本发明公开了一种纳米防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:硅丙乳液71-80、聚乙烯吡啶1-2、刺槐豆胶2-3、N-乙基-邻对甲苯磺酰胺1-2、纳米碳酸钙10-13、硼酸锌1-2、氟磷灰石4-6、琥珀酸0.1-0.2、环氧油酸丁酯2-3、亚硫酸钠1-2、乙二醇单丁醚0.1-0.3、丙三醇三甘油酸酯1-2、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5-1、成膜助剂4-5、去离子水14-20,本发明的防水涂料加入的纳米原料,可以有效的提高各原料间的相容性,增强了涂层表面的流平性、光滑性好,硬度高,抗磨抗划伤、抗渗漏性好,耐候性强。

技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种纳米防水涂料。
背景技术
    随着国内涂料行业的不断发展和细化,市场对具有特种功能性涂料的要求亦越来越突出,其中对于抗老化、耐水、耐酸碱腐蚀、阻燃等性能要求更加高,现有的防水材料保光、保色性差,不纳米、易开裂、易变黄,且有的对人体还具有一定的危害,环保性差,因此为了满足各行业对防水涂料的要求,生产高性能,应用广泛的防水涂料很有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种纳米防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纳米防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液71-80、聚乙烯吡啶1-2、刺槐豆胶2-3、N-乙基-邻对甲苯磺酰胺1-2、纳米碳酸钙10-13、硼酸锌1-2、氟磷灰石4-6、琥珀酸0.1-0.2、环氧油酸丁酯2-3、亚硫酸钠1-2、乙二醇单丁醚0.1-0.3、丙三醇三甘油酸酯1-2、2,6- 二叔丁基对甲酚0.5-1、成膜助剂4-5、去离子水14-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液40-46、羟基硬脂酸2-3、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4-1、植物甾醇1-2、乳酸钙2-3、氯化石蜡2-3、聚磷酸铵0.6-1、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3-1、去离子水70-80;
将聚磷酸铵、乳酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入羟基硬脂酸,50-60℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟,得预混料;
将羧甲基纤维素钠加入到上述去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入松油醇、植物甾醇、α-溴代肉桂醛,40-50℃下搅拌混合10-20分钟,加入上述预混料,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,300-400转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种纳米防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将纳米碳酸钙、硼酸锌、氟磷灰石混合,球磨均匀,加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入刺槐豆胶、亚硫酸钠,200-300转/分搅拌分散6-10分钟;
将丙三醇三甘油酸酯、聚乙烯吡啶混合加入到去离子水中,80-100转/分搅拌分散5-7分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1100转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述纳米防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料加入的纳米原料,可以有效的提高各原料间的相容性,增强了涂层表面的流平性、光滑性好,硬度高,抗磨抗划伤、抗渗漏性好,耐候性强。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种纳米防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液80、聚乙烯吡啶1、刺槐豆胶3、N-乙基-邻对甲苯磺酰胺2、纳米碳酸钙13、硼酸锌2、氟磷灰石6、琥珀酸0.2、环氧油酸丁酯2、亚硫酸钠2、乙二醇单丁醚0.3、丙三醇三甘油酸酯1、2,6- 二叔丁基对甲酚0.5、成膜助剂4、去离子水20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液46、羟基硬脂酸2、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4、植物甾醇2、乳酸钙2、氯化石蜡3、聚磷酸铵0.6、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3、去离子水80;
将聚磷酸铵、乳酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入羟基硬脂酸,60℃下搅拌混合2分钟,得预混料;
将羧甲基纤维素钠加入到上述去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入松油醇、植物甾醇、α-溴代肉桂醛,50℃下搅拌混合20分钟,加入上述预混料,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,300转/分搅拌分散40分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种纳米防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将纳米碳酸钙、硼酸锌、氟磷灰石混合,球磨均匀,加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入刺槐豆胶、亚硫酸钠,300转/分搅拌分散10分钟;
将丙三醇三甘油酸酯、聚乙烯吡啶混合加入到去离子水中,100转/分搅拌分散5分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1100转/分搅拌分散20分钟,即得所述纳米防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

Claims (2)

1.一种纳米防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液71-80、聚乙烯吡啶1-2、刺槐豆胶2-3、N-乙基-邻对甲苯磺酰胺1-2、纳米碳酸钙10-13、硼酸锌1-2、氟磷灰石4-6、琥珀酸0.1-0.2、环氧油酸丁酯2-3、亚硫酸钠1-2、乙二醇单丁醚0.1-0.3、丙三醇三甘油酸酯1-2、2,6- 二叔丁基对甲酚0.5-1、成膜助剂4-5、去离子水14-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液40-46、羟基硬脂酸2-3、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4-1、植物甾醇1-2、乳酸钙2-3、氯化石蜡2-3、聚磷酸铵0.6-1、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3-1、去离子水70-80;
将聚磷酸铵、乳酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入羟基硬脂酸,50-60℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟,得预混料;
将羧甲基纤维素钠加入到上述去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入松油醇、植物甾醇、α-溴代肉桂醛,40-50℃下搅拌混合10-20分钟,加入上述预混料,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,300-400转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的纳米防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将纳米碳酸钙、硼酸锌、氟磷灰石混合,球磨均匀,加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入刺槐豆胶、亚硫酸钠,200-300转/分搅拌分散6-10分钟;
将丙三醇三甘油酸酯、聚乙烯吡啶混合加入到去离子水中,80-100转/分搅拌分散5-7分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1100转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述纳米防水涂料。
