本发明公开了一种耐老化防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:聚醋酸乙烯乳液72-80、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4-1、四水八硼酸二钠1-2、2.4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.2-0.4、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮1-2、轻质碳酸钙10-14、无水氯化钙2-5、偏硼酸钡2-3、聚丙烯酸甲酯3-4、双辛基二甲基氯化铵1-2、成膜助剂6-8、去离子水10-20,本发明的防水涂料,可以形成一层均质且防水的密封层,无缝一体,且不形成应力点;具有良好的粘结强度,具有很好的化学稳定性,耐酸碱腐蚀性强,抗老化效果好。

技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种耐老化防水涂料。
背景技术
    随着国内涂料行业的不断发展和细化,市场对具有特种功能性涂料的要求亦越来越突出,其中对于抗老化、耐水、耐酸碱腐蚀、阻燃等性能要求更加高,现有的防水材料保光、保色性差,不耐老化、易开裂、易变黄,且有的对人体还具有一定的危害,环保性差,因此为了满足各行业对防水涂料的要求,生产高性能,应用广泛的防水涂料很有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种耐老化防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐老化防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液72-80、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4-1、四水八硼酸二钠1-2、2.4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.2-0.4、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮1-2、轻质碳酸钙10-14、无水氯化钙2-5、偏硼酸钡2-3、聚丙烯酸甲酯3-4、双辛基二甲基氯化铵1-2、成膜助剂6-8、去离子水10-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种耐老化防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将四水八硼酸二钠加入到3-4倍去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入双辛基二甲基氯化铵、α-溴代肉桂醛,100-200转/分搅拌分散5-8分钟;
将轻质碳酸钙、无水氯化钙混合,球磨均匀,加入聚丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌均匀后升高温度为50-60℃,加入.4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌至常温;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1100转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述耐老化防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料,可以形成一层均质且防水的密封层,无缝一体,且不形成应力点;具有良好的粘结强度,具有很好的化学稳定性,耐酸碱腐蚀性强,抗老化效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐老化防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液80、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4、四水八硼酸二钠2、2.4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.4、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮1-2、轻质碳酸钙14、无水氯化钙5、偏硼酸钡3、聚丙烯酸甲酯4、双辛基二甲基氯化铵1、成膜助剂8、去离子水20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液40、芦荟凝胶2、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.3、硫酸氢钾1、羧酸甘油酯2、三甲基苄基氯化铵2、季戊四醇2、去离子水70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的40%,在75℃下搅拌混合6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,40℃下搅拌混合5分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,600转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种耐老化防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将四水八硼酸二钠加入到4倍去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入双辛基二甲基氯化铵、α-溴代肉桂醛,200转/分搅拌分散8分钟;
将轻质碳酸钙、无水氯化钙混合,球磨均匀,加入聚丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌均匀后升高温度为60℃,加入.4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌至常温;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1100转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述耐老化防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种耐老化防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液72-80、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4-1、四水八硼酸二钠1-2、2.4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.2-0.4、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮1-2、轻质碳酸钙10-14、无水氯化钙2-5、偏硼酸钡2-3、聚丙烯酸甲酯3-4、双辛基二甲基氯化铵1-2、成膜助剂6-8、去离子水10-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的耐老化防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将四水八硼酸二钠加入到3-4倍去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入双辛基二甲基氯化铵、α-溴代肉桂醛,100-200转/分搅拌分散5-8分钟;
将轻质碳酸钙、无水氯化钙混合,球磨均匀,加入聚丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌均匀后升高温度为50-60℃,加入.4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌至常温;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1100转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述耐老化防水涂料。
