本发明公开了一种桑菊菌制品,所述桑菊菌制品包括桑叶提取物、菊苣提取物及蛹虫草提取物。本发明的桑菊菌制品富含DNJ(1‑脱氧野尻霉素)、微生物A、B、C、E,矿物质钾镁锌等,膳食纤维大于15%,总黄酮大于2%,还含有淀粉、虫草素、虫草酸、多糖、SOD、脂肪等多种营养成分,在这些物质的共同作用下,能提高人体免疫,清除自由基、排毒、抗氧化、抗衰老、改善便秘和全身代谢,还能控制血糖、血压、血脂,防治心脑血管疾病、减肥、美容、去炎症,本发明的桑菊菌制品全水溶,具有纳米粒径2~25nm,毫克水平即可吸收利用,吸收率高且无毒副作用。本发明还公开了一种桑菊菌制品的制备方法与应用。

背景技术
桑叶(Mulberry Leaf),学名:Folium Mori,桑树适应环境能力强,广泛种植并分布于我国南北方。在我国历史上,无论是在古代长期的男耕女织的农耕文化中,还是在我国中药领域,桑叶的地位举足轻重。桑叶被《神农本草经》列为中品,被誉为“神仙叶”,为我国传统的药食同源物品之一。作为“植物之王”,因含有生物碱、挥发油、甾类、糖类等多种活性成分,而具有预防动脉硬化、降血压、降血脂、抗炎、抗病毒、抗衰老及减肥等多种疗效,并有“人参热补,桑叶清补”之美誉。近年来,以桑叶为主要原料的食品被国际食品卫生组织列入“人类21世纪十大保健食品之一”。
菊苣(Cichorium intybus L),为菊科菊苣属多年生草本植物,国内外均有分布,是最早有文字记录的植物之一。菊苣起源于欧洲,别名亦称:皱叶苦苣、咖啡萝卜、欧洲菊苣等,早在古罗马时代就已作为药食两用植物广为栽培。20世纪70年代末,我国引种栽培,经20多年不同品种的栽培试验,现菊苣不仅成为一种极受欢迎的优良饲草和高档蔬菜,而且还是健康糖品-菊苣糖的原料。现代研究表明,菊苣中还含有多种有效化学成分,在药物和保健方面也具有广泛的应用前景。
人参、鹿茸、冬虫夏草是人体三大名贵滋补品,其中冬虫夏草资源紧缺、价格居高。蛹虫草,即北虫草、北冬虫夏草,是一种具有显著滋补功能的珍贵药食两用的真菌,其药用价值高,药理作用广泛,对人体安全无毒。在化学成分、药理作用以及临床疗效方面与天然冬虫夏草十分相似,而且某些主要成分如虫草素远高于冬虫夏草。
现有技术中,尚未出现以桑叶、菊苣及蛹虫草的各自提取物为原料进行复配的制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以桑叶提取物、菊苣提取物及蛹虫草提取物为原料的制品,通过对植物原料采用酶水解的工艺,使植物原料所含的有效成分最大程度地溶出,本发明的制品富含多种生物活性物质及各种营养成分,在这些物质的共同作用下,本发明的制品具有良好的调节身体机能,能够改善人体身体机能的功效,用以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的第一方面提供了一种桑菊菌制品,所述桑菊菌制品包括桑叶提取物、菊苣提取物及蛹虫草提取物。
进一步地,按照重量百分含量计,所述桑菊菌制品包括桑叶提取物30~70%、菊苣提取物20~50%及蛹虫草提取物20~30%。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种上述桑菊菌制品的制备方法,所述制备方法为:
称取相应重量百分含量的桑叶提取物、菊苣提取物及蛹虫草提取物,混合并充分搅拌均匀,即制得桑菊菌制品。
进一步地,所述桑叶/菊苣提取物以桑叶/菊苣为底物,通过酶水解、灭酶、提取、分离、浓缩、冻干或喷雾干燥制成。
本发明的桑叶/菊苣提取物采用酶水解提取工艺可以将桑叶/菊苣降解成具有纳米级别的疏散结构,从而使植物原料的有效成分最大限度地溶出,大大提高了桑叶/菊苣中有效成分的提取收率。
进一步地,所述桑叶/菊苣提取物的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)在底物中加入底物重量8~10倍的离子水或蒸馏水,再加入底物重量0.5~3.0%的中性蛋白酶,温度控制在35~65℃,不断搅拌,经8~20h至完全酶解;
2)升温至80~95℃,并持续3~15分钟;
3)对反应料液进行离心分离或压滤,减压浓缩滤液;
4)经冻干或喷雾干燥,制得桑叶/菊苣提取物。
进一步地,所述蛹虫草提取物通过在蛹虫草培养基中接入蛹虫草菌种,进行培植得到蛹虫草,然后以蛹虫草为底物,经酶水解、灭酶、提取、分离、浓缩干燥制成。
进一步地,所述蛹虫草提取物的制作方法包括:
称取选自蚕蛹、鸡蛋、山药中任一种的蛹虫草培养基45~50g,经80~85℃灭菌8小时后,接种液体蛹虫草菌5ml、用pp塑料膜封口送避光室培养7天,长出白色菌丝后移送至见光培育25天采收,75℃以下干燥打粉得蛹虫草粉;将蛹虫草粉转至不锈钢反应釜中,然后加入8~10倍重量份净水、0.5~3%重量份的中性胰蛋白酶,在温度为35~65℃下低速搅拌7~15h;然后温度升至85~90℃进行灭酶处理5~10分钟;提取反应物料液离心分离或压滤去渣,料液在40~50℃下经真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,制得蛹虫草提取物。
本发明的蛹虫草提取工艺采取酶处理,使蛹虫草中的虫草多肽、虫草酸、虫草素有益活性物质被提取出来,而且本发明使用的蛹虫草由天然的蚕蛹、鸡蛋、山药为培养基培养出来,营养丰富,且绿色健康。
本发明的第三方面提供了一种上述桑菊菌制品的应用,所述桑菊菌制品用于制备天然功能食品、保健食品、药品、化妆品中的任一种。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、经检测,本发明的桑菊菌制品富含DNJ(1-脱氧野尻霉素)、微生物A、B、C、E,矿物质钾镁锌等,膳食纤维大于15%,总黄酮大于2%,还含有淀粉、虫草素、虫草酸、多糖、SOD、脂肪等多种营养成分,在这些物质的共同作用下,本发明制品能提高人体免疫,清除自由基、排毒、抗氧化、抗衰老、改善便秘和全身代谢,还能控制血糖、血压、血脂,防治心脑血管疾病、减肥、美容、去炎症。
2、本发明的桑菊菌制品全水溶,具有纳米粒径2~25nm,毫克水平即可吸收利用,吸收率高且无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种桑菊菌制品,按重量份数计,称取桑叶提取物50份、菊苣提取物20份及蛹虫草提取物30份,混合并充分搅拌均匀,即制得桑菊菌制品。
桑叶/菊苣提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)在底物中加入底物重量8~10倍的离子水或蒸馏水,再加入底物重量0.5~3.0%的中性蛋白酶,温度控制在35~65℃,不断搅拌,经8~20h至完全酶解;
2)升温至80~95℃,并持续3~15分钟;
3)对反应料液进行离心分离或压滤,减压浓缩滤液;
4)经冻干或喷雾干燥,制得桑叶/菊苣提取物。
蛹虫草提取物的制备方法为:

1.一种桑菊菌制品,其特征在于,所述桑菊菌制品包括桑叶提取物、菊苣提取物及蛹虫草提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桑菊菌制品,其特征在于,按照重量百分含量计,所述桑菊菌制品包括桑叶提取物30~70%、菊苣提取物20~50%及蛹虫草提取物20~30%。
3.一种权利要求2所述的桑菊菌制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:
称取相应重量百分含量的桑叶提取物、菊苣提取物及蛹虫草提取物,混合并充分搅拌均匀,即制得桑菊菌制品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的桑菊菌制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述桑叶/菊苣提取物以桑叶/菊苣为底物,通过酶水解、灭酶、提取、分离、浓缩、冻干或喷雾干燥制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的桑菊菌制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述桑叶/菊苣提取物的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)在底物中加入底物重量8~10倍的离子水或蒸馏水,再加入底物重量0.5~3.0%的中性蛋白酶,温度控制在35~65℃,不断搅拌,经8~20h至完全酶解;
2)升温至80~95℃,并持续3~15分钟;
3)对反应料液进行离心分离或压滤,减压浓缩滤液;

6.根据权利要求3所述的桑菊菌制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蛹虫草提取物通过在蛹虫草培养基中接入蛹虫草菌种,进行培植得到蛹虫草,然后以蛹虫草为底物,经酶水解、灭酶、提取、分离、浓缩干燥制成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的桑菊菌制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蛹虫草提取物的制作方法包括:
