本发明公开了一种具有间隔子的挠性轴承,包含:一个外环,具有一个滚动沟;一个内环,设于该外环内,并设有一个相对该滚动沟的滚动槽,该滚动沟与该滚动槽构成一个负荷路径;多个滚动件,容设于该负荷路径;多个间隔子,具有一个供该滚动件设置的保持部,每两个间隔子之间具有一个端面相互接触,所述间隔子相互接触的端面分别为一个凹面及一个凸面;借由一个间隔子的凹面与另一个间隔子的凸面之间的滑移,于挠性轴承运行时,间隔子之间能互相调整运转角度,以避免间隔子与外环或内环产生干涉。

技术领域
本发明涉及传动元件技术领域,尤指一种应用于减速机的具有间隔子的挠性轴承。
背景技术
请参阅图1所示为常见应用于谐和式减速机Harmonic Drive的具保持器的挠性轴承,借由该挠性轴承能带动谐和式减速机进行减速输出的效果,该挠性轴承主要由一内环1、一外环2、一环状的保持器3及多个滚动件4构成,该保持器3设有多个容置该滚动件4的容置部,以间隔开各滚动件4,避免滚动件之间产生碰撞而提高运行噪音,但因为该挠性轴承于运转时会产生椭圆状的变形,故当变形时该轴承的外环2就会与该保持器3产生干涉X,而造成运行时不顺畅的问题产生,严重时产生保持器3的磨耗,因此该挠性轴承的设计仍有改良精进的必要。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种于挠性轴承运行时,间隔子之间能互相调整运转角度,避免间隔子与外环或内环产生干涉的具有间隔子的挠性轴承。
基于此,本发明主要采用下列技术手段,来实现上述目的。
一种具有间隔子的挠性轴承,其包含:一个外环,具有一个滚动沟;一个内环,设于该外环内,并设有一个相对该滚动沟的滚动槽,该滚动沟与该滚动槽构成一个负荷路径;多个滚动件,容设于该负荷路径;多个间隔子,具有一个供该滚动件设置的保持部,每两个间隔子之间具有一个端面相互接触,所述间隔子相互接触的端面分别为一个凹面及一个凸面。
进一步,该凸面为弧面,具有一半径;该凹面为弧面,具有一半径,该凸面的半径大于该凹面的半径。
进一步,该保持部具有一个开口,该开口的宽度为滚动件直径的0.9~0.95倍。
进一步,该间隔子为一U形,该保持部内设有两相对应的凹槽,该凹槽保持该滚动件于该保持部。
本发明具有间隔子的挠性轴承通过外环、内环、滚动件、间隔子的结构设计,该外环具有一个滚动沟;该内环设于该外环内,并设有一个相对该滚动沟的滚动槽,该滚动沟与该滚动槽构成一个负荷路径;多个滚动件容设于该负荷路径;多个间隔子具有一个供该滚动件设置的保持部,每两个间隔子之间具有一个端面相互接触,所述间隔子相互接触的端面分别为一个凹面及一个凸面,借此,本发明借由该间隔子的凹面与凸面之间的滑移,于挠性轴承运行时,间隔子之间能互相调整运转角度,以避免间隔子与外环或内环产生干涉。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2至图7所示,本发明为一种具有间隔子的挠性轴承100,包含:一个外环2,具有一个滚动沟21;一个内环1,设于该外环2内,并设有一个相对该滚动沟21的滚动槽11,该滚动沟21与滚动槽11构成一个负荷路径90;多个滚动件4,容设于该负荷路径90;多个间隔子3,具有一个供该滚动件4设置的保持部31,每两个间隔子3之间具有一个端面相互接触,所述间隔子3相互接触的端面分别为一个凹面33或一个凸面32,该凸面32为弧面,具有一半径R2;该凹面33为弧面,具有一半径R1,该凸面32的半径R2大于该凹面33的半径R1;当该挠性轴承100设置于一谐和式减速机200时,借由该凹面33及凸面32的半径R1、R2设定,能让两个间隔子3相对调整角度,避免间隔子3与外环2或内环1产生干涉,如图6及图7所示;该间隔子3为一U形,该保持部31内设有两个相对应的凹槽311,该凹槽311保持该滚动件4于该保持部31,该保持部31具有一个开口,该开口的宽度W为滚动件4直径的0.9~0.95倍。
除此之外,在本发明的实施例所揭露出的特征技术,于申请之前并未曾见于诸刊物,亦未曾被公开使用,不但具有如上所述功效增进的事实,更具有不可轻忽的附加功效。
以上实施例所揭示用以说明本发明,并非用以限制本发明,故举凡数值的变化与等效元件的置换,仍应隶属本发明的范畴。

1.一种具有间隔子的挠性轴承,其特征在于,包含:一个外环,具有一个滚动沟;一个内环,设于该外环内,并设有一个相对该滚动沟的滚动槽,该滚动沟与该滚动槽构成一个负荷路径;多个滚动件,容设于该负荷路径;多个间隔子,具有一个供该滚动件设置的保持部,每两个间隔子之间具有一个端面相互接触,所述间隔子相互接触的端面分别为一个凹面及一个凸面。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有间隔子的挠性轴承,其特征在于:该凸面为弧面,具有一半径;该凹面为弧面,具有一半径,该凸面的半径大于该凹面的半径。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有间隔子的挠性轴承,其特征在于:该保持部具有一个开口,该开口的宽度为滚动件直径的0.9~0.95倍。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有间隔子的挠性轴承,其特征在于:该间隔子为一U形,该保持部内设有两个相对应的凹槽,该凹槽保持该滚动件于该保持部。
