Background
With the popularization of electronic and electric products, a large amount of waste electric wires are produced, and because a large amount of noble metals and plastics exist in the waste electric wires, the waste electric wires become high value-added products in urban mineral products, and how to recycle the waste electric wires is a major topic of the modern society.
At present, the waste fine and miscellaneous electric wires are disassembled by manual disassembly without the following steps 1, the production efficiency is low, the labor cost is high, and the working environment of workers is poor; 2. incineration, which destroys the environment and has been banned from use; 3. chemical methods, chemical solvents are very damaging to the environment; 4, the cost is very high, and the method is not suitable for industrial production, 5, a mechanical method, and two mechanical methods are adopted for disassembly, wherein one method is a peeling method, only is suitable for thick cables, the waste cables must be straightened and manually sent to a handheld waste cable to be disassembled on a disassembling machine, the method belongs to semi-mechanical semi-manual mechanical peeling and disassembling, and the waste fine and miscellaneous wires are straightened and manually disassembled on the disassembling machine, so a large amount of labor cost is required, and the method is not suitable for disassembling the waste fine and miscellaneous wires; the second is a crushing method, which is to crush the waste fine wires thoroughly, the metal becomes copper rice shape, the plastic skin becomes dust shape, the defects of the separation method are that firstly, the dust pollution is caused, secondly, the energy consumption is large, thirdly, the equipment cost is high, and the separation method can not be borne by general small-scale enterprises. The invention relates to a waste thin miscellaneous electric wire disassembling device of Chinese patent ZL201610273554.8, which is used for carrying out full-automatic mechanical cutting and disassembling on disordered waste thin miscellaneous electric wires and provides an automatic and effective waste cable disassembling device.A disordered waste electric wire is automatically straightened, radially cut off and straightened into multi-broken electric wires in a uniform direction through a wire straightening mechanism arranged in a disassembling machine before the waste electric wires enter a cutter mechanism for cutting and separating, the electric wires are sent to the cutter mechanism through a wire feeding mechanism, and then the straightened waste electric wires are axially cut to separate wire skins and wire cores of the electric wires; according to the technical scheme, the automation degree of equipment is increased, the working efficiency is improved, the working environment is improved, the labor cost is saved, and the environment-friendly and energy-saving effects are achieved.
This old and useless electric wire detaching device through reason line mechanism, has realized the mixed and disorderly old and useless electric wire effect of automatic arrangement, has realized high efficiency, environmental protection, clear up old and useless electric wire fast. However, the waste fine wire and miscellaneous electric wire dismantling device disclosed in patent ZL201610273554.8 of the invention needs a wire feeding mechanism to feed waste electric wires into a cutter mechanism for sectioning and dismantling during automatic operation, and the automatic separation technology of the sheath and the core of the waste electric wires after sectioning is not perfect and needs manual assistance, so the above technical scheme needs to be further corrected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses automatic waste electric wire core-pulling disassembling equipment which comprises a machine body and an electric wire sheath-core separation receiving box; the machine body is of a box-type structure; the machine body is provided with a speed regulating motor, a feeding hole, a discharging hole and at least one wire arranging mechanism; the wire arranging mechanism comprises a wire arranging roller, and at least one wire arranging hook is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the wire arranging roller; a hook blade is arranged on the wire arranging hook; the wire arranging roller is connected with a speed regulating motor; the wire clamping and core pulling device comprises at least one group of wire clamping and core pulling devices; the wire arrangement mechanism further comprises a wire blocking device, and a wire arrangement groove and a wire breaking cutter are arranged on the wire blocking device; the wire clamping and core pulling device is positioned at the rear part of the wire blocking device; the wire clamping and core pulling device comprises a wire clamping pad, a wire clamping claw and a control arm; the wire clamping pad and the wire clamping claw are positioned at two sides of the wire arranging groove. The control arm is connected with the wire clamping claw or/and the wire clamping pad and controls the opening and closing of the wire clamping claw and the wire clamping pad. The technical scheme of the automatic waste wire core-pulling disassembling equipment is never available in the field, so the invention creates a pioneer in the technical field of the disassembly of the recovered wires; the unexpected technical effect is realized.
The mechanical working principle of the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
firstly, wire arrangement: the waste electric wires which are disorderly and unsmooth are placed into the feeding hole, the waste electric wires in the machine body are dragged and turned through rotation of the wire arranging roller, the wire arranging hook on the wire arranging roller is driven by the rotation of the wire arranging roller to hook the waste electric wires to rotate backwards, the wire blocking device blocks redundant electric wires which are disorderly and uniformly wound into a knot when the wire arranging hook hooks the waste electric wires to pull backwards, acting force opposite to the wire arranging hook is generated, and when the electric wires reach a certain degree between the wire arranging hook and the wire blocking device due to the opposite acting force, the straight electric wires can be automatically cut off by the hook edge of the wire arranging hook. Along with the ceaseless rotation of the wire arranging roller, the waste electric wires can be ceaselessly hooked by the hook blade of the wire arranging hook, and the waste electric wires hooked by the wire arranging hook are straightened and cut off, and are circularly reciprocated in cycles, and the waste electric wires which are mixed with grains are arranged into straightened section wires.
The wire arranging mechanism of the embodiment is provided with a left wire arranging roller and a right wire arranging roller in parallel, and the working principle is as follows: the left wire arranging roller and the right wire arranging roller are driven to rotate in opposite directions through the speed regulating motor, and the opposite rotation of the left wire arranging roller and the right wire arranging roller drives wire arranging hooks on the wire arranging rollers to hook waste wires to pull backwards in all directions, so that opposite acting forces are generated; if the waste electric wires are hooked by the wire arranging hook and pulled backwards, the electric wires hooked by the left and right wire arranging hooks are wound into a wire knot due to the fact that the electric wires are disorderly and uniformly wound, opposite pulling force is generated, and when the pulling force reaches a certain degree, the straight electric wires can be automatically cut off by the hook blades of the wire arranging hooks; and along with the continuous reverse rotation of the left and right wire arranging hooks, the hook blades of the wire arranging hooks ceaselessly hook the waste electric wires which are mixed in a mess, the waste electric wires hooked by the wire arranging hooks are straightened and cut off, and the wire arranging rollers work in a reciprocating mode, so that the waste electric wires are quickly arranged into straightened section wires.
Secondly, core pulling: under the line roller action of turning force, the line arrangement hook hooks the waste electric wire or the section line after the line arrangement is pulled backwards, the line arrangement hook is provided with a beak-shaped skin cutting groove, and the line arrangement hook is of an L-shaped structure, so that the hook edge of the line arrangement hook and the groove edge of the skin cutting groove can cut the electric wire skin on the radial circumference of the hook cutter part, and the line arrangement hook hooking part is an electric wire metal core.
When the wire arranging hook hooks the waste electric wires and pulls the waste electric wires backwards to reach a certain length, the wire arranging roller rotates, so that the waste electric wires are pulled into a gap between a wire clamping pad of the wire clamping loose core and the wire clamping claw under the action of the rotating pulling force of the wire arranging roller; meanwhile, a wire breaking cutter on the wire blocking device cuts off the rear electric wire positioned on the wire blocking device; the wire arranging hook continues to pull the wire to rotate forwards due to the following technical characteristics: the wire blocking device is provided with a wire arranging groove and a wire breaking cutter which enable a wire arranging hook to hook an electric wire to pass through the wire blocking device, and the wire clamping and core pulling device comprises a wire clamping pad, a wire clamping claw and a control arm; the wire clamping pad and the wire clamping claw are positioned at two sides of the wire arranging groove, the control arm is connected with the wire clamping claw or/and the wire clamping pad to control the opening and closing of the wire clamping claw and the wire clamping pad, the wire breaking cutter rotates to the front of the wire hook close to the wire hooking groove, the movable cutter reciprocates to break the wire once, and the control arm enables the wire clamping claw to open and close the wire clamping pad and loose the core once.
If the waste electric wires are hooked by the wire arranging hook and pulled backwards and do not reach a certain length, the waste electric wires cannot be pulled out together due to winding of the waste electric wire coil, the wire arranging hook pulled backwards is hooked at the moment, an opposite acting force is generated with the wire blocking device for blocking the wound waste electric wire coil at the feeding position, and the electric wires on the hook edge of the wire arranging hook reach a certain limit and can be cut off along with the increase of the opposite acting force to reach a certain pulling force; the wire arranging roller drives the wire arranging hook to rotate ceaselessly, the wound waste electric wires are straightened and cut in cycles, and the wound waste electric wire coils can be straightened into sections of wires.
The section wire is hooked by the wire arranging hook and then pulled, and the wire arranging roller rotates, so that the waste electric wire is pulled into a gap between a wire clamping pad of the wire clamping core pulling device and the wire clamping claw under the action of the rotating pulling force of the wire arranging roller; meanwhile, the wire breaking cutter cuts off the rear electric wire positioned on the wire blocking device, the control arm controls the wire clamping claw to close to press the wire clamping pad, and the waste electric wire positioned behind the wire arranging hook is pressed, so that opposite pulling force is generated between the electric wire sheath clamped by the wire clamping claw and the wire clamping pad and the electric wire metal core on the wire arranging hook rotating forwards, and when the pulling force reaches a certain degree, the electric wire core can be pulled out of the electric wire sheath.
Before the core pulling process, the electric wire can be heated, so that the core pulling effect is better; therefore, the wire clamping pad is an electric heating gold stamping metal roller, and the loose core binding surface of the wire clamping claw is a rubber layer.
Thirdly, automatically separating the skin from the core: after the core pulling process is completed, the metal wire core is embedded on the wire arranging hook and continuously rotates along with the wire arranging roller, when the wire arranging hook rotates to the wire arranging groove, the metal wire core is cut off by matching the hook blade of the wire arranging hook with the tooth groove with the blade of the wire arranging groove, and the cut metal wire core falls into the metal core bearing box of the sheath-core separation bearing box through the feed inlet; and the wire sheath after the core pulling falls down into the wire sheath receiving box of the sheath-core separation receiving box through the rotation drive of the wire arranging roller along with the separation of the core pulling claw and the wire clamping pad.
According to the technical scheme, the automation degree of the equipment is increased, the working procedure is simplified, particularly the wire feeding setting and the cutting setting in the prior technical scheme are omitted, the structure of the equipment is simplified accurately, and the performance is more stable; the device for disassembling the waste electric wires and cables realizes the automatic separation of the disassembled electric wire skin and the electric wire metal core with high efficiency, automatically enters the corresponding container, thoroughly solves the technical problem that the final link in the electric wire disassembling production needs manual assistance for separation, really realizes the integrated automation of all processes of the waste electric wire disassembling production, improves the working efficiency, saves the labor cost, is environment-friendly and energy-saving, has simple structure, is easy to manufacture, has stable performance, and can efficiently and quickly clean the waste electric wires and cables.

As shown in the figure, the automatic waste wire core pulling and disassembling equipment comprises a machine body 1 and a wire sheath-core separation receiving box 2; the machine body 1 is of a box-type structure; the machine body 1 is provided with a speed regulating motor 3, a feed inlet 4, a discharge outlet 5 and at least one wire arranging mechanism; the wire arranging mechanism comprises a wire arranging roller 6, and at least one wire arranging hook 7 is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the wire arranging roller 6; the wire-arranging hook 7 is provided with a hook edge; the wire arranging roller 6 is connected with the speed regulating motor 3; the wire clamping and core pulling device comprises at least one group of wire clamping and core pulling devices; the wire arranging mechanism further comprises a wire blocking device, and a wire arranging groove 101 and a wire breaking cutter 102 are arranged on the wire blocking device; the wire clamping and core pulling device is positioned at the rear part of the wire blocking device; the wire clamping and core pulling device comprises a wire clamping pad 8, a wire clamping claw 9 and a control arm 92; the wire clamping pad 8 and the wire clamping claw 9 are positioned at two sides of the wire arranging groove 101. For further correction, the wire clamping pad 8 is an electrothermal gold stamping metal roller, and the loose core binding surface of the wire clamping claw 9 is a rubber layer.
The mechanical working principle of the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

With the continuous rotation of the wire arranging roller 6, the waste electric wires are continuously hooked by the hook blades of the wire arranging hooks 7, the waste electric wires hooked by the wire arranging hooks 7 are straightened and cut, the circulation is repeated in cycles, and the waste electric wires which are mixed with grains are arranged into straightened sections.
The wire arranging mechanism of the above embodiment is provided with the working principle that the left wire arranging roller 6 and the right wire arranging roller 6 are arranged in parallel: the left wire arranging roller 6 and the right wire arranging roller 6 are driven to rotate in opposite directions through a speed regulating motor, and the opposite rotation of the left wire arranging roller and the right wire arranging roller drives wire arranging hooks 7 on the wire arranging rollers 6 to hook waste wires to pull backwards in all directions, so that opposite acting forces are generated; if the waste electric wires are hooked by the wire arranging hook 7 and pulled backwards, the waste electric wires are wound into a wire knot due to the fact that the waste electric wires hooked by the left wire arranging hook and the right wire arranging hook are tangled together, opposite pulling force is generated and reaches a certain degree, the straight electric wires can be automatically cut off by the hook blades of the wire arranging hook 7; with the continuous reverse rotation of the left and right wire arranging hooks 7, the hook blades of the wire arranging hooks 7 ceaselessly hook waste electric wires which are mixed with grains, the waste electric wires hooked by the wire arranging hooks 7 are straightened and cut off, and the wire arranging rollers 6 work in a reciprocating mode to enable the waste electric wires to be quickly arranged into straightened sections.
Secondly, core pulling: under the action of the rotating force of the wire arranging roller, the wire arranging hook 7 hooks the waste electric wire or the section wire after wire arrangement is pulled backwards, the wire arranging hook 7 is provided with a beak-shaped sheath cutting groove 71, and the sheath cutting groove 71 is of an L-shaped structure, so that the hook edge of the wire arranging hook 7 and the groove edge of the sheath cutting groove 71 can cut the electric wire sheath on the radial circumference of the hook cutter part, and the hooking part of the wire arranging hook 7 is an electric wire metal core.
When the wire arranging hook 7 hooks the waste electric wires and pulls the waste electric wires backwards to reach a certain length, the wire arranging roller rotates, so that the waste electric wires are pulled into a gap between a wire clamping pad 8 and a wire clamping claw 9 of the wire clamping core pulling device under the action of the rotating pulling force of the wire arranging roller; meanwhile, a wire breaking cutter 102 on the wire blocking device cuts off the rear electric wire positioned on the wire blocking device; the wire arranging hook 7 continues to pull the wire to rotate forwards due to the following technical characteristics: the wire blocking device is provided with a wire arranging groove 101 and a wire breaking cutter 102 which enable a wire arranging hook 7 to hook a wire to pass through the wire blocking device, and the wire clamping and core pulling device comprises a wire clamping pad 8, a wire clamping claw 9 and a control arm; the utility model discloses a wire arrangement structure, including wire clamping pad 7, control arm, line breaking cutter 102, control arm, line clamping pad 8 and wire clamping pad 9, wire clamping pad 101 two sides "control arm connect line clamping pad 9 or/and line clamping pad 8, control opening and shutting of line clamping pad 9 and line clamping pad 8", "line breaking cutter 102 before line clamping hook 7 rotates to being close hook sword groove 13, move sword 103 reciprocating motion broken string once, control arm makes line clamping pad 8 open, close the core of loosing core once with line clamping pad 9 simultaneously, above-mentioned technical characteristics can make control arm 92 control line clamping pad 9 closed and push down line clamping pad 8, press the old and useless electric wire that lies in behind line clamping hook 7, thereby make the electric wire skin that is cliied by line clamping pad 9 and line clamping pad 8 and produce opposite pulling force between the electric wire metal core on the line clamping hook 7 that is rotating forward, when the pulling force reaches certain degree, the electric wire core will be pulled out from the electric wire skin.
