Background

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, the washing market is continuously developing from the initial soap to the washing powder and then to the recent washing liquid. In 2015, green waves firstly put forward a new generation of laundry product, namely laundry beads, in China. The washing gel bead is specially designed for machine washing, is simple to operate, is convenient and does not dirty hands, can wash a cylinder of clothes, and has the advantages of super-strong dirt-removing capacity, high cleaning power and easiness in rinsing; the coagulated beads are dissolved immediately when meeting water without residue, and can effectively and quickly remove stubborn stains to clean clothes as new.

Publication No. CN 105039014A discloses an essential oil laundry gel bead and a preparation method thereof, wherein a bactericide used is triclosan, and the United states food and drug administration issues a sale prohibition in 2016, and will comprehensively ban antibacterial products containing 19 bactericidal components, including triclosan. Publication No. CN 106544179A, which discloses a laundry gel bead for infants and its preparation method and application; patent "CN 104974864A", which discloses a multifunctional laundry bead and its preparation method. In this patent, we propose a non-toxic, non-irritating laundry bead that uses a non-toxic, non-irritating surfactant instead of the traditional low-toxic, irritating surfactant; the natural saponin extract essence is used as a fungus sterilization and bacteriostat to replace the traditional toxic and high-irritation bactericide.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a non-toxic and non-irritant laundry gel bead and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to provide a non-toxic and non-irritant laundry gel bead which has the characteristics of non-toxicity, non-irritation, convenient use, super-strong decontamination and cleaning functions and obvious laundry effect.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing the above non-toxic, non-irritating laundry beads.

The specific technical scheme is as follows:

vegetable oil acid monoethanolamide sodium sulfosuccinate: 30-60 parts;

The plant oleic acid monoethanolamide sodium sulfosuccinate is one of disodium coconut oil monoethanolamide sulfosuccinate or disodium ricinoleic acid monoethanolamide sulfosuccinate. Preferably disodium cocomonoethanolamide sulfosuccinate.

The preparation method of the washing gel bead containing the saponin essence comprises the following steps:

s1, adding the saponin extraction essence and the jojoba oil into a homogenizing stirrer according to the proportion at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, and stirring for 25-30 min by using a stirrer until the materials are uniformly mixed;

s4, adding the prepared coagulated bead base material into an automatic packaging machine, and packaging into beads with different specifications by using PVA films to obtain the finished product of the laundry coagulated beads.

The specification of the bead is 5g, 10g, 15g, 20g and 25 g.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the used surfactant is vegetable oleic acid monoethanolamide sodium sulfosuccinate, olive oil soap base and saponin extraction essence as a main body for decontamination, has rich foam, high surface activity, good decontamination effect and small irritation, is a vegetable surfactant, and is suitable for sensitive skin or children and infants. The alkaloid contained in the saponin extraction essence has the functions of health care and sterilization besides the washing function, has the effects of sterilization and antibiosis with jojoba oil, replaces the traditional bactericides such as triclosan and kasong, and has the advantages of high sterilization efficiency, small irritation, no harm and no stimulation to human bodies. The water content in the formula is less than 0.1%, so that the stability of the coagulated beads is ensured. The washing gel bead has high surface activity, no enzyme is added in the formula, the damage to clothes caused by the enzyme is reduced, the irritation is reduced, and the washing gel bead is particularly suitable for washing sensitive skin and infant clothes.

Example 1

Adding 5 parts of saponin extraction essence and 5 parts of jojoba oil into a homogenizing stirrer at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, stirring for 25-30 min by using a stirrer until the materials are uniformly mixed, adding 10 parts of olive oil soap base, stirring for 25-30 min, adding 30 parts of disodium cocoanut monoethanolamide sulfosuccinate after the materials are uniformly stirred, and stirring until the materials are uniform and transparent, thereby obtaining the non-toxic and non-irritant washing coagulated bead base material after qualification.

And (3) adding the prepared coagulated bead base material into an automatic packaging machine, and packaging the coagulated bead base material into beads with the specification of 5g, 10g, 15g, 20g and 25g by using a PVA film to obtain the finished product of the laundry coagulated bead.

Example 3

Example 4

Example 5

At the temperature of 30-40 ℃, adding 10 parts of saponin extraction essence and 8 parts of jojoba oil into a homogenizing stirrer, stirring for 25-30 min by using a stirrer until the materials are uniformly mixed, adding 20 parts of olive oil soap base, stirring for 25-30 min, adding 50 parts of disodium cocoanut monoethanolamide sulfosuccinate after the materials are uniformly stirred, and stirring until the materials are uniformly transparent, thereby obtaining the non-toxic and non-irritant washing coagulated bead base material after qualification.

The detergency of the non-toxic and non-irritating laundry beads prepared according to the invention was tested according to the method specified in QB/T1224-2012 "liquid detergent for clothing". The detergency of the laundry bead samples and the standard laundry detergent was measured on the same machine using the method and soiled cloths as specified in QB/T13174-2008. The results are shown in the following table.

The numerical value, i.e., the detergency ratio, indicates the magnitude of the detergency. The standard laundry detergent has a decontamination ratio of 1, and the higher the decontamination ratio is, the higher the decontamination capability is, and the better the decontamination effect is. Compared with the washing performance test data of the standard laundry detergent, the washing bead provided by the embodiment of the invention has strong dirt-removing capacity, and the overall washing effect is obviously better than that of the laundry detergent.
