Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,包括以聚丙烯蜂窝芯为芯层的复合板,复合板自下而上由热塑性胶膜、隔音层、热塑性胶膜、聚丙烯玻纤增强层、聚丙烯蜂窝芯、聚丙烯玻纤增强层、热塑性胶膜、隔音层、热塑性胶膜复合而成,本发明还公开了用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板的制作工艺。本发明通过使用聚丙烯蜂窝芯替代纸蜂窝芯,使得复合板具有低VOC、耐低温、耐热老化、低吸水、低吸湿性、防霉无异味等特点,本发明还增加了隔音层,使得此复合板在用作汽车内饰材料时,增添了一个可以加强隔音效果的功能,聚乙烯、二氧化硅和玻璃纤维的融合使得隔音层的强度以及抗震性都能得到大大提升。

本发明涉及汽车内饰材料技术领域,具体为一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板及其制作工艺。
背景技术
随着世界经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的稳步提高,汽车作为人类社会的一种代步工具,把人们带入现代化的文明社会。汽车工业的迅速发展也带动了相关行业的发展,其中汽车内饰材料就呈蓬勃发展之势。汽车内饰是汽车的一个重要组成部分,通常要求具有美观、柔软、舒适、保暖、弹性好、无异味等特点。
目前,国内汽车内饰材料多为纸芯蜂窝板,但是纸芯蜂窝板存在以下两点缺陷:1、其吸水、吸湿性能好,在梅雨季节时易生菌霉变,低温发脆比较严重,耐潮性差,遇水易变形,从而导致内饰材料的变形;2、近年来车室内VOC的排放问题引起了人们的高度关注,VOC是常温下易于挥发的有机物,包括甲醛、甲苯、苯乙烯等,纸芯蜂窝板的甲醛等物质含量较高,对身体容易造成损伤,对乘员的身体造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改善上述问题,特别是提供了一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板。另一个目的是提出上述用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板的制作工艺。
为实现上述目的中的第一个目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,包括以聚丙烯蜂窝芯为芯层的复合板,所述复合板自下而上由热塑性胶膜、隔音层、热塑性胶膜、聚丙烯玻纤增强层、聚丙烯蜂窝芯、聚丙烯玻纤增强层、热塑性胶膜、隔音层、热塑性胶膜复合而成。
优选的,所述隔音层按质量百分比计,包括含量为20%~50%的聚乙烯、含量为6%~8%的玻璃纤维、含量为10%~15%的聚酯纤维、含量为10%~15%的菱镁粉、含量为5%~15%的二氧化硅、含量为2%~5%的2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂以及含量为1%~4%的硬脂酸活性润滑剂;
隔音层的制备方法分为:1)将所述2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂交联剂、聚酯纤维、菱镁粉、二氧化硅和玻璃纤维混合,得到初步反应物;2)将初步反应物与所述聚乙烯和硬脂酸活性润滑剂混合得到混合物;3)将上述得到的混合物在温度为190~210℃、压力为45~48MPa下进行干燥处理,经过机械铺装成型、热压、冷压、裁切处理后得隔音层。
优选的,所述聚丙烯玻纤增强层由聚丙烯片与玻纤布叠放按照1:1~1:2的比例压制而成。
优选的,所述热塑性胶膜为克重为55~60、熔融指数为60~80的PVB膜。
优选的,位于最外层的所述热塑性胶膜表面还设置有背布层。

1)在复合机的设备传送带上自下而上依次放卷、平铺、叠放有背布层、热塑性胶膜、隔音层、热塑性胶膜、聚丙烯玻纤增强层;

3)在聚丙烯蜂窝芯上方自下而上依次放卷、平铺叠放有聚丙烯玻纤增强层、热塑性胶膜、隔音层、热塑性胶膜;
4)最后在200~205℃、0.6~0.8MPa下进行热压复合,再经过冷压、裁切后可得轻量化、低吸适、低气味、低VOC、高冲击强度、耐高温的复合板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,通过使用聚丙烯蜂窝芯替代纸蜂窝芯,使得复合板整体具有低气味低VOC、耐低温、耐热老化、低吸水、低吸湿性、防霉无异味等特点,并且长期使用不变形、无异味、无霉变,符合环保要求,无气味和散发性良好,界面结合牢固,而且易于成形。
本发明还增加了隔音层,隔音层的设置使得此复合板在用作汽车内饰材料时,增添了一个可以加强隔音效果的功能,菱镁材料不反卤,运输整体性好,而且不易散漏,并且防火,防腐蚀,防虫害,价格低,聚乙烯、二氧化硅和玻璃纤维的融合使得隔音层的强度以及抗震性都能得到大大提升。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:
实施例一:
一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,包括以聚丙烯蜂窝芯11为芯层的复合板1,复合板1自下而上由热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13、聚丙烯玻纤增强层12、聚丙烯蜂窝芯11、聚丙烯玻纤增强层12、热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13复合而成。
隔音层14按质量百分比计,包括含量为38%的聚乙烯、含量为8%的玻璃纤维、含量为15%的聚酯纤维、含量为15%的菱镁粉、含量为15%的二氧化硅、含量为5%的2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂以及含量为4%的硬脂酸活性润滑剂;
隔音层14的制备方法分为:1)将2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂交联剂、聚酯纤维、菱镁粉、二氧化硅和玻璃纤维混合,得到初步反应物;2)将初步反应物与聚乙烯和硬脂酸活性润滑剂混合得到混合物;3)将上述得到的混合物在温度为190℃、压力为45MPa下进行干燥处理,经过机械铺装成型、热压、冷压、裁切处理后得隔音层4。
聚丙烯玻纤增强层12由聚丙烯片与玻纤布叠放按照1:1的比例压制而成。
热塑性胶膜13为克重为55、熔融指数为60的PVB膜。
位于最外层的热塑性胶膜13表面还设置有背布层15。
一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)在复合机的设备传送带上自下而上依次放卷、平铺、叠放有背布层15、热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13、聚丙烯玻纤增强层12;
2)将聚丙烯蜂窝芯11放置在聚丙烯玻纤增强层12上;
3)在聚丙烯蜂窝芯11上方自下而上依次放卷、平铺叠放有聚丙烯玻纤增强层12、热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13;
4)最后在200℃、0.6MPa下进行热压复合,再经过冷压、裁切后可得轻量化、低吸适、低气味、低VOC、高冲击强度、耐高温的复合板1。
本实施例一的复合板主要指标检测结果如下:弯曲强度为654Mpa,承压强度为2600kg/m2,抗拉强度为180Mpa,弯曲模量为31.2Mpa,阻燃等级为V2,耐冲击强度为158KJ/m2。性能检测结果显示,本实施例1产品具有良好的机械性能和低吸湿性能。
实施例二:
一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,包括以聚丙烯蜂窝芯11为芯层的复合板1,复合板1自下而上由热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13、聚丙烯玻纤增强层12、聚丙烯蜂窝芯11、聚丙烯玻纤增强层12、热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13复合而成。
隔音层14按质量百分比计,包括含量为45%的聚乙烯、含量为6%的玻璃纤维、含量为12%的聚酯纤维、含量为12%的菱镁粉、含量为10%的二氧化硅、含量为3%的2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂以及含量为2%的硬脂酸活性润滑剂;
隔音层14的制备方法分为:1)将2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂交联剂、聚酯纤维、菱镁粉、二氧化硅和玻璃纤维混合,得到初步反应物;2)将初步反应物与聚乙烯和硬脂酸活性润滑剂混合得到混合物;3)将上述得到的混合物在温度为210℃、压力为48MPa下进行干燥处理,经过机械铺装成型、热压、冷压、裁切处理后得隔音层4。
聚丙烯玻纤增强层12由聚丙烯片与玻纤布叠放按照1:2的比例压制而成。
热塑性胶膜13为克重为60、熔融指数为80的PVB膜。
位于最外层的热塑性胶膜13表面还设置有背布层15。
一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)在复合机的设备传送带上自下而上依次放卷、平铺、叠放有背布层15、热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13、聚丙烯玻纤增强层12;
2)将聚丙烯蜂窝芯11放置在聚丙烯玻纤增强层12上;
3)在聚丙烯蜂窝芯11上方自下而上依次放卷、平铺叠放有聚丙烯玻纤增强层12、热塑性胶膜13、隔音层14、热塑性胶膜13;
4)最后在205℃、0.8MPa下进行热压复合,再经过冷压、裁切后可得轻量化、低吸适、低气味、低VOC、高冲击强度、耐高温的复合板1。
本实施例2的复合板主要指标检测结果如下:弯曲强度为613Mpa,承压强度为2521kg/m2,抗拉强度为176Mpa,弯曲模量为30.5Mpa,阻燃等级为V2,耐冲击强度为149KJ/m2。性能检测结果显示,本实施例二产品也具有良好的机械性能和低吸湿性能。
实施例三:
产品低VOC特性性能对比测试:
参考长安有机物释放量测试-环境试验袋法,首先采用TDS-GS/MS测试纸蜂窝芯复合板和实施例一、实施例二得到的复合板的苯、乙苯、二甲苯含量进行检测,检测结果如下:

然后采用HPLC测试纸蜂窝芯复合板和聚丙烯蜂窝芯复合板的甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛的含量,检测结果如下:

通过上述两个检测结果,明显看出实施例一复合板以及实施例二复合板的低VOC特性比纸蜂窝芯复合板更优,可见本发明的环保蜂窝复合板的低VOC特性更好。
实施例四:
吸湿率测试:
将水分测试仪前端的两个针分别插入纸蜂窝芯复合板、实施例一复合板和实施例二复合板中,水分测试仪显示数据如下表所示:

根据水分测试仪得到数据可得,实施例一复合板以及实施例二复合板的吸湿率远小于纸蜂窝芯复合板,可见本发明的环保蜂窝复合板符合低吸湿的要求。
实施例五:
隔音测试:
采用标准为GB/T19889.3-2005声学隔音测试方法对纸蜂窝芯复合板和实施例一、实施例二得到的复合板进行测量,分别使用声音频率为125Hz、200Hz的声音进行测试,得到的隔音量测试数据如下表所示:

根据隔音测试方法得到的数据可得,实施例一复合板和实施例二复合板的隔音量明显高于纸蜂窝芯复合板的隔音量,可见本发明的环保蜂窝复合板隔音效果更好。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,包括以聚丙烯蜂窝芯(11)为芯层的复合板(1),其特征在于,所述复合板(1)自下而上由热塑性胶膜(13)、隔音层(14)、热塑性胶膜(13)、聚丙烯玻纤增强层(12)、聚丙烯蜂窝芯(11)、聚丙烯玻纤增强层(12)、热塑性胶膜(13)、隔音层(14)、热塑性胶膜(13)复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述隔音层(14)按质量百分比计,包括含量为20%~50%的聚乙烯、含量为6%~8%的玻璃纤维、含量为10%~15%的聚酯纤维、含量为10%~15%的菱镁粉、含量为5%~15%的二氧化硅、含量为2%~5%的2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂以及含量为1%~4%的硬脂酸活性润滑剂;
所述隔音层(14)的制备方法分为:1)将所述2-乙基-4甲基咪唑交联剂交联剂、聚酯纤维、菱镁粉、二氧化硅和玻璃纤维混合,得到初步反应物;2)将初步反应物与所述聚乙烯和硬脂酸活性润滑剂混合得到混合物;3)将上述得到的混合物在温度为190~210℃、压力为45~48MPa下进行干燥处理,经过机械铺装成型、热压、冷压、裁切处理后得隔音层(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯玻纤增强层(12)由聚丙烯片与玻纤布叠放按照1:1~1:2的比例压制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述热塑性胶膜(13)为克重为55~60、熔融指数为60~80的PVB膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,位于最外层的所述热塑性胶膜(13)表面还设置有背布层(15)。
6.一种用于汽车内饰的低吸湿环保蜂窝复合板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在复合机的设备传送带上自下而上依次放卷、平铺、叠放有背布层(15)、热塑性胶膜(13)、隔音层(14)、热塑性胶膜(13)、聚丙烯玻纤增强层(12);
2)将聚丙烯蜂窝芯(11)放置在聚丙烯玻纤增强层(12)上;
3)在聚丙烯蜂窝芯(11)上方自下而上依次放卷、平铺叠放有聚丙烯玻纤增强层(12)、热塑性胶膜(13)、隔音层(14)、热塑性胶膜(13);
4)最后在200~205℃、0.6~0.8MPa下进行热压复合,再经过冷压、裁切后可得轻量化、低吸适、低气味、低VOC、高冲击强度、耐高温的复合板(1)。
