一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置,包括壳体、进气口、出气口和设置在壳体内的载体,载体包括以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体的第一载体DOC、以碳化硅或堇青石为基体的壁流式结构的第二载体CDPF,从进气口到出气口依次设置第一载体、第二载体,第一、第二载体均负载有活性组分涂层,第一载体活性组分上负载有TiW0.2Ox催化剂,第二载体活性组分上负载有TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂。本发明的装置具有净化效率高,使用寿命长的优点。

一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及柴油车尾气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,机械化水平的提高,机动车成为人们不可忽缺的工具,给人们带来了便利的同时,环境污染变的日益严重。机动车排放的尾气中包含有多种污染物质,主要污染物有:一氧化碳(CO)、氮氧化物(NOx)、碳氢化合物(HC)和细微颗粒物等,这些污染物对人体健康具有潜在的长久危害,对生态环境造成直接的污染和破坏。柴油车排放中含有CO、Nox、HC外,其中含有的颗粒物以碳黑为主,含有苯并芘等致癌物质,人体吸入后会损伤肺泡和粘膜,引起肺组织纤维化,导致肺心病,并可引起慢性鼻咽炎、慢性支气管炎等一系列疾病。
近几年来,各地区灰霾天气越来越多,低层环境空气呈灰蓝色,这是较典型的机动车尾气污染。根据环境监测机构的监测数据和有关专家的分析,机动车排放的细微颗粒物是造成灰霾天气的主要原因。这种颗粒物在阳光、温度等作用下会形成气溶胶,笼罩在城市上空,不仅导致雾霾灰霾天气,还会携裹着大量化学污染物在空中飘荡,很容易随人的呼吸系统进入人体。
机动车尾气排放问题日益成为各国、各地区的亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置,CDPF作为壁流式过滤器,捕捉碳烟,通过DOC、CDPF负载的活性涂层降低碳烟的燃烧温度,依靠柴油车自身温度实现颗粒物捕集器CDPF的再生,再通过温度传感器的检测,低温时加热器启动,提高再生所需温度条件,再生能力更彻底,同时DOC、CDPF负载的活性涂层具备造氧储氧催化特性,可将尾气中的HC、CO以及PM中的有机物(SOF)氧化去除,并将NO转化为无害的NO2,使柴油车排气污染得到解决。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置,包括壳体、进气口、出气口和设置在壳体内的载体,载体包括以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体的第一载体DOC、以碳化硅或堇青石为基体的壁流式结构的第二载体CDPF,从进气口到出气口依次设置第一载体、第二载体,所述第一、第二载体均负载有活性组分涂层,活性组分的成分为:20wt%-25wt%的ZrO2、20wt%-25wt%的CeO2,20wt%-25wt%的分子筛,5wt%-15wt%的TiO2,1wt%-10wt%的La2O3、Y2O3、Pr6O11、Nd2O3中的一种或数种;所述第一载体活性组分上负载有TiW0.2Ox催化剂,所述第二载体活性组分上负载有TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂。
所述第一载体DOC活性组分负载的TiW0.2Ox催化剂含量为90-150g/ft3;第二载体CDPF活性组分负载的TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂含量为10-80g/ft3
所述的分子筛由Al2O3和SiO2组成,质量比为3-8:1。
所述涂层中的TiO2中含有BaO2、SrO,TiO2:BaO2:SrO质量比:3-7:1-3:1。
所述第一载体DOC活性组分涂层的涂覆量为200-600g/L,第二载体CDPF活性组分涂层的涂覆量为100-500g/L;
所述涂层中的活性组分平均孔径为20-50nm。
所述的第一载体DOC与第二载体CDPF之间设有温度传感器和电加热器。
本发明的优点是第一载体DOC、第二载体CDPF均负载有活性组分催化剂,第一载体DOC负载的催化剂具有高温催化性,在后半段气体温度降低后,第二载体CDPF均负载的催化剂具有低温温催化性能,分两段将有害气体充分催化分解,提高催化效率,将柴油车排气污染物CO、NOx、HC通过氧化还原反应转化为无污染气体排出车外,同时本发明催化剂具备造氧、储氧和降低PM碳烟的起燃温度功能,PM碳烟被CDPF收集并进行二次燃烧,为达到更好的燃烧环境,通过温度传感器调节加热器,制造更稳定的碳烟起燃温度条件,得到一种净化效率高,使用寿命长的柴油车尾气再生处理装置。
具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实例进行详细描述。
实施例1:一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置,包括壳体、进气口、出气口和设置在壳体内的载体,载体包括以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体的第一载体DOC、以碳化硅或堇青石为基体的壁流式结构的第二载体CDPF,从进气口到出气口依次设置第一载体、第二载体,所述第一、第二载体均负载有活性组分涂层,活性组分的成分为:20wt%的ZrO2、20wt%的CeO2,20wt%的分子筛,5wt%的TiO2,1wt%的La2O3、Y2O3;所述第一载体活性组分上负载有TiW0.2Ox催化剂,所述第二载体活性组分上负载有TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂。
所述第一载体DOC活性组分负载的TiW0.2Ox催化剂含量为90g/ft3;第二载体CDPF活性组分负载的TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂含量为10g/ft3
所述的分子筛由Al2O3和SiO2组成,质量比为3:1。
所述涂层中的TiO2中含有BaO2、SrO,TiO2:BaO2:SrO质量比:3:1:1。
所述第一载体DOC活性组分涂层的涂覆量为200g/L,第二载体CDPF活性组分涂层的涂覆量为100g/L;
所述涂层中的活性组分平均孔径为20nm。
所述的第一载体DOC与第二载体CDPF之间设有温度传感器和电加热器。
实施例2:一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置,包括壳体、进气口、出气口和设置在壳体内的载体,载体包括以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体的第一载体DOC、以碳化硅或堇青石为基体的壁流式结构的第二载体CDPF,从进气口到出气口依次设置第一载体、第二载体,所述第一、第二载体均负载有活性组分涂层,活性组分的成分为:25wt%的ZrO2、25wt%的CeO2,25wt%的分子筛,15wt%的TiO2,10wt%的La2O3、Y2O3;所述第一载体活性组分上负载有TiW0.2Ox催化剂,所述第二载体活性组分上负载有TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂。
所述第一载体DOC活性组分负载的TiW0.2Ox催化剂含量为150g/ft3;第二载体CDPF活性组分负载的TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂含量为80g/ft3
所述的分子筛由Al2O3和SiO2组成,质量比为8:1。
所述涂层中的TiO2中含有BaO2、SrO,TiO2:BaO2:SrO质量比:7:3:1。
所述第一载体DOC活性组分涂层的涂覆量为600g/L,第二载体CDPF活性组分涂层的涂覆量为500g/L;
所述涂层中的活性组分平均孔径为50nm。
所述的第一载体DOC与第二载体CDPF之间设有温度传感器和电加热器。

Claims (7)

1.一种柴油车尾气再生处理装置,包括壳体、进气口、出气口和设置在壳体内的载体,其特征在于:载体包括以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体的第一载体DOC、以碳化硅或堇青石为基体的壁流式结构的第二载体CDPF,从进气口到出气口依次设置第一载体、第二载体,所述第一、第二载体均负载有活性组分涂层,活性组分的成分为:20wt%-25wt%的ZrO2、20wt%-25wt%的CeO2,20wt%-25wt%的分子筛,5wt%-15wt%的TiO2,1wt%-10wt%的La2O3、Y2O3、Pr6O11、Nd2O3中的一种或数种;所述第一载体活性组分上负载有TiW0.2Ox催化剂,所述第二载体活性组分上负载有TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述柴油车尾气再生处理装置,其特征在于:所述第一载体DOC活性组分负载的TiW0.2Ox催化剂含量为90-150g/ft3;第二载体CDPF活性组分负载的TiCe0.2W0.2Ox催化剂含量为10-80g/ft3
3.如权利要求1所述柴油车尾气再生处理装置,其特征在于所述的分子筛由Al2O3和SiO2组成,质量比为3-8:1。
4.如权利要求1所述柴油车尾气再生处理装置,其特征在于所述涂层中的TiO2中含有BaO2、SrO,TiO2:BaO2:SrO质量比:3-7:1-3:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的柴油车尾气再生处理装置,其特征在于所述第一载体DOC活性组分涂层的涂覆量为200-600g/L,第二载体CDPF活性组分涂层的涂覆量为100-500g/L。
6.如权利要求1所述柴油车尾气再生处理装置,其特征在于所述涂层中的活性组分平均孔径为20-50nm。
7.如权利要求1所述柴油车尾气再生处理装置,其特征在于所述的第一载体DOC与第二载体CDPF之间设有温度传感器和电加热器。
