Abstract

本发明属于高温气冷堆核燃料元件生产线技术领域,具体涉及一种烧结炉自动上下料装置。包括辊道运输系统、感应器系统、机器人抓取系统,通过安装输送线和机器人实现烧结炉的自动上下料,输送线能够自动将料舟从炉尾输送至炉头进口处,机器人能够完成烧结后物料的收集和将布料完成的料舟重新放回料舟输送辊道上。本发明提供的烧结炉上下料装置,结构简单、操作方便、运行稳定,可以满足连续生产的要求,可有效减轻操作人员的劳动量和辐照伤害。

Description

一种烧结炉自动上下料装置
技术领域
本发明属于高温气冷堆核燃料元件生产线技术领域,具体涉及一种烧结炉自动上下料装置。
背景技术
高温气冷堆核燃料元件生产线,是以清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院的10MW高温气冷实验堆的球形燃料元件制造技术作为技术依托,进行适当的工程放大,建设一套从化工转化开始到核芯制备、包覆颗粒制备、球形燃料元件制备、基体石墨粉制备以及废物回收的完整生产线。烧结炉用在高温气冷堆核燃料元件生产线UO2烧结工艺,用于高温气冷堆示范工程燃料元件生产线的UO2的烧结。
在实验室规模一般采用立式底装烧结炉,为批次炉;工业化规模生产时采用的是推舟式烧结炉,为连续炉,炉尾每出一舟后,炉头进一舟。因此,亟需研制一种烧结炉自动上下料装置,通过安装输送线和机器人实现烧结炉的自动上下料,输送线能够自动将料舟从炉尾输送至炉头进口处,机器人能够完成烧结后物料的收集和将布料完成的料舟重新放回料舟输送辊道上。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种烧结炉自动上下料装置。
为了实现这一目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种烧结炉自动上下料装置,包括辊道运输系统、感应器系统、机器人抓取系统;
辊道运输系统包括依次顺序连接的六段,第一段是与烧结炉炉尾连接的炉尾辊道,初始状态下炉尾辊道上设置两个载舟炉砖,定义靠近烧结炉炉尾的为炉尾载舟炉砖一,远离烧结炉炉尾的为炉尾载舟炉砖二,炉尾载舟炉砖一和炉尾载舟炉砖二上各自设置一个料舟;第二段是圆弧形的自动传输辊道一;第三段到第五段分别是直线型的自动传输辊道二、直线型的自动传输辊道三、直线型的自动传输辊道四;第六段是与烧结炉炉头连接的炉头辊道,初始状态下炉头辊道上设置两个载舟炉砖,定义靠近炉头的为炉头载舟炉砖二,远离炉头的为炉头载舟炉砖一,炉头载舟炉砖一和炉头载舟炉砖二上各自设置一个料舟;辊道运输系统与烧结炉构成封闭的循环回路完成料舟的输送;
感应器系统包括设置在烧结炉炉尾位置的炉尾辊道传感器(1);设置在炉尾辊道和自动传输辊道一交接处的开关传感器一;设置在自动传输辊道一和自动传输辊道二交接处的开关感应器二;设置在自动传输辊道二和自动传输辊道三交接处的开关感应器三;设置在自动传输辊道三和自动传输辊道四交接处的限位传感器一、限位传感器二和开关传感器四;设置在自动传输辊道四和炉头辊道交接处的开关感应器五;设置在烧结炉炉炉头位置的炉头辊道传感器;
机器人抓取系统包括机器人、物料收集装置、布料器;机器人抓取系统完成料舟在辊道与布料器间的转运。
进一步的,如上所述的一种烧结炉自动上下料装置,所述的烧结炉推杆将载舟炉砖和料舟一起推至烧结炉内部的链条上,在链条带动下载舟炉砖和料舟从炉尾出来,启动炉尾辊道,当从炉尾出来的载舟炉砖运动到炉尾载舟炉砖一初始位置时,触发炉尾辊道传感器,停止炉尾辊道;
此时,炉尾载舟炉砖一从初始状态运动至炉尾载舟炉砖二初始位置,炉尾载舟炉砖二触发开关感应器一,启动自动传输辊道一;
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至开关传感器二时,自动传输辊道一停止运输,启动自动传输辊道二;
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至开关传感器三时,自动传输辊道二停止运输,启动自动传输辊道三;
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至限位传感器一时触发限位传感器一,自动传输辊道三停止传输,机器人开始启动;
机器人将炉尾载舟炉砖二上的料舟抓起,炉尾载舟炉砖二向前传输至限位传感器二停止运动,机器人将料舟移至物料收集装置上方,翻转料舟,将物料倒入料桶中,再将料舟放入布料器下方;
布料器重新将物料均匀布到料舟内,机器人将料舟抓起,放回到炉尾载舟炉砖二;
机器人将料舟放回到炉尾载舟炉砖二之后,触发炉尾载舟炉砖二水平面上方的开关传感器四,再次启动自动传输辊道三;
当炉尾载舟炉砖二进入炉头辊道后触发开关感应器五,自动传输辊道三停止传输,启动炉头辊道;
炉当炉尾载舟炉砖二运动到炉头载舟炉砖一的初始位置,炉头载舟炉砖二运动至烧结炉内时,炉头载舟炉砖二触发炉头辊道传感器,炉头辊道停止。
本发明技术方案的有益效果在于:本发明提供的烧结炉上下料装置,结构简单、操作方便、运行稳定,可以满足连续生产的要求,可有效减轻操作人员的劳动量和辐照伤害。

如图1所示,本发明一种烧结炉自动上下料装置,包括辊道运输系统、感应器系统、机器人抓取系统;

烧结炉推杆将载舟炉砖和料舟一起推至烧结炉内部的链条上,在链条带动下载舟炉砖和料舟从炉尾出来,启动炉尾辊道2,当从炉尾出来的载舟炉砖运动到炉尾载舟炉砖一初始位置时,触发炉尾辊道传感器1,停止炉尾辊道2;
此时,炉尾载舟炉砖一从初始状态运动至炉尾载舟炉砖二初始位置,炉尾载舟炉砖二触发开关感应器一3,启动自动传输辊道一4;
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至开关传感器二5时,自动传输辊道一4停止运输,启动自动传输辊道二6;
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至开关传感器三7时,自动传输辊道二6停止运输,启动自动传输辊道三8;
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至限位传感器一9时触发限位传感器一9,自动传输辊道三8停止传输,机器人10开始启动;
机器人10将炉尾载舟炉砖二上的料舟抓起,炉尾载舟炉砖二向前传输至限位传感器二11停止运动,机器人10将料舟移至物料收集装置12上方,翻转料舟,将物料倒入料桶中,再将料舟放入布料器13下方;
布料器13重新将物料均匀布到料舟内,机器人10将料舟抓起,放回到炉尾载舟炉砖二;
机器人10将料舟放回到炉尾载舟炉砖二之后,触发炉尾载舟炉砖二水平面上方的开关传感器四18,再次启动自动传输辊道三8;
当炉尾载舟炉砖二进入炉头辊道17后触发开关感应器五15,自动传输辊道三8停止传输,启动炉头辊道17;
炉当炉尾载舟炉砖二运动到炉头载舟炉砖一的初始位置,炉头载舟炉砖二运动至烧结炉内时,炉头载舟炉砖二触发炉头辊道传感器16,炉头辊道17停止。

1.一种烧结炉自动上下料装置,其特征在于:
包括辊道运输系统、感应器系统、机器人抓取系统;
辊道运输系统包括依次顺序连接的六段,第一段是与烧结炉炉尾连接的炉尾辊道(2),初始状态下炉尾辊道(2)上设置两个载舟炉砖,定义靠近烧结炉炉尾的为炉尾载舟炉砖一,远离烧结炉炉尾的为炉尾载舟炉砖二,炉尾载舟炉砖一和炉尾载舟炉砖二上各自设置一个料舟;第二段是圆弧形的自动传输辊道一(4);第三段到第五段分别是直线型的自动传输辊道二(6)、直线型的自动传输辊道三(8)、直线型的自动传输辊道四(14);第六段是与烧结炉炉头连接的炉头辊道(17),初始状态下炉头辊道(17)上设置两个载舟炉砖,定义靠近炉头的为炉头载舟炉砖二,远离炉头的为炉头载舟炉砖一,炉头载舟炉砖一和炉头载舟炉砖二上各自设置一个料舟;辊道运输系统与烧结炉构成封闭的循环回路完成料舟的输送;

机器人抓取系统包括机器人(10)、物料收集装置(12)、布料器(13);机器人抓取系统完成料舟在辊道与布料器间的转运。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种烧结炉自动上下料装置,其特征在于:所述的烧结炉推杆将载舟炉砖和料舟一起推至烧结炉内部的链条上,在链条带动下载舟炉砖和料舟从炉尾出来,启动炉尾辊道(2),当从炉尾出来的载舟炉砖运动到炉尾载舟炉砖一初始位置时,触发炉尾辊道传感器(1),停止炉尾辊道(2);
此时,炉尾载舟炉砖一从初始状态运动至炉尾载舟炉砖二初始位置,炉尾载舟炉砖二触发开关感应器一(3),启动自动传输辊道一(4);
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至开关传感器二(5)时,自动传输辊道一(4)停止运输,启动自动传输辊道二(6);
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至开关传感器三(7)时,自动传输辊道二(6)停止运输,启动自动传输辊道三(8);
炉尾载舟炉砖二传输至限位传感器一(9)时触发限位传感器一(9),自动传输辊道三(8)停止传输,机器人(10)开始启动;
机器人(10)将炉尾载舟炉砖二上的料舟抓起,炉尾载舟炉砖二向前传输至限位传感器二(11)停止运动,机器人(10)将料舟移至物料收集装置(12)上方,翻转料舟,将物料倒入料桶中,再将料舟放入布料器(13)下方;
布料器(13)重新将物料均匀布到料舟内,机器人(10)将料舟抓起,放回到炉尾载舟炉砖二;
机器人(10)将料舟放回到炉尾载舟炉砖二之后,触发炉尾载舟炉砖二水平面上方的开关传感器四(18),再次启动自动传输辊道三(8);
当炉尾载舟炉砖二进入炉头辊道(17)后触发开关感应器五(15),自动传输辊道三(8)停止传输,启动炉头辊道(17);
炉当炉尾载舟炉砖二运动到炉头载舟炉砖一的初始位置,炉头载舟炉砖二运动至烧结炉内时,炉头载舟炉砖二触发炉头辊道传感器(16),炉头辊道(17)停止。
