Abstract

支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火保护装置,适用于工程机械支重轮轴的轴肩两侧端面中频感应加热淬火的保护。现有装置,感应加热淬火支重轮轴肩的一侧端面时,另一侧端面会由于热传递而退火。为解决上述问题,设计了一种支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火保护装置,其特征在于其由感应器有效圈、淬火冷却圈、保护水圈、绝缘垫圈、连接板、铜垫圈、铜螺杆和铜螺母组成,其中感应器有效圈与连接板焊接,保护水圈、铜螺杆焊接在淬火冷却圈上,感应器有效圈通过铜螺杆、绝缘垫圈和铜螺母与淬火冷却圈连接为一体。使用时感应器有效圈和冷却圈在感应加热轴肩一侧端面时,保护水圈的水喷在轴肩另一侧端面上,确保硬度不被降低。本装置结构简单,满足生产要求。

技术领域
本发明专利适用于工程机械支重轮轴的轴肩两侧端面中频感应加热淬火时的硬度性能保护。
背景技术
目前工程机械的支重轮轴,其特点是轴肩两侧端面与轴面进行中频感应加热淬火时,由于轴肩比较薄,对支重轮轴的轴肩一侧端面与之相连的轴面进行中频感应加热淬火时,轴肩的另一侧端面会由于感应加热的热量传递导致其端面硬度明显降低,影响了零件质量。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供的一种工程机械支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火保护装置,它可以有效地解决支重轮轴比较薄的轴肩一侧端面和相连的轴部进行中频感应加热淬火时,因热传递将导致轴肩的另一侧端面硬度降低的质量问题。
本发明专利为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火保护装置,由感应器有效圈、淬火冷却圈、保护水圈、绝缘垫圈Ⅰ、连接板、绝缘垫圈Ⅱ、铜垫圈、铜螺杆和铜螺母组成。其特征是感应器有效圈与连接板焊接,保护水圈、铜螺杆焊接在淬火冷却圈上,绝缘垫圈Ⅰ、连接板、绝缘垫圈Ⅱ、铜垫圈通过铜螺杆用铜螺母锁紧。使用时先将支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火保护装置与机床上的淬火变压器连接,待感应加热淬火支重轮轴装卡在机床上,对轴肩一侧端面进行中频感应加热淬火时,保护水圈的水喷在轴肩另一侧端面上,确保了轴肩端面的表面硬度不被降低。
本发明专利的有益效果:此装置结构简单,能确保轴肩两侧端面的表面硬度不被降低,保证了零件质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:感应器有效圈与连接板焊接,保护水圈、铜螺杆焊接在淬火冷却圈上,绝缘垫圈Ⅰ、连接板、绝缘垫圈Ⅱ、铜垫圈通过铜螺杆用铜螺母锁紧。使用时先将支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火保护装置与机床上的淬火变压器连接,然后将待加热淬火支重轮轴装卡在机床上,实现支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火轴肩的一侧端面时,保护水圈的水喷在轴肩另一侧端面上,确保了轴肩端面的表面硬度不被降低,保证了零件质量。

1.一种工程机械支重轮轴中频感应加热淬火保护装置,其特征在于其由感应器有效圈、淬火冷却圈、保护水圈、绝缘垫圈、连接板、铜垫圈、铜螺杆和铜螺母组成,其中感应器有效圈与连接板焊接,保护水圈、铜螺杆焊接在淬火冷却圈上,感应器有效圈通过铜螺杆、绝缘垫圈和铜螺母与淬火冷却圈连接为一体。
