本发明公开了一种水性二层皮革的制备方法及其应用,以再生皮或二层皮为基材,经过水性浆料的底层涂饰、发泡层涂饰、表面层喷涂,最后进行压花或吸纹制备而成。本发明以全水性材料进行涂饰对再生皮、二层皮等进行处理制备箱包沙发用二层皮革,不仅解决以往的安全问题、环保问题及有毒有机溶剂残留问题,同时还能较大幅度提高制成品的剥离强度、耐老化及耐水解性能等,相较于目前溶剂性涂饰剂处理的二层皮革,本发明制备的全水性二层皮革的剥离强度从2‑3kg提升到5‑7kg,耐水解从3年提升到5‑8年。

技术领域
本发明属于皮革制造领域,涉及一种用水性PU树脂材料处理二层皮、再生皮制备移膜革、二层皮革的工艺方法,具体涉及一种水性二层皮革的制备方法。
背景技术
真皮革可分为头层革和二层革,其中头层革是厚皮用片皮机剖层而得,头层用来做全粒面革或修面革制备高档制品。二层皮经过涂饰或贴膜等系列工序制成二层革,它的牢度、耐磨性、耐水解性能较差,是真皮革中最廉价的一种,但是由于其价格低廉,且又具有一定的真皮特性,因而被广泛应用于各种皮具、家具、汽车内饰等方面。
传统二层皮革的处理主要是采用溶剂型PU树脂进行,生产过程使用大量有机溶剂,不仅存在安全问题、环保问题,而且在成品中还会残留有毒有害物质,对使用者的人身安全造成危害。另外,目前市场上的溶剂型体系处理的二层皮革制品,还存在剥离强度低、耐水解耐老化性能差等缺点。
随着各国对安全、环保及卫生等要求的不断提高,原溶剂型处理工艺已受到严重的限制,并将在不久的将来被彻底禁止,这将严重影响我国二层皮革行业的发展。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种水性二层皮革的制备方法,在解决安全问题、环保问题及有毒溶剂残留问题的同时,增强制品的剥离强度、耐老化及耐水解性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种水性二层皮革的制备方法,以再生皮或二层皮为基材,经过水性浆料的底层涂饰、发泡层涂饰、表面层喷涂,最后进行压花或吸纹制备而成。
本发明的进一步改进方案为:
制备步骤具体如下:
步骤一、水性底涂浆料涂饰底层
涂饰方式为辊涂,涂布量为40-60g/m2,涂膜厚度为4-6微米,暖风烘干后再进行第二次涂饰,涂饰次数为1~3次;
步骤二、水性发泡层浆料涂饰发泡层得半成品
涂饰方式为辊涂,涂布量为80-120g/m2,涂膜厚度为20-40微米,烘箱烘干后再进行第二次涂饰,涂饰次数为1~3次;
所述烘箱为专利2016205573343公开的特制烘箱。
步骤三、水性表面层浆料喷涂表面层
涂饰方式为喷涂,涂布量为30-50g/m2,涂膜厚度为20-40微米,暖风烘干后再进行第二次涂饰,涂饰次数为1~3次;
步骤四、进行压花或吸纹等后处理得成品。
本发明更进一步改进方案为:
步骤一所述水性底涂浆料由以下原料混合制备而成:一液型水性PU树脂100质量份,水溶性粉2-5质量份,有机硅手感剂0-1质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂0-2质量份,填料3-10质量份,水性消泡剂0-1质量份,水性色浆0.5-2质量份。
步骤二所述水性发泡层浆料由以下原料混合制备而成:一液型水性PU树脂100质量份,水溶性粉2-5质量份,有机硅手感剂0-1质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂0-2质量份,填料5-20质量份,水性色浆0.5-2质量份。
步骤三所述水性表面层浆料由以下原料混合制备而成:称取水性色浆100质量份,有机染料水/水性色浆3-6质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂1-2质量份,水性消泡剂0-1质量份,水0-20质量份。
上述步骤中所述填料为木质纤维素、碳酸钙或凹凸棒土中的一种或两种以上混合。

本发明的有益效果为:
本发明使用水性浆料中的一液型水性PU树脂,其分子中含有特征单元结构氨基甲酸酯(-NH-CO-),作为涂料具有良好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、耐化学品性、硬度大、高弹性等优点,涂覆于基材上,烘干后,与基材具有较高的粘合度;
本发明使用水性浆料中的有机硅润湿流平剂,使得涂饰操作更简单,涂覆更平整;
本发明使用水性浆料中的填料,添加到涂料中,增强填料强度。
综上,本发明以全水性材料进行涂饰对再生皮、二层皮等进行处理制备箱包沙发用二层皮革,不仅解决以往的安全问题、环保问题及有毒有机溶剂残留问题,同时还能较大幅度提高制成品的剥离强度、耐老化及耐水解性能等,相较于目前溶剂性涂饰剂处理的二层皮革,本发明制备的全水性二层皮革的剥离强度从2-3kg提升到5-7kg,耐水解从3年提升到5-8年。

步骤一:配制水性树脂底涂浆料并涂饰底层
1、配料
称取一液型水性PU树脂100质量份,水溶性粉2质量份,有机硅手感剂1质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂2质量份,填料3质量份,水性消泡剂1质量份,水性色浆0.5质量份,制备成混合浆料待用;
2、辊涂:
涂布量为40g/m2,涂膜厚度为4微米,涂布次数为一次。
3、烘干:直接用暖风吹干即可。
步骤二:配制水性树脂发泡层浆料并涂饰发泡层得半成品
1、配料
称取一液型水性PU树脂100质量份,水溶性粉2质量份,有机硅手感剂1质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂2质量份,填料5质量份,水性色浆0.5质量份,制备成混合浆料待用;
2、辊涂
涂布量为80g/m2,涂膜厚度为20微米,涂布次数为一次。

2、喷涂
涂布量为40g/m2,,涂布次数为二次,再次涂布需在前一次所涂浆料吹干后进行。
3、烘干:直接用暖风吹干即可。
步骤四:进行压花处理得成品。

将实施例1-3制得的二层皮革分别进行性能检测,结果如表1所示。

步骤一、水性底涂浆料涂饰底层
涂饰方式为辊涂,涂布量为40-60g/m2,涂膜厚度为4-6微米,暖风烘干后再进行第二次涂饰,涂饰次数为1~3次;
步骤二、水性发泡层浆料涂饰发泡层得半成品
涂饰方式为辊涂,涂布量为80-120g/m2,涂膜厚度为20-40微米,烘箱烘干后再进行第二次涂饰,涂饰次数为1~3次;
步骤三、水性表面层浆料喷涂表面层
涂饰方式为喷涂,涂布量为30-50g/m2,涂膜厚度为20-40微米,暖风烘干后再进行第二次涂饰,涂饰次数为1~3次;

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水性二层皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤一所述水性底涂浆料由以下原料混合制备而成:称取一液型水性PU树脂100质量份,水溶性粉2-5质量份,有机硅手感剂0-1质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂0-2质量份,填料3-10质量份,水性消泡剂0-1质量份,水性色浆0.5-2质量份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种水性二层皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述水性发泡层浆料由以下原料混合制备而成:一液型水性PU树脂100质量份,水溶性粉2-5质量份,有机硅手感剂0-1质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂0-2质量份,填料5-20质量份,水性色浆0.5-2质量份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种水性二层皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤三所述水性表面层浆料由以下原料混合制备而成:水性色浆100质量份,有机染料水/水性色浆3-6质量份,有机硅润湿流平剂1-2质量份,水性消泡剂0-1质量份,水0-20质量份。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种水性二层皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述填料为木质纤维素、碳酸钙或凹凸棒土中的一种或两种以上混合。
7.权利要求1制备的一种水性二层皮革用于制造箱包、沙发。
