发明涉及一种抑制能量吸收的组合物及其制备工艺,尤其涉及一种既能抑制脂肪吸收又能抑制糖类吸收的组合物及其制备工艺,属于医药、保健品、食品领域。
背景技术
壳寡糖是指2-10个氨基葡萄糖以β-1,4-糖苷键连接而成的低聚壳聚糖,由壳聚糖解聚而制成,分子量是2000以下,水溶性好,生物活性高。壳寡糖具有提高免疫,抑制癌肿细胞生长,促进肝脾抗体形成,促进钙及矿物质的吸收,增殖双歧杆菌、乳酸菌等人体有益菌群,降血脂、降血压、降血糖、调节胆固醇,减肥,预防成人疾病等功能;壳寡糖可明显消除人体氧负离子自由基,活化机体细胞,延缓衰老,抑制皮肤表面有害菌滋生,保湿性能优异。壳聚糖是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质经过脱乙酰作用得到的,化学名称为聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖,具有提高免疫、活化细胞、预防癌症、降血脂、降血压、调节血糖、抗衰老,调节机体环境等作用。五层龙提取物主要来自于五层龙的根茎,有祛风除湿、通经活络之效,明显的降血糖的作用。
壳寡糖和壳聚糖均具有降脂的作用,两者对脂肪有很强的吸附能力,可干扰机体对脂肪的消化吸收,降低消化道中脂肪的消化率,增加粪便中脂肪的排出量,从而减少体内脂肪的沉积量。壳寡糖或壳聚糖没有升高血糖的效果。它们的作用在于干扰肠道对葡萄糖的吸收,阻止部分糖入血,明显减低空腹血糖,但是如果血液中的血糖已经升高,则不能帮助降低血糖。
五层龙提取物中含有可竞争抑制小肠黏膜内α-葡糖苷酶的抑制剂,从而抑制α-葡糖苷酶把多糖类物质和二糖类物质(如:淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糖)分解为单糖并经肠道吸收,从而降低餐后高血糖和缓解胰高血糖症。五层龙提取物能有效抑制脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶和葡萄糖磷酸脱氢酶的活性,抑制合成脂肪所需的酶并刺激体内脂肪的水解。
壳寡糖、壳聚糖、五层龙提取物都具有抑制脂肪和糖吸收的作用。但是,壳寡糖、壳聚糖不能降血糖,对已升高的血糖没有作用。申请号为CN201510778525.2,名称为《一种具有保护酒精性肝损伤作用的保健食品及制备方法》的发明专利记载的保健食品含有壳寡糖和壳聚糖,该产品可以降血脂,但是没有降血糖作用。五层龙提取物主要用于降血糖,降血脂作用欠佳。申请号为CN200510081547.X,名称为《五层龙提取物在制备保健品和药品中的应用》的发明名称公开了一种五层龙提取物的制备方法,并记载了降血糖的应用,但没有应用于降血脂。人体代谢是一个复杂的相互影响的过程,高血糖、高血脂、高血压多是同时出现,三者主要是由于代谢紊乱导致的,彼此相互协同作用。单独降血糖、单独降血脂或是降血糖与降血脂不平衡,治疗效果均不佳,病情容易反复。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种能够抑制能量吸收的组合物及其制备工艺,该组合物能同时抑制糖类物质和脂肪类物质吸收,使体内血糖值和血脂值维持平衡,避免高血糖和高血脂病情反复。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抑制能量吸收的组合物,含有300-600重量份甲壳素类物质和100-300重量份五层龙提取物,甲壳素类物质为壳寡糖、壳聚糖中的一种或任意比例组合的两种。
本发明中的甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物都具有抑制脂肪和糖类吸收的作用,但是,甲壳素类物质降血脂作用好、无降血糖作用,五层龙提取物降血糖作用好、降血脂欠佳。在人体代谢中,高血糖、高血脂相互协同作用、相互影响、彼此诱发,所以两者多是同时出现,单独使用甲壳素类物质降血脂或单独使用五层龙提取物降血糖或随意配比甲壳素类物质与五层龙提取物降血糖血脂的作用发挥均不佳,未治愈的其中一种疾病常常会再次诱发另一种已治愈的疾病,使得病情反复。本发明经过大量试验研究,发现当甲壳素类物质为壳寡糖、壳聚糖中的一种或两种,甲壳素类物质的重量份为300-600,五层龙提取物的重量份为100-300时,同时降血糖和降血脂的作用最好,效果最明显。经科学配伍的甲壳素物质和五层龙提取物,两者相互协作,使血糖值和血脂值均维持平衡,从而克服了单独降血糖药物、单独降血脂药物、以及降血糖血脂不平衡药物的弊端,能够满足既患高血糖又患高血脂病人的需求。
进一步的,该组合物还含有50-300重量份营养成分。
进一步地,所述营养成分选自魔芋精粉、左旋肉碱、藤黄果提取物、γ-氨基丁酸、氨基葡萄糖、L-茶氨酸、茶多酚、大麦素、低聚糖、氨基酸、瓜拉纳豆、褐藻胶、红茶多酚、多糖、胶原蛋白、聚葡萄糖、硫辛酸、米糠半纤维素、难消化性糊精、牛磺酸、咖啡因、羟基柠檬酸、乳清蛋白、乳酸钙、益生菌、维生素、山扁豆子酚、山茶提取物、营养油的微囊粉、天然药物粉、茶粉、水果粉、蔬菜粉中的一种或多种。
进一步地,该组合物还含有300-500重量份填充剂、20-45重量份粘合剂、20-50重量份润湿剂、50-80重量份崩解剂、20-49重量份润滑剂、50-200重量份矫味剂中的一种或多种。

本发明的抑制能量吸收的组合物的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
方法一:将称量好的甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物混合搅拌均匀,按配方再加入营养成分、填充剂、粘合剂或润湿剂、崩解剂、润滑剂、矫味剂混合均匀得到混合物,将混合物加入制粒机中得到颗粒,制成颗粒剂;或者将混合物置于压片机中压成片剂;或者将混合物装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂;或者将颗粒置于压片机中压制成片剂;或者将颗粒装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂;

方法三:将称量好的甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物混合搅拌均匀,按配方再加入营养成分、填充剂、润滑剂、矫味剂,混合充分搅拌,用研磨机粉碎成粉末制成粉剂;或将粉末装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂。
本发明的优点是:本发明科学合理的配伍药物成分,使血糖值和血脂值维持平衡,治疗效果好,效率高,病情不容易反复,尤其针对高血脂、高血糖和高血压三者相互诱发的三高患者。由于高血脂会导致自身血小板聚集增加,血管内皮细胞结构受到损害,血液粘滞性升高,过高的血脂黏附在血管壁上引发动脉粥样硬化,血管变窄,从而使血压升高。高血糖可使血容量增加,肾脏超负荷,水钠滞留,使血压升高;同时,糖代谢紊乱会加速肾动脉硬化,外周阻力增加,也会使血压升高。反过来,高血压又会影响血管和肾脏,加重高血糖引起的损害。高血压病人常伴有脂质代谢紊乱,血中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量高于正常值,而高密度脂蛋白较低,从而使血脂升高。高血脂还会产生脂毒素,损伤胰岛分泌功能或降低胰岛素作用,引起高血糖。高血糖是代谢疾病也会引起高血脂。高血脂、高血糖、高血压三者相互诱发,如此形成恶性循环,病人很难彻底摆脱病痛。为了打破此恶性循环,完全治愈患者的高血糖、高血脂和高血压疾病,我们必须控制血糖量和血脂量,使人体的血糖和血脂处于正常范围。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明。
从低等植物菌类、藻类细胞,节肢动物虾、蟹、蝇蛆、昆虫的外壳、贝类、软体动物的外壳和软骨以及高等植物的细胞壁中提取出甲壳素,将甲壳素经化学处理,脱掉其中的乙酰基,从而得到壳聚糖。壳聚糖通过生物酶降解的方法降解为小分子,分子量小于3000D,就是壳寡糖。
将五层龙清洗、干燥、粉碎后,加入水或有机溶剂进行提取,然后固液分离,收集提取液,将提取液浓缩、干燥,得到五层龙提取物。
本发明所用的壳寡糖和壳聚糖由惠州长龙生物技术有限公司提供,所用的五层龙提取物由陕西森弗天然制品有限公司提供。
实施例1
配方:壳寡糖450g,五层龙提取物150g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳寡糖和五层龙提取物充分混合搅拌均匀,将混合物送到整粒机中粉碎、过筛、整粒得到颗粒,制得颗粒剂。
实施例2
配方:壳聚糖400g,五层龙提取物250g,魔芋精粉50g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳聚糖、五层龙提取物和魔芋精粉充分混合搅拌均匀,用研磨机粉碎制备成粉剂。
实施例3
配方:壳寡糖600g,五层龙提取物300g,聚乙二醇4000300g,羧甲基纤维素钠20g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳寡糖、五层龙提取物混合搅拌,再加入聚乙二醇4000和羧甲基纤维素钠充分混合搅拌均匀,将混合物置于压片机中直接压片,制成片剂。
实施例4
配方:壳寡糖400g,壳聚糖200g,五层龙提取物100g,左旋肉碱200g,微晶纤维素500g,30%的乙醇水溶液50g,硬脂酸35g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳寡糖、壳聚糖、五层龙提取物混合均匀,再加入左旋肉碱、微晶纤维素、30%的乙醇水溶液、硬脂酸充分混合搅拌均匀得到混合物,然后将混合物置于压片机中压片,制成片剂。
实施例5
配方:壳聚糖300g,五层龙提取物300g,藤黄果提取物300g,糖精钠30g,明胶20g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳聚糖、五层龙提取物混合均匀,再加入藤黄果提取物、糖精钠和明胶充分混合搅拌均匀,用研磨机将混合物粉碎成粉末,将粉末装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂。
实施例6
配方:壳聚糖500g,五层龙提取物200g,氨基葡萄糖100g,山梨醇410g,羟丙基甲基纤维素30,交联聚维酮65g,硬脂酸30g,柠檬酸30g,蓝莓果粉65g,柠檬果粉65g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳聚糖、五层龙提取物混合均匀,再加入氨基葡萄糖、山梨醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素、交联聚维酮、硬脂酸、柠檬酸、蓝莓果粉、柠檬果粉充分混合搅拌均匀,并制成颗粒,然后将颗粒置于压片机中压片,制成片剂。
实施例7
配方:壳寡糖500g,五层龙提取物100g,魔芋精粉80g,甘露醇300g,羟丙基甲基纤维素20,羧甲基淀粉钠50g,聚乙二醇20g,甜菊苷50g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳寡糖、五层龙提取物混合均匀,再将其和魔芋精粉、甘露醇、羧甲基淀粉钠、聚乙二醇和甜菊苷加入到制粒机容器中混合均匀,并加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀,将混合物送到整粒机中粉碎、过筛、整粒得到颗粒制得颗粒剂。
实施例8
配方:壳寡糖300g,壳聚糖300g,五层龙提取物250g,左旋肉碱300g,山梨醇500g,甲基纤维素45g,海藻酸钠80g,富马硬脂酸钠49g,苹果酸70g,橘子汁粉100g,葡萄糖30g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳寡糖、壳聚糖、五层龙提取物混合均匀,再加入左旋肉碱、山梨醇、甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、富马硬脂酸钠、苹果酸、橘子汁粉和葡萄糖充分混合搅拌均匀得到混合物,将混合物加入制粒机中得到颗粒,然后将颗粒装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂。
实施例9
配方:壳寡糖100g,壳聚糖200g,五层龙提取物300g,胶原蛋白150g,山梨醇400g,甲基纤维素25g,交联羧甲基纤维素钠70g,硬脂酸镁40g,柠檬酸60g,蔗糖40g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳寡糖、壳聚糖、五层龙提取物混合均匀,再加入胶原蛋白、山梨醇、甲基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、硬脂酸镁、柠檬酸和蔗糖充分混合搅拌均匀,充分混合搅拌均匀,并制成颗粒,然后将颗粒置于压片机中压片,制成片剂。
对照例1
配方:壳寡糖200g,壳聚糖200g,五层龙提取物50g,魔芋精粉100g,山梨醇410g,羟丙基甲基纤维素30,交联聚维酮65g,硬脂酸30g,柠檬酸30g,蓝莓果粉65g,柠檬果粉65g
制备工艺:将称量好的壳寡糖、壳聚糖、五层龙提取物混合均匀,再加入魔芋精粉、山梨醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素、交联聚维酮、硬脂酸、柠檬酸、蓝莓果粉、柠檬果粉充分混合搅拌均匀,并制成颗粒,然后将颗粒与和硬脂酸混合,压片,制成片剂。
对照例2
配方:壳寡糖100g,五层龙提取物200g,魔芋精粉100g,山梨醇410g,羟丙基甲基纤维素30,交联聚维酮65g,硬脂酸30g,柠檬酸30g,蓝莓果粉65g,柠檬果粉65g

对照例5
配方:魔芋精粉150g,山梨醇410g,羟丙基甲基纤维素30,交联聚维酮65g,硬脂酸30g,柠檬酸30g,蓝莓果粉65g,柠檬果粉65g
制备工艺:将称量好的魔芋精粉、山梨醇、交联聚维酮、硬脂酸、柠檬酸、蓝莓果粉、柠檬果粉充分混合搅拌均匀,并加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀,将混合物送到整粒机中粉碎、过筛、整粒得到颗粒制得颗粒剂。
检测实验
一、样品:
实施例1-9样品和对照例1-5样品均分别溶于蒸馏水中,制备成浓度为10%的样品液体,用于进行动物实验。
二、方法
1、血糖含量的测定:
选取大小形态相似的健康小鼠96只,小鼠被随机分为空白组、空白对照组、对照组(对照1组--对照5组)、实验组(实验1组--实验9组),每组6只小鼠,依次喂食基础饲料、高糖饲料(高糖饲料由90%基础饲料、10%蔗糖组成)、高糖饲料+10mL对照例样品(对照例1样品-对照例5样品)、高糖饲料+10mL实施例样品(实施例1样品-实施例9样品),连续喂食一个月,每天早晚各一次,在最后一次喂食后的0h、1h、4h、10h进行尾静脉取血,用葡萄糖分析仪测定血糖含量。
2、血脂含量的测定:
取大小形态相似的健康大鼠96只,大鼠被随机分成16组,每组6只,分别为空白组、空白对照组、对照组(对照1组-对照5组)、实验组(实验1组-实验9组),依次喂食基础饲料、高脂饲料(高脂饲料由85%基础饲料、5%胆固醇、10%猪油组成)、高脂饲料+10mL对照例样品(对照例1样品-对照例5样品)、高脂饲料+10mL实施例样品(实施例1样品-实施例9样品),连续喂食一个月,每天早晚各一次,在最后一次喂食后的5小时腹主动脉采血,静置,常规制备血清,全自动生化分析仪检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平。
三、检测结果
将9个实施例样品和5个对照例样品溶于蒸馏水中,制备成浓度为10%的样品液体,将样品液体喂食给实验动物。通过比较实验动物用药前后的血糖值,评价被测样品抑制糖类吸收的作用,检测结果数据如表1所示;通过测定实验动物用药后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平,评价被测样品抑制脂肪吸收的作用,检测数据如表2所示。

在表1中,空白组的健康小鼠只被喂食基础饲料,各时间段的血糖值维持在94mg/dL,属于正常状态;空白对照组小鼠只被喂食高糖饲料,在0h、1h、4h、10h的血糖值分别为178.51mg/dL、214.67mg/dL、194.23mg/dL、173.76mg/dL,血糖值明显高于正常状态;9组实验组小鼠食用高糖饲料和相应实施例样品,其各时间段血糖值高于空白组,但低于空白对照组,10h的血糖值几乎回到正常状态;对照1组-对照4组小鼠被喂养高糖饲料和相应对照例样品,他们各时间段的血糖值高于实验组,低于空白对照组数值,说明这4个对照组样品仍有部分抑制糖类吸收的作用;对照5组的小鼠食用高糖饲料和对照例5样品,其血糖值与空白对照组相近,说明对照例5样品没有任何抑制血糖吸收的作用。结合具体实施方式,分析以上数据可知,9个实施例样品中均含有甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物,抑制糖类吸收的作用最佳;对照例1和对照例2中含有甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物,但两者的用量超出了本发明的保护范围,对照例4中含有五层龙提取物,不含甲壳素类物质,抑制糖类吸收的效果次之;对照例3中含有甲壳素物质,不含五层龙提取物,抑制糖类吸收的作用差;对照例5样品中没有甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物,没有抑制糖类吸收的作用。
表2中,空白组大鼠被被喂养基础饲料,空白对照组大鼠食用高脂饲料,9组实验组大鼠被喂养高脂饲料和相应的实验例样品,5组对照组大鼠被喂养高脂饲料和相应对照例样品。表中数据反应了喂养实验大鼠一个月后,各实施例和对照例样品对大鼠体内的TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C的影响。通过与空白组以及空白对照组比较可知,实施例1样品-实施例9样品抑制脂肪吸收作用最好,对照例1-对照例3样品的作用次之,其次是对照例4样品,对照例5的检测数据与空白对照组相近,没有抑制脂肪吸收的作用。
综上所述,甲壳素类物质可以有效抑制脂肪吸收,但是抑制糖类吸收的作用不强;五层龙提取物具有良好的抑制糖类吸收的作用,但是抑制脂肪吸收的作用次之。在人体代谢中,高血糖、高血脂相互协同作用、相互影响、彼此诱发,所以两者多是同时出现,单独使用甲壳素类物质降血脂或单独使用五层龙提取物降血糖或随意配比甲壳素类物质与五层龙提取物降血糖血脂的作用发挥均不佳。将五层龙提取物和甲壳素物质科学合理的配比,彼此协同作用,可以高效的抑制糖类和脂肪的吸收。
Claims (13)
1.一种抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于:含有300-600重量份甲壳素类物质和100-300重量份五层龙提取物,所述的甲壳素类物质物为壳寡糖、壳聚糖中的一种或任意比例组合的两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于:还含有50-300重量份营养成分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于:所述的营养成分选自魔芋精粉、左旋肉碱、藤黄果提取物、γ-氨基丁酸、氨基葡萄糖、L-茶氨酸、茶多酚、大麦素、低聚糖、氨基酸、瓜拉纳豆、褐藻胶、红茶多酚、多糖、胶原蛋白、聚葡萄糖、硫辛酸、米糠半纤维素、难消化性糊精、牛磺酸、咖啡因、羟基柠檬酸、乳清蛋白、乳酸钙、益生菌、维生素、山扁豆子酚、山茶提取物、营养油的微囊粉、天然药物粉、茶粉、水果粉、蔬菜粉中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于:还含有300-500重量份填充剂、20-45重量份粘合剂、20-50重量份润湿剂、50-80重量份崩解剂、20-49重量份润滑剂、50-200重量份矫味剂中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于:所述的填充剂选自微晶纤维素、聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇6000、甘露醇、山梨醇、糊精、乳糖、可压性淀粉、改性淀粉中的一种或多种;所述的粘合剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚维酮、甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、乙基纤维素、明胶、卡波姆或淀粉浆中的一种或多种;所述的润湿剂选自水或30%~70%的乙醇水溶液;所述的崩解剂选自交联聚维酮、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、羟基乙酸淀粉钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、海藻酸钠中的一种或多种;所述的润滑剂选自硬脂酸、微粉化泊洛沙姆、富马硬脂酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠、聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸镁、月桂醇硫酸镁、富马酸、富马酸钠、滑石粉、微粉硅胶、硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于,所述的矫味剂选自酸性调味剂、甜味剂、鲜味剂、香精、天然果蔬汁粉、胶浆剂、奶制品中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于,所述的酸性调味剂选自维生素C、苹果酸、柠檬酸中的一种或多种;所述的甜味剂选自糖精钠、甜菊苷、阿斯巴甜、纽甜、蜂蜜、三氯蔗糖、甜蜜素、甘草、安赛蜜、阿沙苏法、塔格糖、甘草酸二钠、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、木糖醇、单糖浆、果汁糖浆中的一种或多种;所述的鲜味剂选自谷氨酸钠、天门冬氨酸、氨基乙酸、L-丙氨酸、琥珀酸二钠、鸟苷酸二钠、肌苷酸二钠、鸡精中的一种或多种;所述的香精选自水溶性天然香精、水溶性合成香精、水溶性天然等同香精、水溶性发酵香精中的一种或多种;所述的天然果蔬汁粉选自蓝莓果汁粉、柠檬汁粉、薄荷汁粉、生姜汁粉、橘子汁粉、菠萝汁粉、水梨汁粉、西瓜汁粉、苹果汁粉、黄瓜汁粉、葡萄汁粉、猕猴桃汁粉、百香果汁粉、草莓汁粉、芒果汁粉、甘蔗汁粉、木瓜汁粉、芦荟汁粉、番茄汁粉、芹菜汁粉、菠菜汁粉、胡萝卜汁粉、甜椒汁粉、青椒汁粉中的一种或多种;所述的胶浆剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素、瓜尔豆胶、阿拉伯胶、西黄蓍胶、黄原胶、白芨胶淀粉、卡波姆、聚乙烯醇、聚维酮、明胶中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于:所述的组合物为片剂、粉剂、颗粒剂或胶囊。
9.权利要求1-7任何一项所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物用于制备固体食品、液体食品或半固体食品中的用途。
10.根据权利要求9所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物,其特征在于,所述的固体食品为馒头、花卷、面条、饺子、面包、蛋糕、饼干、糖果或固体调味料。
11.根据权利要求9所述的含有油类的微囊粉组合物,其特征在于,所述的液体食品为饮料或奶制品。
12.根据权利要求9所述的含有油类的微囊粉组合物,其特征在于,所述的半固体食品为果冻状食品、膏状食品或糊状食品。
13.根据权利要求8所述的抑制能量吸收的组合物的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下任意一种方法:
方法一:将称量好的甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物混合搅拌均匀,按配方再加入营养成分、填充剂、粘合剂或润湿剂、崩解剂、润滑剂、矫味剂混合均匀得到混合物,将混合物加入制粒机中得到颗粒,制成颗粒剂;或者将混合物置于压片机中压成片剂;或者将混合物装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂;或者将颗粒置于压片机中压制成片剂;或者将颗粒装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂;
方法二:将称量好的甲壳素类物质和五层龙提取物混合搅拌均匀,按配方再加入营养成分、填充剂、粘合剂或润湿剂、润滑剂、矫味剂混合均匀得到混合物,将混合物加入制粒机中得到颗粒,制成颗粒剂;或者将混合物置于压片机中压成片剂;或者将混合物装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂;或者将颗粒置于压片机中压制成片剂;或者将颗粒装入胶囊中制成胶囊剂;
