The invention relates to a waste thin miscellaneous electric wire disassembling device of Chinese patent ZL201610273554.8, which is used for carrying out full-automatic mechanical cutting and disassembling on disordered waste thin miscellaneous electric wires and provides an automatic and effective waste cable disassembling device.A disordered waste electric wire is automatically straightened, radially cut off and straightened into multi-broken electric wires in a uniform direction through a wire straightening mechanism arranged in a disassembling machine before the waste electric wires enter a cutter mechanism for cutting and separating, the electric wires are sent to the cutter mechanism through a wire feeding mechanism, and then the straightened waste electric wires are axially cut to separate wire skins and wire cores of the electric wires; according to the technical scheme, the automation degree of equipment is increased, the working efficiency is improved, the working environment is improved, the labor cost is saved, and the environment-friendly and energy-saving effects are achieved.

Disclosure of Invention

The mechanical working principle of the technical scheme is as follows:

Along with the ceaseless rotation of the wire arranging roller, the waste electric wires can be ceaselessly hooked by the hook blade of the wire arranging hook, and the waste electric wires hooked by the wire arranging hook are straightened and cut off, and are circularly reciprocated in cycles, and the waste electric wires which are mixed with grains are arranged into straightened section wires.
The wire arranging mechanism of the embodiment is provided with a left wire arranging roller and a right wire arranging roller in parallel, and the working principle is as follows: the left wire arranging roller and the right wire arranging roller are driven to rotate in opposite directions through the speed regulating motor, and the opposite rotation of the left wire arranging roller and the right wire arranging roller drives the wire arranging hooks on the wire arranging rollers to hook the waste wires and pull the waste wires backwards, so that opposite acting forces are generated; when the opposite tension reaches a certain degree, the hook blade of the wire arranging hook can automatically cut off the straightened wire; with the continuous rotation of the left and right wire arranging hooks, the hook blades of the wire arranging hooks ceaselessly hook waste electric wires which are mixed with grains, the waste electric wires hooked by the wire arranging hooks are straightened and cut off, the wire arranging rollers 6 work in a reciprocating mode, and the waste electric wires are quickly arranged into straightened section wires.
Secondly, core pulling: under the action of the rotating force of the wire arranging roller, the wire arranging hook hooks the waste wire or the section wire after the wire arranging is pulled backwards, the wire arranging hook is provided with a beak-shaped skin cutting groove, and because the width of a gap between blades of the skin cutting groove is less than or equal to the diameter of a wire metal core, a wire skin on the radial circumference of the hook cutter part is cut by a hook blade of the wire arranging hook and a groove blade of the skin cutting groove, at the moment, the hooking part of the wire arranging hook is the wire metal core; if the wire arranging hook hooks the waste electric wires and pulls the waste electric wires backwards to reach a certain length, the wire pressing groove arranged on the wire blocking device presses the electric wires downwards, and the waste electric wires are pressed into the wire pulling ring of the core pulling mechanism; meanwhile, a wire breaking cutter on the wire blocking device cuts off the rear electric wire positioned on the wire blocking device; the wire-arranging hook continues to pull the wire to rotate forwards,
the core-pulling wheel drives the core-pulling coil and the wire arranging roller to rotate in the same direction; the protrusions of the core pulling wheels are mutually attached to the shape grooves of the core pulling coils, and gaps for the wire arranging hooks to hook the wires to pass through are formed among the core pulling wheels; when the wire drawing hook hooks the wire to pass through a gap between the core drawing wheels, the wire on two sides hooked by the wire arranging hook can be naturally wound between the wire drawing coil and the core drawing wheels when the wire drawing coil and the wire arranging roller rotate in the same direction;
the wire drawing ring is movably sleeved on the outer circumferences of the wire arranging rollers at the left side and the right side of the wire arranging hook, and the rotating speed of the wire drawing ring is slower than that of the wire arranging rollers; therefore, the wire which is pressed by the core pulling wheel to rotate slowly in the core pulling coil and the wire core on the wire arranging hook which rotates quickly generate opposite pulling force, and when the pulling force reaches a certain degree, the wire core can be pulled out from the wire sheath.
If the waste electric wires are hooked by the wire arranging hook and pulled backwards without reaching a certain length, the waste electric wires cannot be pulled out together due to winding of the waste electric wire coil, at the moment, the waste electric wires are hooked by the wire arranging hook and pulled backwards, the wound waste electric wire coil is blocked at the feeding position by the wire blocking device, so that opposite acting force is generated, and when the opposite acting force is increased to reach a certain pulling force, the waste electric wires are hooked by the wire arranging hook and still cannot be pulled out, the electric wires on the hook blades of the wire arranging hook can be cut off when reaching a certain limit; the wire arranging roller drives the wire arranging hook to rotate ceaselessly, the wound waste electric wires are straightened and cut in cycles, and the wound waste electric wire coils can be straightened into sections of wires.
The section wire is hooked by the wire arranging hook and then pulled, the wire pressing groove presses the wire into the semicircular groove of the drawing coil, the wire arranging hook continuously pulls the wire to rotate forwards, and the axial direction of the drawing core wheel is convex and matched with the groove of the drawing coil; therefore, the core pulling roller enables the core pulling wheel to be attached to the core pulling ring through elastic pressure, the rotation speed of the core pulling ring is different from that of the wire arranging roller, so that opposite pulling force is generated between the wire pressed in the core pulling ring at a low speed and the wire metal core on the wire arranging hook rotating at a high speed, and when the pulling force continues to increase to a certain degree, the wire core can be pulled out of the wire sheath. After the electric wire core is pulled out from the electric wire sheath, the core pulling roller and the core pulling coil continue to rotate at a low speed.
Before the core pulling process, the electric wire can be heated, so that the core pulling effect is better; therefore, the wire arranging roller preferably uses an electric heating roller or an electric heating coil drawing coil.
In the core pulling process, a thread breaking blade is arranged at the bottom of the drawing coil; if the electric wire on the drawing coil slides, the electric wire skin is split at the bottom by the wire breaking blade, so that the frictional resistance between the electric wire core and the electric wire skin in the core pulling process is reduced, and the core pulling separation of the electric wire is facilitated.
Thirdly, automatically separating the skin from the core: after the core pulling process is completed, the metal wire core is embedded on the wire arranging hook and continuously rotates along with the wire arranging roller, when the wire arranging hook rotates to the wire arranging groove, the metal wire core is cut off by matching the hook blade of the wire arranging hook with the tooth groove with the blade of the wire arranging groove, and the cut metal wire core falls into the metal core bearing box of the sheath-core separation bearing box through the feed inlet; and the wire sheath after the core pulling falls down to enter a discharge port and falls into the wire sheath receiving box of the sheath-core separation receiving box along with the continuous rotation of the core pulling roller and the core pulling coil.
According to the integral equipment, the invention is a core pulling device of the electric wire recycling and disassembling equipment, which plays a key role in core pulling and disassembling the metal core of the electric wire in the automatic disassembling process of the waste electric wire, realizes the automatic separation of the electric wire sheath and the metal core, solves the technical problem that the waste electric wire needs to be fed into a cutter mechanism by a wire feeding mechanism for sectioning and disassembling during automatic work, avoids the manual work for assisting the separation of the electric wire sheath and the metal core, and achieves the aim of really fully automatically disassembling the waste electric wire.

Before the core pulling process, the electric wire can be heated, so that the core pulling effect is better; therefore, the wire arranging roller preferably uses an electric heating roller or an electric heating coil drawing coil.
