Abstract

本发明涉及一种皱纹纸用粘缸剂的制备方法。现有的粘缸剂大多存在成膜性、成膜的弹性和再湿性不足等缺陷。本发明在水相中的水溶性高分子聚合物,通过交联剂与增塑剂的加入,经过高分子间局部交联以及增塑剂复配制备粘缸剂。本发明制备的粘缸剂性能稳定,具有较佳的粘结力和成膜性,并可以调节膜的再湿性和柔软性,能够很好的改善皱纹纸的起皱性能。

Description

一种皱纹纸用粘缸剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及粘缸剂的制备领域,具体地说是一种在生产皱纹纸时喷涂在烘缸上帮助纸页起皱的烘缸粘合剂的制备方法。
背景技术
在生产皱纹纸时,纸张经过烘缸干燥,要和刮刀发生强烈的撞击产生皱纹,提高纸张柔软度、吸水性、松厚度等性能,同时获得好的手感。这要求纸页和烘缸有合适的粘结力,特别是在中高速纸机生产过程中,仅靠纸浆本身的粘接力已经不足以满足生产的需求,需要依靠烘缸涂层助剂(包括粘缸剂、剥离剂以及改良剂)的使用来调整,从而控制纹路的粗细,皱纹的深浅纸面的光滑程度等。涂层助剂使用不当或者性能低劣,不但会对纸张的品质造成很大影响,还会造成针孔、死纹、破洞等问题,更甚者还会造成跳刀致使烘缸受损。而其中粘缸剂的粘性、成膜性、成膜的弹性和再湿性对整体涂层的建立和调节至关重要,同时在保护烘缸等方面也有重大作用。但目前的粘缸剂在性能上存在着粘接力、成膜性、成膜强度和硬度不能兼顾的问题,且很多粘缸剂中或含有有机氯等有害成分,或有刺激性气味,用在生活用纸上存在着健康隐患。
在粘缸剂制备领域,中国专利CN106368054A“一种造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法”,中国专利CN102286150A“一种聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂起皱剂”原料中均含有环氧氯丙烷和氨水等原料,合成的粘缸剂产品中会有有机氯以及氨味。中国专利CN106283864A“一种改性聚乙烯亚胺粘缸剂”采用聚乙烯亚胺等原料合成了粘缸剂,但产品有刺激性气味。中国专利CN102351985A“一种新型起皱粘缸剂的合成研究”,以聚N,N-二甲基烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺为原料聚合得到聚N,N-二甲基烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物,然后加入脂肪二醇、脂肪三醇、阳离子淀粉、稳定剂等,制备出粘缸剂,只避免了起皱不均匀引起的撕纸和起皱波纹不致密的现象,达到纸张本身的柔软性和吸水性要求,并未改善成膜性问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有粘缸剂存在的成膜性、成膜的弹性和再湿性不足等缺陷,提供一种新的皱纹纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其制得的粘缸剂具有较佳的粘结力和成膜性,并可以调节膜的再湿性和柔软性。
为此,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种皱纹纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其步骤为:
1)水、水溶性高分子聚合物和交联剂,混合均匀,加热到50-90℃,进行混合与高分子间局部交联反应,反应10-200min;
2)步骤1)中加入增塑剂,调节产品粘度在200mpa·s以内或玻璃化温度在95℃以内;
所得产品的固含量控制在10-20wt%;
所述的水溶性高分子聚合物选自:天然蛋白质或其改性衍生物、甲壳素或其改性衍生物、淀粉或其改性衍生物、糊精、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯胺、聚环氧氯丙烷二甲胺、聚环氧氯丙烷乙二胺、两性聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇或其改性物、聚乙二醇中的一种或几种混合物;
所述的增塑剂选自:乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、糖醇、二甘醇、脲、柠檬酸、葡萄糖、麦芽糖中的一种或几种混合物;
所述的交联剂选自:C1-C6低碳醛、烷撑双丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或几种混合物;
所述水溶性高分子聚合物、增塑剂和交联剂的质量比为1:0.05-200:0.001-0.2。
作为本发明方法的优选,水溶性高分子聚合物、增塑剂和交联剂的质量比为1:0.2-5:0.001-0.2。
作为本发明方法的优选,所述的天然蛋白质或其改性衍生物选自动植物蛋白胶:大豆蛋白、明胶、鱼胶、骨胶、血胶、干酪素、豆胶或其改性衍生物。
作为本发明方法的优选,所述甲壳素或其改性衍生物选自:低分子量水性甲壳素、羧化壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐类、壳聚糖硫酸酯、壳聚糖寡糖、类透明质酸壳聚糖中的一种或几种混合物。
作为本发明方法的优选,所述的淀粉选自:木薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、氧化淀粉、酸变性淀粉、淀粉脂、淀粉醚、交联淀粉、接枝共聚淀粉中的一种或几种混合物。
作为本发明方法的优选,所述的水溶性高分子聚合物选自:大豆蛋白、甲壳素、交联马铃薯淀粉、糊精、聚乙烯胺、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯胺、聚环氧氯丙烷二甲胺、丙烯酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇、两性聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种混合物。
作为本发明方法的优选,所述的增塑剂选自:聚乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、己二醇、糖醇、柠檬酸、葡萄糖、二甘醇、脲中的一种或几种混合物。
作为本发明方法的优选,所述的交联剂选自:甲醛、乙二醛、戊二醛、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或几种混合物。
本发明通过增塑剂和交联剂的加入,改变水溶性高分子的成膜性、粘结力以及成膜性能,得到的粘缸剂形成膜软硬合适可调整,使用时起皱效果好,且不含有机氯。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更详细介绍,但本发明不局限于此。
取一定量的水溶性高分子聚合物,按照其和增塑剂的比例计算需要加入增塑剂的量,并根据水溶性高分子聚合物和增塑剂的有效含量和比例计算出反应时间和固含量,最终用水统一稀释到15%的固含量。以下配方,通过增塑剂与交联剂的加入,改变水溶性高分子的成膜性,聚合合适的粘结力以及成膜性能,可用在卫生纸烘缸涂层中作为起皱剂。
表1实施例设计
性能测试
对上述实施例1-12所得到的粘缸剂粘结力、成膜性、膜的柔软度及再湿性进行了测定和观察,具体性能见表2。
粘结力测试:取一定量的粘缸剂均匀的涂在加热到110度的铁板上,并立即用湿的纸张覆盖在涂层上,并用电脑抗张仪测定纸和铁板直接的粘结力。
成膜性测试:在未加入增塑剂时,取少量样品滴在载玻片上与烘箱烘干,观察膜的完整性,*越多,代表成膜性越好。
膜的柔软度测试:是最终的产品在载玻片上烘干,然后观察膜的硬度,*越多,代表膜的柔软度越好。
再湿性测试:是在烘干的膜上滴加水,观察膜的再润湿性能,*越多,代表膜的再湿性越好。

以上实施例中用到的高分子聚合物,单独使用时粘结力一般可以达到要求,但不同高分子在成膜性、再湿性以及膜的柔软性方面差异显著。通过添加不同量的增塑剂可以改善这些性能,并通过交联反应,进一步提高了成膜性。如实施例3淀粉,本身就有粘结力,但成膜性很差,而再湿性又太好,通过增塑剂可以在一定程度上改善其成膜性,通过交联反应使再湿性变差,使最终的产品有合适的成膜性和再湿性。实施例6的聚乙烯亚胺和实施例7的聚乙烯胺有非常高的粘结力,在烘缸使用是会因为粘结力太大而使纸出现针孔,通过大量增塑剂的加入,将粘结力降低到合适的范围,但增塑剂太多,再湿性会非常好,适量交联剂的加入使粘缸剂再湿性适中,成膜性变好。其它实施例均是相同的道理,用增塑剂来调节粘缸剂的成膜性及柔软度,并通过交联调节再湿性,高分子本身提供粘结力,通过不同的比例,使产品有合适的性能。
以上列举的仅是本发明的具体实施例。本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种皱纹纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其步骤为:
1)水、水溶性高分子聚合物和交联剂,混合均匀,加热到50-90℃,进行混合与高分子间局部交联反应,反应10-200min;
2)步骤1)中加入增塑剂,调节产品粘度在200mpa·s以内或玻璃化温度在95℃以内;
所得产品的固含量控制在10-20wt%;
所述的水溶性高分子聚合物选自:天然蛋白质或其改性衍生物、甲壳素或其改性衍生物、淀粉或其改性衍生物、糊精、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯胺、聚环氧氯丙烷二甲胺、聚环氧氯丙烷乙二胺、两性聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇或其改性物、聚乙二醇中的一种或几种混合物;
所述的增塑剂选自:乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、糖醇、二甘醇、脲、柠檬酸、葡萄糖、麦芽糖中的一种或几种混合物;
所述的交联剂选自:C1-C6低碳醛、烷撑双丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或几种混合物;
所述水溶性高分子聚合物、增塑剂和交联剂的质量比为1:0.05-200:0.001-0.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,水溶性高分子聚合物、增塑剂和交联剂的质量比为1:0.2-5:0.001-0.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的天然蛋白质或其改性衍生物选自动植物蛋白胶:大豆蛋白、明胶、鱼胶、骨胶、血胶、干酪素、豆胶或其改性衍生物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述甲壳素或其改性衍生物选自:低分子量水性甲壳素、羧化壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐类、壳聚糖硫酸酯、壳聚糖寡糖、类透明质酸壳聚糖中的一种或几种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的淀粉选自:木薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、氧化淀粉、酸变性淀粉、淀粉脂、淀粉醚、交联淀粉、接枝共聚淀粉中的一种或几种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的水溶性高分子聚合物选自:大豆蛋白、甲壳素、交联马铃薯淀粉、糊精、聚乙烯胺、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯胺、聚环氧氯丙烷二甲胺、丙烯酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇、两性聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂选自:聚乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、己二醇、糖醇、柠檬酸、葡萄糖、二甘醇、脲中的一种或几种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的交联剂选自:甲醛、乙二醛、戊二醛、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或几种混合物。
