本发明公开了一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯及其加工工艺,涉及发泡地毯技术领域,包括簇绒地毯层、PE膜层、低熔点纤维毡层、复合膜层和聚氨酯发泡层,所述簇绒地毯层、PE膜层、低熔点纤维毡层、复合膜层和聚氨酯发泡层按顺序依层热压复合连接,所述簇绒地毯层为PA材料,所述低熔点纤维毡层采用了PET和低熔点纤维的复合材料,所述复合膜层由PE、PA和PE三个膜层复合而成;该汽车发泡地毯进行结构改进后,降低了整体硬度,提高了整体的柔韧性和舒适度,同时改进后的工艺解决了地毯成型拉伸后破裂脱层的现象。

Description

一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及发泡地毯技术领域特别涉及一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯及其加工工艺。
背景技术
传统的汽车发泡地毯结构采用簇绒地毯层、复合膜层、低熔点纤维毡层和聚氨酯发泡层复合而成,复合膜层起到粘结和防止发泡料渗透到簇绒地毯层,低熔点纤维毡层起到定型和吸音隔音的作用,聚氨酯发泡过程中,发泡力每平方厘米在两公斤以上,渗透很强,造成聚氨酯渗透到低熔点纤维毡层里面,减少了低熔点纤维毡的内部间隙,增加了硬度,降低了柔韧性和舒适度,另外在发泡地毯的生产过程中,传统工艺是先对低熔点纤维毡层经过高温烘箱定型,然后再与复合膜进行热压复合,这种工艺使得地毯成型拉伸后会产生不同程度的破裂脱层的现象,影响到汽车发泡地毯整体的美观和质量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯及其加工工艺,降低了整体硬度,提高了整体的柔韧性和舒适度,同时改进后的工艺解决了地毯成型拉伸后破裂脱层的现象。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯,包括簇绒地毯层、PE膜层、低熔点纤维毡层、复合膜层和聚氨酯发泡层,所述簇绒地毯层、PE膜层、低熔点纤维毡层、复合膜层和聚氨酯发泡层按顺序依层热压复合连接,所述簇绒地毯层为PA材料,所述低熔点纤维毡层采用了PET和低熔点纤维的复合材料,所述复合膜层由PE、PA和PE三个膜层复合而成。
优选的,所述聚氨酯发泡层为PU材料。
一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将PE膜层、低熔点纤维毡层和复合膜层按顺序进行热压复合,构成具有双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡;
2)将热压成型的具有双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡整体放入烘箱内进行高温烘箱定型;
3)高温烘箱定型后,将簇绒地毯层和双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡在热压成型机上进行热压成型,形成热压成型地毯;
4)热压成型后,利用发泡机将聚氨酯发泡,然后通过上胶机对热压成型地毯的背面进行均匀上胶,形成聚氨酯发泡层,从而构成完整的发泡地毯。
优选的,低熔点纤维毡层在进入烘箱高温定型前预先和PE膜层、复合膜层进行热压复合。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构是一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯及其加工工艺,该发泡地毯针对传统的发泡地毯结构做了改进,将复合膜层从簇绒地毯层和低熔点纤维毡层之间调整到了低熔点纤维毡层和聚氨酯发泡层之间,并在簇绒地毯层与低熔点纤维毡层之间增加了PE膜层,复合膜层形成了一种阻隔,避免了发泡的聚氨酯强力渗透到低熔点纤维毡层里面,意味着发泡的聚氨酯将无法填充到低熔点纤维毡层的内部空隙,同样增加的PE膜层阻碍发泡的聚氨酯进一步穿透低熔点纤维毡层而进入簇绒地毯层,将不会造成整体硬度增大,从而提高了整个发泡地毯的柔韧性和舒适度,另外该加工工艺也进行了相应的改进,对低熔点纤维毡层和PE膜层、复合膜层先进行热压复合,再将整体放入烘箱进行高温烘箱定型,PE膜层、复合膜层和低熔点纤维毡层将在烘箱内一起收缩,这样会形成均匀的褶皱,预留了成型后的拉伸量,这样的工艺改进使得地毯在成型拉伸后,表面将重新变得光滑平整,但又不会出现破裂脱层的现象。

图1出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯,包括簇绒地毯层1、PE膜层2、低熔点纤维毡层3、复合膜层4和聚氨酯发泡层5,所述簇绒地毯层1、PE膜层2、低熔点纤维毡层3、复合膜层4和聚氨酯发泡层5按顺序依层热压复合连接,所述簇绒地毯层1为PA材料,所述低熔点纤维毡层3采用了PET和低熔点纤维的复合材料,所述复合膜层4由PE、PA和PE三个膜层复合而成。
本实施例中,所述聚氨酯发泡层5为PU材料。
一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将PE膜层1、低熔点纤维毡层3和复合膜层4按顺序进行热压复合,构成具有双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡;
2)将热压成型的具有双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡整体放入烘箱内进行高温烘箱定型;
3)高温烘箱定型后,将簇绒地毯层1和双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡在热压成型机上进行热压成型,形成热压成型地毯;
4)热压成型后,利用发泡机将聚氨酯发泡,然后通过上胶机对热压成型地毯的背面进行均匀上胶,形成聚氨酯发泡层5,从而构成完整的发泡地毯。
另外,低熔点纤维毡层3在进入烘箱高温定型前预先和PE膜层2、复合膜层4进行热压复合。

Claims (2)

1.一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将PE膜层(1)、低熔点纤维毡层(3)和复合膜层(4)按顺序进行热压复合,构成具有双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡;低熔点纤维毡层(3)在进入烘箱高温定型前预先和PE膜层(2)、复合膜层(4)进行热压复合;
2)将热压成型的具有双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡整体放入烘箱内进行高温烘箱定型;
3)高温烘箱定型后,将簇绒地毯层(1)和双面膜结构的低熔点纤维毡在热压成型机上进行热压成型,形成热压成型地毯;
4)热压成型后,利用发泡机将聚氨酯发泡,然后通过上胶机对热压成型地毯的背面进行均匀上胶,形成聚氨酯发泡层(5),从而构成完整的发泡地毯;
上述工艺形成的汽车发泡地毯包括簇绒地毯层(1)、PE膜层(2)、低熔点纤维毡层(3)、复合膜层(4)和聚氨酯发泡层(5),所述簇绒地毯层(1)、PE膜层(2)、低熔点纤维毡层(3)、复合膜层(4)和聚氨酯发泡层(5)按顺序依层热压复合连接,所述簇绒地毯层(1)为PA材料,所述低熔点纤维毡层(3)采用了PET和低熔点纤维的复合材料,所述复合膜层(4)由PE、PA和PE三个膜层复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的汽车发泡地毯的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯发泡层(5)采用PU材料制成。
