本发明公开了一种抗虫防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:醋丙乳液72-80、螺虫乙酯1-2、硫酸锂0.3-0.5、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠1-2、二苯基咪唑啉0.3-0.5、三硬脂酸甘油酯2-4、季戊四醇1-2、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5-1、聚丙烯酰胺1-2、重晶石粉10-12、马来酸二丁酯1-2、过硫酸钠0.1-0.2、成膜助剂4-5、去离子水8-20,本发明的防水涂料具有很好的抗虫性,增强了对基材的保护效果,本发明的涂料耐水性、耐酸碱性强,抗渗漏效果好,不易黄变,不易开裂,保护效果持久。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种抗虫防水涂料。
背景技术
随着国内涂料行业的不断发展和细化,市场对具有特种功能性涂料的要求亦越来越突出,其中对于抗沾污、耐水、耐酸碱腐蚀、阻燃等性能要求更加高,现有的防水材料保光、保色性差,不抗虫、易开裂、易变黄,且有的对人体还具有一定的危害,环保性差,因此为了满足各行业对防水涂料的要求,生产高性能,应用广泛的防水涂料很有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种抗虫防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗虫防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液72-80、螺虫乙酯1-2、硫酸锂0.3-0.5、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠1-2、二苯基咪唑啉0.3-0.5、三硬脂酸甘油酯2-4、季戊四醇1-2、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5-1、聚丙烯酰胺1-2、重晶石粉10-12、马来酸二丁酯1-2、过硫酸钠0.1-0.2、成膜助剂4-5、去离子水8-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种抗虫防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将重晶石粉与硫酸锂混合,球磨搅拌均匀后加入马来酸二丁酯、螺虫乙酯,40-50℃下搅拌2-3分钟,加入到去离子水中,加入亚甲基二萘磺酸钠,50-80转/分搅拌分散4-7分钟;
将季戊四醇与聚丙烯酰胺混合,搅拌均匀后加入到醋丙乳液中,加入脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,200-400转/分搅拌分散5-10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗虫防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料具有很好的抗虫性,增强了对基材的保护效果,本发明的涂料耐水性、耐酸碱性强,抗渗漏效果好,不易黄变,不易开裂,保护效果持久。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗虫防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液80、螺虫乙酯2、硫酸锂0.5、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠1、二苯基咪唑啉0.5、三硬脂酸甘油酯4、季戊四醇1、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5、聚丙烯酰胺2、重晶石粉12、马来酸二丁酯1、过硫酸钠0.2、成膜助剂4、去离子水20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液40、芦荟凝胶3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.3、硫酸氢钾1、羧酸甘油酯2、三甲基苄基氯化铵2、季戊四醇3、去离子水70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30%,在75℃下搅拌混合4分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30℃下搅拌混合5分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,600转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种抗虫防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将重晶石粉与硫酸锂混合,球磨搅拌均匀后加入马来酸二丁酯、螺虫乙酯,50℃下搅拌2分钟,加入到去离子水中,加入亚甲基二萘磺酸钠,80转/分搅拌分散7分钟;
将季戊四醇与聚丙烯酰胺混合,搅拌均匀后加入到醋丙乳液中,加入脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,400转/分搅拌分散10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述抗虫防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种抗虫防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液72-80、螺虫乙酯1-2、硫酸锂0.3-0.5、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠1-2、二苯基咪唑啉0.3-0.5、三硬脂酸甘油酯2-4、季戊四醇1-2、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5-1、聚丙烯酰胺1-2、重晶石粉10-12、马来酸二丁酯1-2、过硫酸钠0.1-0.2、成膜助剂4-5、去离子水8-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的抗虫防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将重晶石粉与硫酸锂混合,球磨搅拌均匀后加入马来酸二丁酯、螺虫乙酯,40-50℃下搅拌2-3分钟,加入到去离子水中,加入亚甲基二萘磺酸钠,50-80转/分搅拌分散4-7分钟;
将季戊四醇与聚丙烯酰胺混合,搅拌均匀后加入到醋丙乳液中,加入脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,200-400转/分搅拌分散5-10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗虫防水涂料。
