Abstract

Description
技术领域
本公开涉及一种测量由车辆的闭合构件(closure member)施加在密封件上的压力以降低风噪的方法。
背景技术
在车辆组装操作中,诸如车门和行李箱盖的闭合构件必须精确地组装在车门框、行李箱开口、发动机罩开口等内。当闭合构件未对准时或者当闭合构件或门框在公差之外时,围绕闭合构件的区域可对周边密封件施加不足的压力或过大的压力。密封件上的压力不足会导致漏水或风的噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(NVH)的问题。密封件上的压力过大会导致关闭车门需要较大的力气。
本公开旨在解决上述问题和如下所概括的其它问题。
发明内容
根据本公开的一方面,公开了一种用于组装车辆的方法,所述方法包括:识别闭合构件与框架之间的关键配合区域,所述框架限定由闭合构件关闭的开口。根据所述方法,将压力指示带粘附到关键配合区域。然后,将闭合构件抵靠着由车辆限定的开口关闭以触发压力指示带并产生标记。将标记的强度与参考的强度标尺(intensity scale)进行视觉比较,以建立观察到的强度等级。
根据本公开的其他方面,所述方法还可包括:在车辆记录器中记录观察到的强度等级。所述方法还可包括:分析观察到的强度等级以产生分析数据。
紧接着,可对组装过程进行操作改进以改变闭合构件与开口的相对定位。还可对闭合构件、由车辆限定的开口或设置在闭合构件与开口之间的密封件进行设计改进。
根据本公开的其他方面,公开了一种用于将车门组装在车辆上的方法,所述方法包括:识别车门、密封件和车门框之间的关键配合区域。然后,在关键配合区域中将压力指示带粘附到密封件。然后,将车门抵靠着密封件关闭以在压力指示带上产生标记。将标记的强度与参考的压力强度标尺进行视觉比较以建立观察到的压力强度等级。
所述方法还可应用于多种关键配合区域,可将车门关闭在多个压力指示带上以产生标记,将所述标记与参考的压力强度标尺进行比较以建立关键配合区域处的多个观察到的压力强度等级。观察到的压力强度等级可与车辆记录器中的指定的关键配合区域相关。

参照图1,以前车门12的区域部分地示出了总体上由标号10指示的车辆。前车门12被示出为设置在车门开口14上。车门开口14由位于前边缘上的A柱16、位于上边缘上的车顶纵梁18、位于后边缘上的B柱20和位于下边缘上的门槛板22。十个不同的关键配合区域24由围绕A柱16、车顶纵梁18、B柱20和门槛板22间隔开的星形指示。关键配合区域24是车门12或闭合构件可对周边密封件施加不足的压力或过大的压力的区域。关键配合区域24会导致漏水或风噪问题。密封件的压力过大会导致关闭车门需要较大的力气。
参照图2,再次示出了车辆10,其车门12打开。车门开口14装配有密封件28,密封件28围绕车门开口14的外周延伸。在对应于图1中示出的关键配合区域24的位置处,多段压力指示带30通过压敏粘合剂附着到密封件28。
参照图3,密封件(总体上由标号28指示)被示出为包括优选地与密封管部34一体成型的密封件凸缘接纳部32。示出了一段压力指示带30在密封管部34的一侧上贴附到密封管部34,在图1和图2中示出的车门12关闭时密封管34的这一侧将被车门12接触。密封件凸缘接纳部32适于固定到设置在车门开口14上的凸缘。
参照图4A,示出了在测试中用于指示压力之前的一段压力指示带30。示出了在向表面施加能量之前(0焦耳)的带30。参照图4B,示出了在压力测试中使用之后的一段压力指示带30’。图4B中示出的压力指示带30’包括在车门通过6焦耳的力而抵靠着车门开口14(图1和图2中所示出的)关闭时所引起的压力标记36。在图4B中示出了压力强度标尺38紧挨着压力指示带30’,以示出将压力标记36的强度与参考的压力强度标尺38在视觉上进行比较的步骤。
参照图5,示意性地示出了测试过程。在第一步,在40处将车门12轻轻地关闭到门闩锁的第一闩锁点。然后在42处逐渐地增大门把手上的压力直到在车门12完全闭合时门闩锁的第二闩锁接合为止。必须轻轻地关闭车门12以避免由碰撞密封件28导致的错误的压力读数,如果用过大的力关闭车门12则会出现该错误的压力读数。

Claims (11)
1.一种组装车辆的方法,包括:
识别闭合构件与闭合构件框架之间的关键配合区域;
将压力指示带粘附到关键配合区域;
将闭合构件抵靠着闭合构件框架关闭以在压力指示带上产生标记;
将所述标记的强度与参考的压力强度标尺进行视觉比较,以建立观察到的压力强度等级。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
在车辆记录器中记录观察到的压力强度等级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
分析观察到的压力强度等级以产生分析数据。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:
对组装过程进行操作改进以改变闭合构件与开口的相对定位。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:
对闭合构件、闭合构件框架或设置在闭合构件与闭合构件框架之间的密封件进行设计改进。
6.一种将车门组装在车辆上的方法,包括:
识别车门、密封件和车门框之间的关键配合区域;
在关键配合区域中将压力指示带粘附到密封件;
将车门抵靠着密封件关闭以在压力指示带上产生标记;
将所述标记的强度与参考的压力强度标尺进行视觉比较,以建立观察到的压力强度等级。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,关键配合区域是多种关键配合区域中的一种,压力指示带是多种压力指示带中的一种,其中,将车门关闭在车门框上在压力指示带上产生标记,将所述标记与参考的压力强度标尺进行比较,以建立关键配合区域处的多个观察到的压力强度等级。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,还包括:
将与指定的关键配合区域相关联的观察到的压力强度等级记录在车辆记录器中。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,还包括:
分析观察到的压力强度等级以产生针对每个关键配合区域的分析数据。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括:
对组装过程进行操作改进以改变闭合构件与开口的相对定位。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括:
对车门、车门框或密封件进行设计改进。
