Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种活性红染料组合物,尤其是一种适用于含氮纤维或含羟基纤维材料印染的活性红染料组合物。
(二)背景技术
目前,在生态纺织品中被禁止使用的芳香胺偶氮染料中间体有22种,其中以联苯胺和2-萘胺对人体的致癌作用最为严重。传统C.I.活性红218由于其色牢度优异使用较广,但该染料使用了吐氏酸为原料,导致布面上2-萘胺超标。此外,C.I.活性红218因溶解度较差,染色时较容易出现色差、色花或缸差,故经常需要对织物进行修色加工,不仅影响生产效率,还造成染化料、蒸汽、水的浪费,以及污水排放量的增加,导致生产成本大幅提高。因此开发一种环保且溶解度较好的C.I.活性红218替代品尤为重要。
(三)发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种活性红染料组合物,具有环保、溶解度高、色牢度优异等特点。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种活性红染料组合物,包含组分A和组分B,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为5~95%,组分B的质量百分含量为5~95%。
优选的,所述活性红染料组合物,包含组分A和组分B,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为30~70%,组分B的质量百分含量为30~70%。
更为优选的,所述活性红染料组合物,由组分A和组分B组成,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为30~70%,组分B的质量百分含量为30~70%。
所述组分A选自至少一种式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物,所述组分B选自式(Ⅱ)、式(Ⅲ)、式(Ⅳ)所示化合物中的至少一种:

本发明所述组分A和组分B,可以游离酸(M1~M15为氢)或盐(M1~M15为碱金属)的形式存在,优选以盐的形式存在,所述的盐可为碱金属盐(M1~M15为碱金属),本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,游离酸形式(M1~M15为氢)与盐形式(M1~M15为碱金属)是可以相互转化的,不影响染色效果,通常,染料在制备过程中以盐的形式存在,也可加酸酸化得到游离酸形式,特别优选为钠盐或钾盐(M1~M15为Na或K)的形式。为方便描述,下文中各化合物将以游离酸的形式呈现。

本发明所述的活性红染料组合物中,所使用的式(Ⅰ)~(Ⅳ)化合物可方便的按本领域技术人员熟知的方式合成,如按照常规的重氮化、偶合以及缩合方法制备,必要时可通过渗透膜脱盐浓缩,或按照公开专利CN105038312A、CN102031019A、GB834304A、CN102433021A中描述的方法或类似的方法制备,也可采用市售产品。
本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,其制备方法包括将染料组分A、B按照前述配比进行混合,混合可采用常规的机械方式进行,如在研磨机、捏合机或均质机中进行,混合过程中,单个染料化合物(Ⅰ)~(Ⅳ)可以粉状、粒状、水溶液或合成溶液形式存在,当单个染料化合物以合成溶液的形式拼混时,从合成溶液分离本发明所述的活性红染料可用普遍已知的方法进行,例如用电解质(如氯化钠或氯化钾)从反应介质中将染料盐析滤出,或将混合溶液蒸发、喷雾干燥,因此,染料组分A、B及其染料组合物通常包含有活性染料中常规的电解质盐(如氯化钠、硫酸钠等)。
本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,作为商品出售或应用于纺织材料着色时,可以不加助剂,也可以加入商品染料中的常规助剂,如助溶剂、分散剂、耐碱性助剂、防尘剂、表面活性剂、缓冲剂和促染剂等。
优选的,本发明所述的活性红染料组合物含有助剂,所述的助剂优选下列一种或任意几种的组合:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(NNO)、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(分散剂MF)、苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(扩散剂CNF)、工业硫酸钠(元明粉)。所述助剂均为市售常规品种,所述活性红染料组合物与助剂的重量比为100:0~45,优选100:1~40。
本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,适用于纤维素纤维或含有纤维素纤维织物的印染,尤其是印花,所述活性红染料组合物具有溶解度高、各项色牢度优异等特点,且完全符合各项性能和环保要求,市场前景广阔。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此(实施例中作为式子描述的化合物表示为其自由酸的形式,但通常以盐优选钠盐或钾盐的形式制备和分离,两者染色性能等同):

将50克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、50克式(Ⅲ-1)的组分B、20克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。
实施例3:
将50克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、25克式(Ⅲ-3)和25克式(Ⅲ-4)的组分B、25克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。
实施例4:
将50克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、50克式(Ⅳ-1)的组分B、15克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。
实施例5:
将50克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、50克式(Ⅳ-2)的组分B、20克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。
实施例6~60:
按照实施例1所述的方法,不同的是采用表1中组分A、组分B和助剂的种类及重量,同样进行机械混合,得到本发明所述的活性染料可将织物染为红色。

印花实施例:
借助快速搅拌,分别将4克根据实施例1~60得到的活性染料化合物干品、对比例1的C.I.活性红218染料化合物干品加入100克(含有50克4%的海藻酸钠增稠剂、36.5克水、10克尿素、1克间-硝基苯磺酸钠及2.5克碳酸氢钠)原浆中,按此方法制得的印花色浆对棉织物进行印花、干燥,然后用102~105℃的饱和水蒸汽汽蒸3~10分钟,最后漂洗并干燥。
分别按GB/T3921-2008和GB/T3920-2008中确定的方法测试其耐皂洗及耐摩擦色牢度,结果如下:
实施例1~60:
耐皂洗色牢度(60℃):褪色≥4~5级,沾色≥4级;
耐摩擦色牢度:干摩≥4-5级,湿摩≥4级。
对比例1:
耐皂洗色牢度(60℃):褪色4~5级,沾色3级;
耐摩擦色牢度:干摩4-5级,湿摩2-3级。
溶解度实施例:
分别称取实施例1~60得到的染料及对比例1得到的染料,按GB/T21879-2008中的确定方法测各自溶解度,结果如下:
实施例1~60 溶解度≥150g/L;
对比例1 溶解度为80g/L。
综上所述,本发明的红色活性染料组合物,溶解度高、色牢度性能优异。
Claims (7)
2.如权利要求1所述的活性红染料组合物,其特征在于,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为30~70%,组分B的质量百分含量为30~70%。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的活性红染料组合物,其特征在于,所述活性红染料组合物由组分A和组分B组成。
5.一种活性红染料制品,含有权利要求1所述的活性红染料组合物和助剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的活性红染料制品,其特征在于,所述活性红染料组合物与助剂的重量比为100:1~40。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的活性红染料制品,其特征在于,所述的助剂选自下列一种或任意几种的组合:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、工业硫酸钠。
