物1,2,药物3降低小鼠体内的肝脏低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平尤为显著。
实验数据结果表明,高脂饲料组小鼠血清的TC,TG,LDL-C浓度均显著高于基础饲料组(P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-C浓度低于基础饲料组。结果表明,本发明的降血脂中药醋蛋液具有明显的降血脂作用。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有降血脂作用的中药醋蛋液,其特征在于,醋蛋液中含有中药材成分,所述中药材由山楂、三七、丹参、白芍、绞股蓝、甘草组成;
所述中药醋蛋液由以下重量份的原料组成:28-35份山楂、5-8份三七、8-12份丹参、8-12份白芍、8-13份绞股蓝、9-12份甘草、120-200份米醋、40-50份鸡蛋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有降血脂作用的中药醋蛋液,其特征在于,所述米醋的醋酸含量为9g/100ml。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种具有降血脂作用的中药醋蛋液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)醋蛋液原液的制备:
将鸡蛋使用蒸馏水洗净后,用酒精消毒,加入米醋浸没鸡蛋,密封保存45-53h,然后启封,将融化了的鸡蛋蛋壳的蛋膜捅破,将蛋黄与醋液搅拌均匀后,再密封放置20-28h后启封,将蛋膜捞出,过滤后得醋蛋原液,备用;
(2)中药药液的制备:
按重量称取所述中药原料,将山楂,三七,丹参,白芍,绞股蓝,甘草混合放入煎药容器中,再向煎药容器中加入600-800ml的冷水浸泡1-1.5h,之后煎煮两次,每次40-48min,分离药液和药渣,合并药液,备用;
(3)中药醋蛋液的制备:
将上述制备好的醋蛋液和中药药液按照一定的比例混合,并采用顺时针方向搅拌均匀,完成中药醋蛋液的配制。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有降血脂作用的中药醋蛋液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中醋蛋液和中药药液的体积比为1:1。
