本发明涉及一种软体家具材料的应用和涂饰工艺,具体涉及本发明涉及一种喷涂成型沙发的生成工艺。
背景技术
传统的软体家具沙发制作工艺流程一般为:内架开料、打孔、钉架;内架辅料钉制、粘贴打底;表面附着物的裁剪、缝纫;填充物塞包填充;再成品扪制套子和成品安装、配件组装来完成一个沙发成品,这样工序复杂,每一道工序的品质缺陷都有可能使产品的最终工艺和效果存在问题,给产品的外观、功能、舒适度都带来一定的影响。此外,传统的沙发制作工序中内架的结构和制作存在稳定性和制作费时等缺陷,不能快速有效地使产品成型,另外产品表面外套样板是手工制作样板打样并裁剪和缝制,这样也会使产品工艺不稳定和工序费时等。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种喷涂成型沙发的生成工艺的技术方案。

3)配置表面涂层剂A和表面涂层剂B,所述的表面涂层剂A由聚氨酯预聚体85-90重量份、聚碳酸酯5-10重量份,消泡剂6800 0.5-1重量份、乙二酸丁二酸酯5-10重量份混合后升温至70-90℃反应5-6小时制成,表面涂层剂B由甲苯二异氰酸酯60-70重量份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20-30重量份、碳酸丙酯5-10重量份、山梨醇5-10重量份、抗菌纳米粉1-3重量份和环氧树脂1-3重量份混合后升温至65-85℃反应2-3.5h制成;
4)对沙发造型的海绵体除底部以外的表面先用表面涂层剂A涂饰,再用表面涂层剂B涂饰;
5)表面涂层干燥;
6)配置底面涂层剂,所述的底面涂层剂由甲苯二异氰酸酯70-80重量份、玻化微珠4-8份重量份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2-6重量份和乙二酸聚酯10-15重量份混合后升温至90-120℃反应1.5-2.5h制成;
7)对沙发造型的海绵体除底部用底面涂层剂涂饰;
8)底部涂层干燥;
9)采用表面涂层剂A再次向沙发造型的海绵体除底部以外的表面进行远距离喷涂形成表面颗粒机理;
10)使用弹性抗UV漆对沙发造型的海绵体进行涂饰;
11) UV颜色固化;
12)干燥;
13) 包装和储存。

本发明解决产品内架制作、外套裁剪和缝纫不标准、效率低下、工艺不稳定之问题,通过直接采用在沙发造型的海绵上进行喷涂涂料制成沙发,大大提高了沙发的生产。另外,本发明通过在沙发造型的海绵上对不同表面位置采用不同工艺和涂料进行喷涂,特别是对表面的分次喷涂,使得该沙发在不同位置得到了不同的效果,底部达到了耐磨的效果,除底部的表面达到耐磨、防水等效果。

实施例1
一种喷涂成型沙发的生成工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)取聚醚箱式发泡海绵,所述的聚醚箱式发泡海绵净密度为36-50千克/每立方米,无化纤增强塑料;
2)使用数控海绵切割机切割泡棉材料形成沙发造型的海绵体;

4)对沙发造型的海绵体除底部以外的表面先用表面涂层剂A涂饰,再用表面涂层剂B涂饰,具体为采用0.8-1.0mm的喷枪均匀喷涂表面涂层剂A和表面涂层剂B,喷涂压强2000MPa,喷涂温度60℃, 表面涂层剂A的喷涂厚度为0.8mm,表面涂层剂B的喷涂厚度为1.5mm;
5)在30℃下干燥4分钟;
6)配置底面涂层剂,所述的底面涂层剂由甲苯二异氰酸酯78重量份、玻化微珠6份重量份、羟丙基甲基纤维素4重量份和乙二酸聚酯12重量份混合后升温至110℃反应2h制成;
7)对沙发造型的海绵体除底部用底面涂层剂涂饰,具体为采用0.8-1.0mm的喷枪均匀喷涂底面涂层剂,喷涂压强2500MPa,喷涂温度55℃,底面涂层剂喷涂厚度为1mm;
8)在30℃下干燥4分钟;

5)在35℃下干燥3分钟;
6)配置底面涂层剂,所述的底面涂层剂由甲苯二异氰酸酯71重量份、玻化微珠8份重量份、羟丙基甲基纤维素6重量份和乙二酸聚酯15重量份混合后升温至100℃反应1.5h制成;
7)对沙发造型的海绵体除底部用底面涂层剂涂饰,具体为采用0.8-1.0mm的喷枪均匀喷涂底面涂层剂,喷涂压强2000MPa,喷涂温度20℃,底面涂层剂喷涂厚度为1mm;
8)在35℃下干燥3分钟;
9)采用表面涂层剂A再次向沙发造型的海绵体除底部以外的表面进行远距离喷涂形成表面颗粒机理,具体为采用0.8-1.0mm的喷枪均匀喷涂底面涂层剂,喷涂压强4000MPa,喷涂温度65℃, 喷枪距离沙发造型的海绵体5m,喷涂厚度为1.5mm;
10)使用弹性抗UV漆对沙发造型的海绵体进行涂饰;
