Abstract

本发明公开了一种活性红染料组合物,包含组分A和组分B,其中组分A选自式(Ⅰ)所示化合物中的一种或多种,组分B选自式(Ⅱ)所示化合物中的一种或多种。采用本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,应用于纤维素纤维等含氮或含羟基纤维材料染色或印花时,具有溶解度好、耐摩擦、耐水洗色牢度优异等特点。

Description

一种活性红染料组合物
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种活性红染料组合物,尤其是一种适用于纤维素纤维或含有纤维素纤维材料印染特别是印花的活性红染料组合物。
(二)背景技术
好的活性染料一般要具有良好的溶解性和扩散性,因为具有高的溶解度可以提高染料利用率,降低染色后废水中含有的染料量,好的扩散性使得反应速率和固色效率高,匀染和透染程度好,从而整个印染时间减少,印染成本降低。
开发新型红色活性染料不仅要求高的溶解度和好的扩散性,并且应具有良好的色牢度、配伍性和染色稳定性。当前许多常用的红色活性染料品种难以具备上述的各项全面性能。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活性红染料,该染料不仅色光艳丽、溶解度高、扩散性好、匀染性佳、染色稳定性好,并且成本低、耐水洗、耐摩擦等色牢度优异,适用于纤维素纤维或含有纤维素纤维材料的染色和印花,是一种环保经济型活性染料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种活性红染料组合物,包含式(Ⅰ)所示的组分A和式(Ⅱ)所示的组分B,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为1~99%,组分B的质量百分含量为1~99%:

式(Ⅰ)、式(Ⅱ)中:M1、M2为氢或碱金属;X1、X2各自独立为卤素,优选卤素为氯或氟。
本发明所述的组分A和组分B,可以游离酸(M1、M2为氢)或盐(M1、M2为碱金属)的形式存在,优选以盐的形式存在,所述的盐可为碱金属盐(M1、M2为碱金属),本发明所述的活性染料组合物,游离酸形式(M1、M2为氢)与盐形式(M1、M2为碱金属)是可以相互转化的,不影响染色效果,通常,染料在制备过程中以盐的形式存在,也可加酸酸化得到游离酸形式,特别优选为钠盐或钾盐(M1、M2为Na或K)。
优选的,基于所述的组分A和组分B,所述组分A的质量百分含量为10~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~90%。
更为优选的,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为30~70%,组分B的质量百分含量为30~70%。
具体的,组分A优选自下式中的至少一种(以钠盐的形式表示,即M1为Na):

优选的,本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,包含式(Ⅰ-1)所示的组分A和式(Ⅱ-1)所示的组分B,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为30~70%,组分B的质量百分含量为30~70%;或者包含式(Ⅰ-2)所示的组分A和式(Ⅱ-2)所示的组分B,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为30~70%,组分B的质量百分含量为30~70%。
更为优选的,本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,由组分A和组分B组成:组分A选自式(Ⅰ-1),组分B选自式(Ⅱ-1),基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为10~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~90%。
本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,所使用的组分A和组分B,可方便的按本领域技术人员熟知的方式合成,如按照常规的重氮化、偶合以及缩合方法制备,必要时可通过渗透膜脱盐浓缩,也可采用市售产品。本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,还可以加入其它染料组分对色光和性能作进一步修饰,如加入C.I.活性红15、C.I.活性红189等。
本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,其制备方法包括将染料组分A、B按照前述配比进行混合,混合可采用常规的机械方式进行,如在研磨机、捏合机或均质机中进行,混合过程中,单个染料化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)可以粉状、粒状、水溶液或合成溶液形式存在,当单个染料化合物以合成溶液的形式拼混时,从合成溶液分离本发明所述的活性红染料可用普遍已知的方法进行,例如用电解质(如氯化钠或氯化钾)从反应介质中将染料盐析滤出,或将混合溶液蒸发、喷雾干燥,因此,染料组分A、B及其染料组合物通常包含有活性染料中常规的电解质盐(如氯化钠、硫酸钠等)。
本发明所述的活性红色染料组合物,作为商品出售或应用于纺织材料着色时,可以不加入助剂,也可以加入商品染料中的常规助剂,如助溶剂、分散剂、耐碱性助剂、防尘剂、表面活性剂、缓冲剂和促染剂等,所述的助剂优选下列一种或任意几种的组合:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(NNO)、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(分散剂MF)、苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(扩散剂CNF)、工业硫酸钠(元明粉)。所述助剂均为市售常规品种,所述活性红色染料组合物与助剂的重量比为100:0~45,优选100:0~40。
本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,适用于纤维素纤维、聚酰胺纤维或其织物的印染,其中,纤维素纤维优选棉纤维或再生纤维,当然也可是其它的植物性纤维,如麻类纤维或织物;聚酰胺纤维优选皮、毛或丝等动物性纤维材料,或者合成的尼龙6、尼龙66等纤维材料。采用本发明所述的活性红染料组合物印染上述纤维材料时,可遵照已知的活性染料染色方法进行,如常用的活性染料浸染染色法和轧染染色法,所述的浸染染色是将织物浸渍于染液中,使染料逐渐上染织物的方法,通常需经染色-固色-水洗-皂煮-水洗-脱水-烘干等工序。
所述的轧染则是先把织物浸渍于染液中,然后使织物通过轧辊,把染液均匀轧入织物内部,再经汽蒸或热熔等处理的染色方法,通常需经浸轧染液-烘干-(浸轧固色液)-汽蒸或焙烘-水洗-皂洗-水洗-烘干等工序。
本发明所述的活性红染料组合物,特别优选用于纤维素纤维的印花,即将所述的染料与尿素、小苏打、防染盐、海藻酸钠等形成印花糊料,经过印花、烘干、蒸化、水洗等工序,可以得到性能优良的产品。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:本发明活性红染料组合物,用于织物印染时,其溶解度高、扩散性好,匀染性、染色稳定性好,各项染色性能优良,是不可多得的经济型活性红染料。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此(实施例中作为式子描述的化合物表示为其钠盐的形式,即M1、M2为Na,因其通常以盐优选钠盐或钾盐的形式制备和分离,本领域普通技术人员也可方便的将其酸化为酸的形式,并不会影响其印染性能):
实施例1:
将40克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、60克式(Ⅱ-1)的组分B、15克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。

实施例2:
将50克式(Ⅰ-2)的组分A、50克式(Ⅱ-2)的组分B、20克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。

实施例3~20:
按照实施例1所述的方法,不同的是采用表1中组分A、组分B和助剂的种类及重量,同样进行机械混合,得到本发明所述的活性染料可将织物染为红色。

实施例21
参照实施例1所述的方法,将40克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、50克式(Ⅱ-1)的组分B、10克C.I.活性红15以及15克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。
实施例22
参照实施例2所述的方法,将40克式(Ⅰ-2)的组分A、50克式(Ⅱ-2)的组分B、10克C.I.活性红189以及20克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将织物染为红色。
染色实施例:
分别将实施例1~22得到的染料加至含50g/L元明粉的染浴中(染料浓度2.0%,浴比1:15),以2℃/min将温度升到60℃,对棉织物进行染色30分钟,加入纯碱使之浓度为15g/L,并在此温度下染色45分钟后,然后冲洗染色物,用非离子洗涤剂皂洗15分钟,再漂洗并干燥。分别按GB/T 3921-2008、GB/T 3920-2008中确定的方法测试其耐水洗及耐摩擦色牢度,结果如下:
耐水洗牢度:褪色≥4~5级,棉沾色≥4~5级,锦纶沾色≥4~5级,涤纶沾色≥4~5级;
耐摩擦牢度:干摩≥4~5级;湿摩≥3~4级。
印花实施例:
分别称取实施例1~22得到的活性染料3克,快速搅拌状态下,加入到100克的增稠剂原液中(含有50克5%的海藻酸钠增稠剂、30克水、20克尿素、1克间氨基苯磺酸钠及1.5克小苏打)。用该印花糊料对棉织物进行印花,烘干,用102℃的饱和蒸汽蒸2分钟,漂洗印花材料,皂洗、水洗后干燥,得到红色织物。分别按GB/T 3921-2008、GB/T 3920-2008中确定的方法测试其耐水洗及耐摩擦色牢度,结果如下:
耐水洗牢度:褪色≥4~5级,棉沾色≥4~5级,锦纶沾色≥4~5级,涤纶沾色≥4~5级;
耐摩擦牢度:干摩≥4~5级;湿摩≥3~4级。
溶解度实施例:
分别称取实施例1~22得到的活性染料,按GB/T 21879-2008中的确定方法测各自溶解度,测得实施例1~22活性染料的溶解度≥200g/L。

1.一种活性红染料组合物,由下式(Ⅰ)所示的组分A和下式(Ⅱ)所示的组分B组成,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为1~99%,组分B的质量百分含量为1~99%:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性红染料组合物,其特征在于:基于所述的组分A和组分B,所述组分A的质量百分含量为10~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性红染料组合物,其特征在于:基于所述的组分A和组分B,所述组分A的质量百分含量为30~70%,组分B的质量百分含量为30~70%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性红染料组合物,其特征在于:M1、M2为氢、Na或K;X1、X2各自独立为Cl或F。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种活性红染料组合物,其特征在于:所述组分A选自下式中的至少一种:

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性红染料组合物,作为商品出售或应用于纺织材料着色时,加入商品染料中的常规助剂,所述的助剂为下列一种或任意几种的组合:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、元明粉。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的活性红染料组合物在纤维素纤维染色或印花中的应用。
