Abstract
本发明涉及一种粘合剂,尤其是一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,包括乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和异氰酸根聚合物,所述乙烯‑醋酸乙烯聚合物体系为主剂,异氰酸根聚合物为固化剂,主剂与固化剂配比为100:1~3。所述异氰酸根聚合物为二异氰酸酯、三异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以上。本发明提供的一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂复合牢度好、耐温性好、高温高湿环境下热封不起泡、价格低,用一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂制成的复合纸不易出现气泡、耐高温、含水率低,复合纸的制备方法简单、生产效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘合剂,尤其是一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂及其制备的复合纸。
背景技术
现有的铝纸复合时所用单组份或双组份胶水,复合时容易出现气泡,出现复合不良的情况。大部分的铝纸在进行食品包装时需要高温封口,此时粘合剂若是不耐高温、含水率高、或者有复合不良区域等其他因素,就容易出现热封后起泡或者复合材料被气泡涨裂的情况,生产出的产品也不合格。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种复合牢度好、耐温性好、高温高湿环境下热封不起泡、价格低的一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,具体技术方案为:
一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和异氰酸根聚合物,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物体系为主剂,异氰酸根聚合物为固化剂,主剂与固化剂配比为100:1~3。
优选的,所述异氰酸根聚合物为二异氰酸酯、三异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以上。
一种复合纸,包括依次紧贴的复合层、粘合层和纸张层;所述粘合层的粘合剂为一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂。
优选的,所述复合层为铝箔、聚烯烃、聚酯或尼龙中的一种。
进一步,所述粘合剂的涂布量为1.5~2.5g/m2。
一种复合纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将粘合剂涂布在纸张层或复合层上,然后复合纸张层和复合层得到复合纸;
S2、将复合纸在温度为65~85℃下进行熟化;
S3、熟化后的固化时间不小于1h。
优选的,步骤S1中所述的粘合剂的涂布量为1.5~2.5g/m2。
一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂涂布量在1.5~2.5g/m2之间,复合温度在65~85℃之间,可常温熟化。可作为纸张与铝箔、纸张与处理过的聚烯烃、聚酯、尼龙等材料的粘合剂。可以应用在糖果、巧克力、调味品、咖啡等的食品包装上。复合后1小时就能达到很好的复合强度,并且可以在复合完成后立即进行分切工作。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂复合牢度好、耐温性好、高温高湿环境下热封不起泡、价格低,用一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂制成的复合纸不易出现气泡、耐高温、含水率低,复合纸的制备方法简单、生产效率高。

实施例一
一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和异氰酸根聚合物,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物体系为主剂、异氰酸根聚合物为固化剂,主剂与固化剂配比为100:1。
异氰酸根聚合物包括二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。实施例二
一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和异氰酸根聚合物,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物体系为主剂、异氰酸根聚合物为固化剂,主剂与固化剂配比为100:2。
异氰酸根聚合物包括三异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
实施例三
一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和异氰酸根聚合物,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物体系为主剂、异氰酸根聚合物为固化剂,主剂与固化剂配比为100:3。
异氰酸根聚合物包括二异氰酸酯、三异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
实施例四
如图1所示,一种复合纸,包括依次紧贴的复合层、粘合层和纸张层;所述粘合层的粘合剂为一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,复合层为铝箔。粘合剂的涂布量为1.5g/m2。
实施例五
如图1所示,一种复合纸,包括依次紧贴的复合层、粘合层和纸张层;所述粘合层的粘合剂为一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,复合层为聚酯。粘合剂的涂布量为2.5g/m2。
实施例六
一种复合纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将粘合剂涂布在纸张层或复合层上,然后复合纸张层和复合层得到复合纸,粘合剂的涂布量为1.5g/m2;
S2、将复合纸在温度为65℃下进行熟化;
S3、熟化后的固化时间为1.2h。
实施例七
一种复合纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将粘合剂涂布在纸张层或复合层上,然后复合纸张层和复合层得到复合纸,粘合剂的涂布量为2.5g/m2;
S2、将复合纸在温度为85℃下进行熟化;
S3、熟化后的固化时间为1h。
Claims (7)
1.一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和异氰酸根聚合物,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物体系为主剂、异氰酸根聚合物为固化剂,主剂与固化剂配比为100:1~3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述异氰酸根聚合物为二异氰酸酯、三异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以上。
3.一种复合纸,其特征在于,包括依次紧贴的复合层、粘合层和纸张层;所述粘合层的粘合剂为权利要求1所述的一种新型双组份水性胶黏剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合纸,其特征在于,所述复合层为铝箔、聚烯烃、聚酯或尼龙中的一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合纸,其特征在于,所述粘合剂的涂布量为1.5~2.5g/m2。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将粘合剂涂布在纸张层或复合层上,然后复合纸张层和复合层得到复合纸;
S2、将复合纸在温度为65~85℃下进行熟化;
S3、熟化后的固化时间不小于1h。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合纸的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤S1中所述的粘合剂的涂布量为1.5~2.5g/m2。
