本发明公开一种防沉积液体搅拌罐,包括罐体以及设置在罐体内的多个搅拌叶、驱动搅拌叶的驱动机构,所述搅拌叶上设有通孔,通孔内设有可旋转的扰流球。本发明中,搅拌叶在搅拌罐中旋转,原料的反作用力同时促使扰流球旋转;搅拌叶旋转使将在搅拌罐中产生涡流,而扰流球又在搅拌叶中形成许多连续的小涡流,涡流之间碰撞在搅拌罐中形成湍流,防止原料分层,促进各原料的混合。

技术领域
本发明涉及原料混合技术领域,具体涉及一种防沉积液体搅拌罐。
背景技术
现有技术一般采用搅拌罐对液体原料或固液混合原料进行混合,以期获得均匀的混合物。但各种原料的本身的密度、质量不一致。现有技术的机械搅拌罐在搅拌过程中,会在搅拌罐内形成一个大的涡流,各原料在涡流中旋转、碰撞直至完全混合。但各种原料的本身的密度、质量不一致,在搅拌时容易在涡流中形成分层,难以完全混合均匀。现有技术一般通过搅拌叶周期性的正反转来消除上述的分层问题,但实现上述功能需要驱动机构具有相应的正反转功能或增加换向传动装置,结构复杂而成本较高。同时,搅拌叶反转时将遭受正转产生的涡流的冲击力,长期生产容易使搅拌叶变形、损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明一种可以消除原料分层的搅拌罐。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种防沉积液体搅拌罐,包括罐体以及设置在罐体内的多个搅拌叶、驱动搅拌叶的驱动机构,所述搅拌叶上设有通孔,通孔内设有可旋转的扰流球。
本发明中,搅拌叶在搅拌罐中旋转,原料的反作用力同时促使扰流球旋转;搅拌叶旋转使将在搅拌罐中产生涡流,而扰流球又在搅拌叶中形成许多连续的小涡流,涡流之间碰撞在搅拌罐中形成湍流,防止原料分层,促进各原料的混合。
进一步的,还包括设置在罐体内的传动轴,传动轴的一端与所述驱动机构连接,所述搅拌叶呈辐射状地设置在传动的另一端;所述扰流球通过一旋转轴安装在所述通孔内,所述旋转轴与传动轴平行。

进一步的,还包括设置在罐体1内的传动轴6,传动轴的一端与所述驱动机构连接,所述搅拌叶呈辐射状地设置在传动的另一端;所述扰流球5通过一旋转轴7安装在所述通孔内,所述旋转轴与传动轴平行。
