Abstract

本发明涉及纺织化工技术领域,具体的讲是一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂及其制备方法,本发明在防水剂的配方中加入了相变蜡,保证在加工进行过程中保持工作液温度相对稳定,从而提高了工作液系统的稳定性,较现有的防水剂破乳概率降低,并且其中包含的PH值调节剂,在加工过程中可以缓慢释放酸,使得工作液使用保持在弱酸性,提高了防水剂的稳定性,避免了黏辊现象的发生。

一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织化工技术领域,具体的讲是一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
氟碳织物三防整理剂是纺织后整理一类重要的整理剂,经氟碳织物三防整理剂整理过的织物具有拒水、拒油、拒污的三防效果。三防整理主要可应用于涤纶、涤棉、全棉等织物。在运动休闲服装及工作服、家具遮布、汽车内饰材料等方面应用广泛。然而在应用氟碳三防整理剂对织物加工整理过程中,经常出现粘辊问题,需要不断停机清理,不仅阻碍生产加工的连续性,也影响了生产质量。而出现这种情况的原因除了加工过程中的设备、加工面料的影响因素外,作主要的还是使用的氟碳整理剂的稳定性不够,加工过程中环境温度等变化,使得稳定剂破乳,从而产生了粘辊问题。
为此设计一种纺织品用不粘辊的氟碳防水剂是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明突破了现有技术的难题,设计了一种纺织品用不粘辊的氟碳防水剂,有效解决了纺织加工过程中出现的三防整理剂的粘辊现象。
为了达到上述目的,本发明设计了一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂,其特征在于:所述氟碳防水剂由含佛丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液、相变蜡、乳化剂、PH值调节剂、水组成,各组分的质量百分比含量为: 10%~35%的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液, 10%~15%的相变蜡, 2%~3%的乳化剂, 1~3%的PH值调节剂,44%~77%的去离子水。
所述含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液为六氟丙烯酸丁酯制备的聚合物乳液、八氟丙烯酸戊酯制备的聚合物乳液、C6防水剂、C8防水剂中的任意一种或几种。
所述相变蜡为35#相变蜡、RT31相变蜡、RT35相变蜡、ASTORPHASE30相变蜡、ASTORPHASE42相变蜡中的任意一种或几种。
所述乳化剂为HLB值在8-12中的聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种。
所述pH值调节剂为马来酸二酯化合物、氯乙酸乙酯化合物、草酸二甲酯化合物的一种或几种。
本发明还设计了一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按照如下步骤进行制备:
步骤1:按照权利要求1所述的配比称取相变蜡、乳化剂、含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液和去离子水;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的相变蜡、乳化剂和去离子水加入容器混合,在温度范围为50℃~60℃的恒温水浴中熔化,搅拌均匀,保持乳化30min~50min,之后空冷至室温,获得相变蜡乳液;
步骤3:在步骤2获得的相变蜡乳液中边搅拌边加入步骤1称取的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,获得混合乳液;
步骤4:在步骤3获得的混合乳液中加入PH值调节剂,混合均匀,获得防黏辊的氟碳防水剂。
所述防黏辊的氟碳防水剂在处理面料的工作液中的用量为20~60g/L,且面料浸轧工作液后的带液率为50%~80%,面料的烘干温度范围为95~98℃,烘干时间为2~4分钟,焙烘温度范围为160~170℃,时间为1~2分钟。
本发明与现有技术相比,在防水剂的配方中加入了相变蜡,保证在加工进行过程中保持工作液温度相对稳定,从而提高了工作液系统的稳定性,较现有的防水剂破乳概率降低,并且其中包含的PH值调节剂,在加工过程中可以缓慢释放酸,使得工作液使用保持在弱酸性,提高了防水剂的稳定性,避免了黏辊现象的发生。
具体实施方式
在具体实施中,本发明设计了一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂,其特征在于:所述氟碳防水剂由含佛丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液、相变蜡、乳化剂、PH值调节剂、水组成,各组分的质量百分比含量为: 10%~35%的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液, 10%~15%的相变蜡, 2%~3%的乳化剂, 1~3%的PH值调节剂,44%~77%的去离子水。
本发明中含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液为六氟丙烯酸丁酯制备的聚合物乳液、八氟丙烯酸戊酯制备的聚合物乳液、C6防水剂、C8防水剂中的任意一种或几种。
本发明中相变蜡为35#相变蜡、RT31相变蜡、RT35相变蜡、ASTORPHASE30相变蜡、ASTORPHASE42相变蜡中的任意一种或几种。
本发明中乳化剂为HLB值在8-12中的聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种。
本发明中pH值调节剂为马来酸二酯化合物、氯乙酸乙酯化合物、草酸二甲酯化合物的一种或几种。
本发明还设计了一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按照如下步骤进行制备:
步骤1:按照权利要求1所述的配比称取相变蜡、乳化剂、含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液和去离子水;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的相变蜡、乳化剂和去离子水加入容器混合,在温度范围为50℃~60℃的恒温水浴中熔化,搅拌均匀,保持乳化30min~50min,之后空冷至室温,获得相变蜡乳液;
步骤3:在步骤2获得的相变蜡乳液中边搅拌边加入含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,获得混合乳液;
步骤4:在步骤3获得的混合乳液中加入PH值调节剂,混合均匀,获得防黏辊的氟碳防水剂。
本发明中防黏辊的氟碳防水剂在处理面料的工作液中的用量为20~60g/L,且面料浸轧工作液后的带液率为50%~80%,面料的烘干温度范围为95~98℃,烘干时间为2~4分钟,焙烘温度范围为160~170℃,时间为1~2分钟。
实施例1:
在本实施例中含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液采用六氟丙烯酸丁酯聚合物乳液,相变蜡采用35#相变蜡,乳化剂采用HLB值为10.6的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1305,PH值调节剂采用草酸二甲酯。
首先称取质量百分比为35%的六氟丙烯酸丁酯聚合物乳液 ,15%的35#相变蜡,3%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1305,3%的草酸二甲酯,44%的去离子水,之后将35#相变蜡、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1305、去离子水放入容器中,在50℃的水中恒温水浴熔化,并将熔化的液体搅拌均匀,保持乳化时间50min,空冷至室温,获得相变蜡乳液,之后在获得的相变蜡乳液中边搅拌边加入称取的质量百分比为35%的六氟丙烯酸丁酯聚合物乳液,然后再缓慢加入称取的草酸二甲酯,最后将溶液混合均匀,获得防黏辊的氟碳防水剂。
实施例2:
本实施例中含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液采用八氟丙烯酸戊酯聚合物乳液,相变蜡采用RT35相变蜡和ASTORPHASE42相变蜡,乳化剂采用HLB值为10.6的脂肪醇乙氧基化合物SAFOL23E5,PH值调节剂采用草酸二甲酯和马来酸二酯。
首先称取质量百分比为15%的八氟丙烯酸戊酯聚合物乳液,4%的RT35相变蜡,6%的ASTORPHASE42相变蜡,2%的脂肪醇乙氧基化合物SAFOL 23E5,2%的草酸二甲酯,1%的马来酸二酯,70%的去离子水,之后将RT35相变蜡、ASTORPHASE42相变蜡、脂肪醇乙氧基化合物SAFOL 23E5和去离子水放入容器中,在60℃的恒温条件下水浴熔化,并将熔化后的溶液搅拌均匀,保持乳化时间40min,然后空冷至室温,得到相变蜡乳液,之后在相变蜡乳液中边搅拌边加入称取的八氟丙烯酸戊酯聚合物乳液,然后再缓慢加入草酸二甲酯、马来酸二酯,最后将溶液混合均匀,获得防黏辊的氟碳防水剂。
实施例3:
采用实施例1制的防黏辊的氟碳防水剂40g/L,在汽车用经编涤纶布上进行应用,将涤纶布浸轧工作液,使布面浸轧后的带液率为70%,在温度为98℃的条件下将涤纶布烘干,烘干时间为3分钟,之后在170℃的温度条件下对烘干的涤纶布进行焙烘,焙烘时间为90秒,最后获得成品。
实施例4:
采用实施例2制的防黏辊的氟碳防水剂50g/L,在汽车用经编涤纶布上进行应用,将涤纶布浸轧工作液,布面浸轧后的带液率为70%,在温度为98℃的条件下将涤纶布烘干,烘干3分钟,之后在170℃的温度条件下对烘干的涤纶布进行焙烘,焙烘时间为90秒,最后获得成品。
对实施例3、实施例4、现有技术进行比较,其结果如下表:
从上表中可以明显看出,本发明与现有技术相比,本发明可以在生产工程中保持工作液温度的pH值在一定时间范围内的稳定性,从而降低了机器粘辊概率的发生,保证生产的连续性和稳定性。

Claims (7)

1. 一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂,其特征在于:所述氟碳防水剂由含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液、相变蜡、乳化剂、PH值调节剂、水组成,各组分的质量百分比含量为: 10%~35%的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液, 10%~15%的相变蜡, 2%~3%的乳化剂, 1~3%的PH值调节剂,44%~77%的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂,其特征在于:所述含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液为六氟丙烯酸丁酯制备的聚合物乳液、八氟丙烯酸戊酯制备的聚合物乳液、C6防水剂、C8防水剂中的任意一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的的一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂,其特征在于:所述相变蜡为35#相变蜡、RT31相变蜡、RT35相变蜡、ASTORPHASE30相变蜡、ASTORPHASE42相变蜡中的任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的的一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为HLB值在8-12中的聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的的一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂,其特征在于:所述pH值调节剂为马来酸二酯化合物、氯乙酸乙酯化合物、草酸二甲酯化合物的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按照如下步骤进行制备:
步骤1:按照权利要求1所述的质量百分比称取相变蜡、乳化剂、含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液和去离子水;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的相变蜡、乳化剂和去离子水加入容器混合,并在温度范围为50℃~60℃的恒温水浴中熔化,搅拌均匀,保持乳化30min~50min,之后空冷至室温,获得相变蜡乳液;
步骤3:在步骤2获得的相变蜡乳液中边搅拌边加入步骤1称取的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,获得混合乳液;
步骤4:在步骤3获得的混合乳液中加入PH值调节剂,混合均匀,获得防黏辊的氟碳防水剂。
7.根据权利6所述的一种防黏辊的氟碳防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防黏辊的氟碳防水剂在处理面料的工作液中的用量为20~60g/L,且面料浸轧工作液后的带液率为50%~80%,面料的烘干温度范围为95~98℃,烘干时间为2~4分钟,焙烘温度范围为160~170℃,时间为1~2分钟。
