Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括筒体,筒体一端设有尾气入口,与进气管连接,筒体另一端设有尾气出口,与出气管连接;所述进气管与筒体之间设有进气锥管,筒体尾气入口处设有过滤器,所述过滤器由碳化硅纤维编织而成的密过滤网和粗过滤网组合形成;所述过滤器后侧设有蜂窝陶瓷催化层;筒体设有尾气出口的一端内部设有消音器,出气管外部固定设有半导体制冷片。本发明提供的汽车尾气净化装置,结构简单,成本低,通过过滤、催化作用可有效去除尾气中的颗粒物、一氧化碳、氮氧化合物等空气污染物;排气管内设置消音器对尾气排放进行消音处理,减少噪音污染;尾气排放前利用半导体制冷片进行降温处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车尾气净化装置,属于汽车零配件技术领域。
背景技术
汽车尾气中含有碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、颗粒物等污染物,直接排放汽车尾气对空气质量危害很大,尤其是现在汽车数量急剧增长,尾气排放量也随之增加。汽车尾气中除了化学物质和颗粒物造成空气污染,尾气排放时的噪声也形成噪声污染,尾气排放时温度高,加剧气候变暖趋势,因此有必要对汽车尾气进行净化处理。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种汽车尾气净化装置。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括筒体,筒体一端设有尾气入口,与进气管连接,筒体另一端设有尾气出口,与出气管连接;所述进气管与筒体之间设有进气锥管,筒体尾气入口处设有过滤器,所述过滤器由碳化硅纤维编织而成的密过滤网和粗过滤网组合形成;所述过滤器后侧设有蜂窝陶瓷催化层;筒体设有尾气出口的一端内部设有消音器,出气管外部固定设有半导体制冷片。
进一步地,所述密过滤网和粗过滤网的组合顺序为粗过滤网、密过滤网、密过滤网、粗过滤网。
进一步地,所述密过滤网和粗过滤网可折叠。
进一步地,所述消音器包括两个平行隔板,隔板上设有通孔,隔板之间固定有圆柱筒。
进一步地,所述圆柱筒内外壁涂覆吸音涂层。
进一步地,所述蜂窝陶瓷催化层包括蜂窝陶瓷块,蜂窝陶瓷块上布满小孔,小孔内壁涂覆催化剂。
有益效果:本发明提供的汽车尾气净化装置,结构简单,成本低,通过过滤、催化作用可有效去除尾气中的颗粒物、一氧化碳、氮氧化合物等空气污染物;排气管内设置消音器对尾气排放进行消音处理,减少噪音污染;尾气排放前利用半导体制冷片进行降温处理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
本实施例中,参照尾气的进气方向为从前向后的方向。
如图1所示,一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括筒体1,筒体一端设有尾气入口11,与进气管2连接,筒体另一端设有尾气出口12,与出气管3连接。
所述进气管2与筒体1之间设有进气锥管4,增加进气面积;筒体尾气入口处设有过滤器5,所述过滤器5由碳化硅纤维编织而成的密过滤网51和粗过滤网52组合形成,密过滤网51和粗过滤网52的组合顺序为粗过滤网52、密过滤网51、密过滤网51、粗过滤网52,如图2所示,重叠使用粗过滤网和密过滤网,减少表面堵塞;密过滤网和粗过滤网可折叠,折叠后尾气与过滤器的接触面积增大,改善过滤效果。
所述过滤器5后侧设有蜂窝陶瓷催化层6,所述蜂窝陶瓷催化层包括蜂窝陶瓷块,蜂窝陶瓷块上布满小孔,小孔内壁涂覆催化剂。
所述筒体设有尾气出口的一端内部设有消音器7,所述消音器包括两个平行的隔板71,隔板上设有通孔,隔板之间固定有圆柱筒72,圆柱筒72内外壁涂覆吸音涂层。出气管3外部固定设有半导体制冷片8,用于对尾气进行降温。

1.一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括筒体,筒体一端设有尾气入口,与进气管连接,筒体另一端设有尾气出口,与出气管连接,其特征在于:所述进气管与筒体之间设有进气锥管,筒体尾气入口处设有过滤器,所述过滤器由碳化硅纤维编织而成的密过滤网和粗过滤网组合形成;所述过滤器后侧设有蜂窝陶瓷催化层;筒体设有尾气出口的一端内部设有消音器,出气管外部固定设有半导体制冷片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述密过滤网和粗过滤网的组合顺序为粗过滤网、密过滤网、密过滤网、粗过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述密过滤网和粗过滤网可折叠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述消音器包括两个平行的隔板,隔板上设有通孔,隔板之间固定有圆柱筒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述圆柱筒内外壁涂覆吸音涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述蜂窝陶瓷催化层包括蜂窝陶瓷块,蜂窝陶瓷块上布满小孔,小孔内壁涂覆催化剂。
