Abstract

本发明公开了一种造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其方法包括:步骤1:采用重量比为1.4‑1.6:0.9‑1.1:0.4‑0.6的二乙烯三胺、丁二酸二乙酯、丙烯酸在过硫酸钾存在的情况下反应得到第一共聚物;步骤2:将第一共聚物和环氧氯丙烷以重量比为0.9‑1.1:0.3‑0.5的比例混合后溶解在水中,并调节溶液pH值至8‑9后在60‑70℃的条件下反应3‑5小时后停止反应过滤,并调节混合物pH至3‑4。本发明的目的是提供一种起皱效果好的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法。

一种造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸助剂领域,具体地说,涉及一种造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法。
背景技术
粘缸剂是在造纸工业中使纸张起皱使纸张从烘缸表面剥离,中国专利CN2007101729945公开了一种聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂粘缸剂,其起皱效果与国外产品媲美,本领域技术人员一直致力继续提高该效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种起皱效果好的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为:一种造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:采用重量比为1.4-1.6:0.9-1.1:0.4-0.6的二乙烯三胺、丁二酸二乙酯、丙烯酸在过硫酸钾存在的情况下反应得到第一共聚物;
步骤2:将第一共聚物和环氧氯丙烷以重量比为0.9-1.1:0.3-0.5的比例混合后溶解在水中,并调节溶液pH值至8-9后在60-70℃的条件下反应3-5小时后停止反应过滤,并调节混合物pH至3-4。
在上述的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法中,所述的步骤1中的反应时间为4-5小时,反应温度为55-60℃。
在上述的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法中,步骤2中的用水量为二乙烯三胺、丁二酸二乙酯、丙烯酸、环氧氯丙烷总重量的1.05-1.3倍。
在上述的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法中,所述的过硫酸钾与二乙烯三胺的重量比为0.01-0.02:1。
在上述的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法中,所述的步骤1中过硫酸钾溶解在去离子水中,所述的去离子水与二乙烯三胺的重量比为0.1-0.2:1。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的方法制备得到的粘缸剂起皱效果好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
具体实施例1:
步骤1:将140g二乙烯三胺、110g丁二酸二乙酯、40g丙烯酸混合,升温至55℃,将溶解有2.1g的过硫酸钾的水溶液滴加进入到上述混合物中,该水溶液为23g。滴加时间为5小时,反应结束得到第一共聚物;
步骤2:将上述的第一共聚物和90g环氧氯丙烷混合后溶解在500g水中,并采用氨水调节溶液pH值至8-9后在60℃的条件下反应3-5小时后停止反应过滤,并用硫酸调节混合物pH至3-4得到粘缸剂。
将上述产品采用同CN2007101729945《一种聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂粘缸剂》的测试方法测试起皱效果,经检测,其粘附力为44.1kg。
具体实施例2:
步骤1:将150g二乙烯三胺、100g丁二酸二乙酯、50g丙烯酸混合,升温至57℃,将溶解有1.5g的过硫酸钾的水溶液滴加进入到上述混合物中,该水溶液为16.5g。滴加时间为4小时,反应结束得到第一共聚物;
步骤2:将上述的第一共聚物和120g环氧氯丙烷混合后溶解在500g水中,并采用氨水调节溶液pH值至8-9后在65℃的条件下反应3-5小时后停止反应过滤,并用硫酸调节混合物pH至3-4得到粘缸剂。
将上述产品采用同CN2007101729945《一种聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂粘缸剂》的测试方法测试起皱效果,经检测,其粘附力为45.3kg。
具体实施例3:
步骤1:将160g二乙烯三胺、90g丁二酸二乙酯、60g丙烯酸混合,升温至60℃,将溶解有5g的过硫酸钾的水溶液滴加进入到上述混合物中,该水溶液为37g。滴加时间为4小时,反应结束得到第一共聚物;
步骤2:将上述的第一共聚物和155g环氧氯丙烷混合后溶解在520g水中,并采用氨水调节溶液pH值至8-9后在70℃的条件下反应3-5小时后停止反应过滤,并用硫酸调节混合物pH至3-4得到粘缸剂。
将上述产品采用同CN2007101729945《一种聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂粘缸剂》的测试方法测试起皱效果,经检测,其粘附力为45.3kg。

Claims (4)

1.一种造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:采用重量比为1.4-1.6:0.9-1.1:0.4-0.6的二乙烯三胺、丁二酸二乙酯、丙烯酸在过硫酸钾存在的情况下反应得到第一共聚物;
步骤2:将第一共聚物和环氧氯丙烷以重量比为0.9-1.1:0.3-0.5的比例混合后溶解在水中,并调节溶液pH值至8-9后在60-70℃的条件下反应3-5小时后停止反应过滤,并调节混合物pH至3-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤1中的反应时间为4-5小时,反应温度为55-60℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的过硫酸钾与二乙烯三胺的重量比为0.01-0.02:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的造纸用粘缸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤1中过硫酸钾溶解在去离子水中,所述的去离子水与二乙烯三胺的重量比为0.1-0.2:1。
